There is currently no documented way to restore stamina in FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION. As of October 18, 2026, the game has not launched, and Square Enix has not published a stamina system, potion, refill button, or recovery timer for it. The announced release window is Spring 2027, so guides claiming exact Revelation stamina values are describing another game or speculating about an unreleased system.
Most confusion comes from FINAL FANTASY VII EVER CRISIS, a separate mobile and Steam title. A 2023 Steam Community guide documented 50 stamina from a standard Stamina Tonic and 100 stamina from certain purchased tonics in Ever Crisis. Those figures do not apply to Revelation. In addition, Square Enix announced that Ever Crisis service for Japan and Global would end on October 6, 2026, at 11:00 PM PDT, so old refill advice is not a dependable current solution.

What the answer is for FFVII Revelation
FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION is not yet available to play. Final Fantasy Portal and Square Enix announced a simultaneous Spring 2027 launch, but the official material reviewed does not describe a stamina mechanic. That means there is no verified information about:

- a stamina meter or maximum capacity;
- automatic regeneration, including its rate or interval;
- free stamina items;
- paid refills, crystals, or other currencies used for stamina;
- a menu path for recovering stamina; or
- a consumable officially named Stamina Tonic or Stamina Potion.
Because the game is unreleased, any exact number presented as a Revelation stamina limit, cooldown, tonic value, or refill cost should be treated as unconfirmed. It may be a mix-up with Ever Crisis, a fan prediction, or information from a later build that has not been publicly documented.

First check which FFVII game you have
The fastest way to avoid following the wrong instructions is to identify the title shown on your platform, store page, or title screen. The two games are separate products with separate services and systems.

Signs that a guide is about Ever Crisis
References to Stamina Tonics, a 50-point refill, a 100-point paid tonic, or a stamina timer are associated with Ever Crisis in the available documentation. They are not evidence that Revelation uses the same interface or numbers. A page that uses “FF7” without spelling out the full game title can easily merge the two.
Signs that a page is speculating about Revelation
Be cautious if a page gives a stamina cap, recovery interval, potion price, or crystal cost while also describing Revelation as unreleased. No official source in the available record confirms those details. A future beta or launch build could introduce a system, but an unverified prediction is not a usable instruction.
Why no quick-refill instructions exist yet
Stamina systems are implementation details that can change between announcement, testing, and launch. Square Enix has announced the release window for Revelation, but it has not publicly documented a stamina resource. Without a released client or an official system guide, there is nothing reliable to tap, purchase, or wait for.
This is different from a game that has a known timer but a slow refill. For Revelation, even the existence of a timer is unestablished. Do not infer a mechanic from another Final Fantasy title, a screenshot without a date, or an unofficial database entry.
If you meant FINAL FANTASY VII EVER CRISIS
The historical stamina instructions below apply only to Ever Crisis and come from a Steam Community guide published in 2023. They should not be copied into a Revelation guide.
Waiting for regeneration
The guide states that Ever Crisis stamina replenishes over time. Waiting was the non-purchase method described. The guide does not establish a current service state for October 2026, and the announced service shutdown means the advice should not be treated as a live solution now.

Using a standard Stamina Tonic
The same guide reports that a standard Stamina Tonic restores 50 stamina. That is a historical Ever Crisis value, not a Revelation value. The guide does not establish that such an item is obtainable in a currently operating service after the announced shutdown date.
Using certain purchased tonics
The guide also reports that certain purchasable tonics restore 100 stamina. This is a separate figure from the 50-stamina standard tonic and was documented for Ever Crisis. It does not establish a 100-stamina item, price, or currency for Revelation.
Can you refill stamina without waiting?
For Revelation, there is no documented answer because no stamina system has been published. There is therefore no confirmed free refill, paid refill, tonic, or shortcut.
For the historical Ever Crisis system, the 2023 guide described consumable tonics as an alternative to waiting. However, Square Enix producer Shoichi Ichikawa announced that service for both the Japanese and Global versions would end on October 6, 2026, at 11:00 PM PDT. Since the current date is October 18, 2026, old instructions cannot be assumed to work as an active method.

Is there a stamina potion for FFVII Revelation?
No officially documented Revelation stamina potion is available at this time. The names and values commonly associated with stamina potions belong to Ever Crisis documentation. A product, code, or digital item advertised as a Revelation stamina refill before the game’s release cannot be verified against a published Revelation system.
Do not confuse a guidebook, collectible, account service, or generic game item with an in-game stamina consumable. A legitimate refill item would need to be identified by Square Enix in the game’s own documentation or interface after release.

How to verify a future Revelation stamina guide
When Revelation launches, use the following checks before spending currency or following a timer claim.

- Check the publication date. A pre-launch article cannot confirm a live mechanic. Prefer information published after the game’s release or after an official system announcement.
- Look for an official confirmation. Verify the item name, stamina amount, recovery interval, and currency in Square Enix or in-game documentation rather than accepting a copied number.
- Match the platform and region. If a guide is based on a test build, regional release, or limited event, its rules may not match your version.
- Confirm the menu path. A trustworthy guide should identify where the stamina meter and refill option appear, such as a named screen or button in the released interface.
- Check whether the item is recurring or one-time. A launch reward, event gift, or first-purchase bonus should not be described as an unlimited refill method.
- Recheck after updates. Resource caps, regeneration rates, and shop items can change with patches. Use the current in-game description when it conflicts with an older guide.
How to troubleshoot a stamina claim that does not match your game
The guide says “Stamina Tonic,” but your game has no such item
Confirm the full title first. “Stamina Tonic” is documented in the historical Ever Crisis guide, not in published Revelation material. If your title screen says Revelation, there is no verified item to search for yet.
The guide gives a 50 or 100 stamina value
Those two values are specifically associated with Ever Crisis: 50 for a standard tonic and 100 for certain purchased tonics. They are not transferable specifications. Do not spend currency based on them in another game.
The guide says to wait, but there is no timer
A time-based recovery method has only been documented for Ever Crisis. For an unreleased Revelation, the absence of a timer does not indicate a bug; it reflects that the public documentation does not yet establish a stamina system.
A page calls the game “FF7” without a subtitle
Use the complete title before trusting any resource advice. Search results often shorten names, while the stamina figures in circulation are tied to a particular game. The subtitle is the decisive check.

What players should expect before launch
The only confirmed timing information available is the Spring 2027 launch window announced by Final Fantasy Portal and Square Enix. Until the game is released, stamina-related details can be neither tested in a public client nor verified as final. A future official announcement may describe a resource, but it would need to be evaluated on its own terms rather than imported from Ever Crisis.
For now, the accurate quick answer is: you cannot restore a documented Revelation stamina resource because no such resource has been publicly specified. If a page gives you 50- or 100-point tonic instructions, it is discussing the separate Ever Crisis system, whose service was announced to end on October 6, 2026.
