Prime 1 Studio lists the God of War: Ragnarok Kratos Ultimate Bonus Version as a limited preorder, so the safest approach is to authenticate the exact listing, understand the non-refundable-deposit rules, calculate delivery costs beyond the sticker price, and treat the 2027 shipping window as an estimate.

The pages supplied for this release do not state the deposit amount in the product facts, so do not calculate your exposure from the $1,899 headline alone. Read the amount shown at checkout and keep a screenshot of it. A deposit can be a substantial immediate charge even though the remaining balance is collected later.
When the deposit can be refunded

Because that window is measured from the transaction, record the exact order time, time zone shown in your confirmation, and order number. If you change your mind, use the account-page cancellation function immediately and follow the transaction notice’s instruction to contact support@prime1studio.co.jp. Keep screenshots of the request and any confirmation rather than relying on a phone conversation or an unsaved browser session.

Calculate the real cost, not just the product price
The displayed product price is not the delivered total. Prime 1 Studio’s commercial-transactions notice says, “The prices of products do not include shipping or other fees of any kind.” The terms also explain that shipping is an estimate and can change.
- Product charge: the listed $1,899.00 for this version.
- Shipping: added separately; the estimate may change before dispatch.
- Taxes and import charges: international buyers may owe customs duties, VAT, or other import fees collected by the courier.
- Payment-processing exposure: exchange-rate changes, card fees, or PayPal conversion costs can affect the amount charged in your home currency.
Before ordering, ask your card issuer or PayPal what happens if the final balance is charged months later at a different exchange rate. Set aside a separate reserve for shipping and border charges. A budget that covers only the product line is incomplete.
How installments work
Prime 1 Studio publishes PayPal as a payment method. For an installment arrangement, the non-refundable deposit is paid when the order is placed. The remaining balance, together with applicable shipping and tax, is charged around shipment. Shipping preparation begins only after the installments are complete.
This timing matters for cash flow. You can have the order confirmed long before the final charge, and the balance may arrive when shipping costs and taxes are known. Keep the payment method active, maintain enough available credit, and update billing details before the expected shipping period if your card expires.

- Begin with the manufacturer’s listing. Open Prime 1 Studio’s official product page directly. Do not start from a reseller’s copy, a social post, or an email link when you can reach the manufacturer independently.
- Match the identity fields. Verify the full version name, model REMGOW-01UTS, 1/3 scale, edition size of 400, product images, listed price, and estimated shipping window. Stop if any field conflicts.

Cancellation, refunds, and what to do if something looks wrong
The cancellation rule is unusually time-sensitive for a preorder. If the product page, checkout screen, or confirmation displays a conflicting policy, pause rather than assuming the more favorable wording applies. Capture the conflict and ask Prime 1 Studio support to clarify it in writing.
If you need to cancel immediately

Prepare for the courier
- Use a street address where an adult can receive a large, high-value parcel.
- Do not use a P.O. box or parcel locker because the published terms do not accept them.
- Check that your name and phone number match the delivery information used by the courier.
- Budget for a possible customs invoice before delivery; refusal to pay can delay or return the shipment.
- Inspect the outer carton before signing when the courier permits inspection, and photograph visible damage for a potential claim.
The terms place responsibility on the buyer for the registered address once the shipment is delivered there. Treat an address change as an urgent support issue, not something to fix after dispatch. Confirm whether a change is accepted before assuming the parcel can be rerouted.

A third-party offer may appear cheaper or promise an earlier shipment, but its terms are separate from Prime 1 Studio’s direct policy. Before considering one, compare the following in writing:
- Seller authenticity: identify the legal seller and confirm it actually controls the inventory.
- Edition and version: match model REMGOW-01UTS and the Ultimate Bonus Version name, not merely a Kratos photograph.
- Total delivered cost: include shipping, tax, customs handling, payment fees, and any reseller surcharge.
- Deposit and cancellation: read the reseller’s refund deadline and determine whether it differs from the manufacturer’s terms.

- You can tolerate a delayed or canceled production run without relying on the statue for a fixed event.
