In Jujutsu Zero, rerolling means making repeated pulls on the cursed-technique banner with Lumens until a technique that suits your build appears. Finish the tutorial to unlock Codes, redeem currently valid codes for Lumens, then spend those Lumens on technique gacha. The game’s published references do not state the Lumens cost per pull, pity threshold, banner odds, or a separate guaranteed-reroll system, so treat every pull as an individual gacha attempt.
What “rerolling” means in Jujutsu Zero
Jujutsu Zero’s documented way to obtain cursed techniques is technique gacha. A reroll is therefore a resource-management loop rather than a separately documented button: obtain Lumens, open the cursed-technique banner, pull, and continue while the result does not fit your plan. The Ten Shadows technique entry, for example, labels its obtainment route “Technique gacha” and lists rarity 6.
The available references do not describe an account-reset procedure, a free opening roll, or a mechanic that guarantees a chosen technique after a fixed number of attempts. Do not assume that deleting a character, leaving a server, or restarting the client will change the banner. Use the documented gacha route unless the game itself adds a clearly labeled reset feature in a later patch.
Prerequisite: complete the tutorial before trying to redeem codes
The beginner guide states that the Codes menu remains locked until the tutorial mission is complete. This is the first gate in the reroll process, so new characters should finish the introductory objectives before hunting for resources.
- Launch Jujutsu Zero and enter the beginner experience.
- Complete the tutorial mission, including its required objectives and prompts.
- Return to the normal game interface and confirm that a Codes option is now available.
If Codes is still missing, replay or finish any uncompleted tutorial objective rather than assuming the menu is bugged. The beginner guide describes the tutorial as both the basic-controls lesson and the unlock condition for codes: Jujutsu Zero beginner guide.
Redeem the active codes for Lumens
Open the Codes menu inside Jujutsu Zero, enter a code exactly as shown, and redeem it. The Codes reference was updated September 5, 2026 and listed four active codes on that date. Because codes can expire or be disabled without changing their text, verify the result in-game before planning your pulls.
| Code | Listed rewards on September 5, 2026 | How it helps a reroll |
|---|---|---|
INFINITEVOID |
1,000 Cursed Crystals, 5,000 Lumens, 50 Clan Rolls | Provides Lumens for technique-banner attempts and additional currencies for other progression systems. |
210KLIKES |
3,500 Lumens, 300 Cursed Crystals, 35 Clan Rolls | Adds a direct Lumens grant while supplying other listed resources. |
200KLIKES |
500 Cursed Crystals, 3,500 Lumens, 50 Clan Rolls | Adds another Lumens grant; the code’s reward package is separate from the banner odds. |
CALAMITY |
1,000 Cursed Crystals, 10,000 Lumens, 50 Clan Rolls | Has the largest listed Lumens reward in this snapshot. |
These reward amounts are a dated listing, not a permanent entitlement. The maximum shown here is 10,000 Lumens from CALAMITY; it does not establish how many pulls that amount buys because the Lumens-per-pull price is not published in the cited material. Use the exact entry path described by the reference: click or copy a currently active code, open Jujutsu Zero, open Codes, paste the text, and redeem it. Spend Lumens on the cursed-technique banner
After redemption, open the game’s cursed-technique banner and select a pull using Lumens. Each pull is an attempt to obtain a technique; it is not a clan roll or a Cursed Crystal exchange. Keep the currencies separate in your planning so you do not mistake a successful code redemption for a guaranteed technique result.
- Open the banner or summon interface in Jujutsu Zero.
- Select the cursed-technique banner, not a clan-roll option.
- Check the displayed Lumens requirement on the live banner. The reviewed references do not publish a fixed number, so the in-game label is the authoritative current value.
- Confirm the pull and inspect the result before spending more.
- Repeat while you still have Lumens and the result does not meet your keep rule.
The beginner material names Limitless, Malevolent Shrine, and mythical techniques such as Beast Amber as examples of strong targets. Those examples are guidance, not a promise that any one of them has a particular drop rate or appears on every banner. Technique availability, pricing, and banner composition should be read from the live summon screen.
Which cursed technique should you keep?
Use the dated tier list as a starting point, then apply your own combat role and progression goals. The technique tier list updated August 11, 2026 ranks 20 techniques, but tier placement is a patch-sensitive snapshot rather than a permanent power guarantee.
| Tier in the August 11, 2026 snapshot | Techniques named in the published list | How to interpret the result |
|---|---|---|
| EX | Ten Shadows; Awakened Blood Manipulation; Awakened Star Rage | These are the highest-ranked entries in that snapshot. Keep one if it fits your intended playstyle and you do not have a specific build reason to continue. |
| S+ | Shrine; Copy; Star Rage; Beast Amber; Judgeman | These are high-priority results according to the same dated list. Compare the technique’s role with your clan and preferred activities before locking it in. |
| A | Limitless | Limitless is placed in A on that list, below the EX and S+ entries named above; a lower tier does not automatically make it unsuitable for your character. |
For the complete current ranking and any entries not named in this summary, consult the live Cursed Technique Tier List. Do not carry the August ranking forward unchanged after a balance patch.
A practical keep-or-reroll decision framework
A tier label answers only one question: how the list’s author ranked techniques at a particular date. Your keep rule should combine that snapshot with the way you intend to play.

1. Decide whether PvE or PvP is your priority
Before pulling, choose the activity you expect to play most. A technique that ranks well for clearing content may not be the one you want for player-versus-player matchups, and the reviewed references do not provide a complete PvE-versus-PvP performance matrix. If you mainly want PvE, favor the technique whose moves and progression path you can use comfortably for repeated content. If PvP is your goal, prioritize the kit you can execute reliably in competitive encounters rather than chasing a tier label alone.
2. Check your clan and planned build
The sources identify clan rolls as a separate reward on the listed codes, but they do not publish a complete clan-to-technique synergy chart. Treat synergy as a personal compatibility check: consider whether the technique’s range, timing, resource demands, and preferred engagement distance match the clan bonuses and equipment you plan to use. If no documented interaction is available, mark it as unknown instead of assuming that a high tier automatically creates a strong combination.
3. Decide whether you want a domain or mastery path
Some players are rerolling for a particular long-term progression fantasy, such as building toward a domain or completing a mastery route. The reviewed pages do not provide a complete domain-and-mastery comparison for every technique. Write down the path you actually want before spending Lumens, and keep a technique that satisfies that goal even if another entry sits one row higher on the dated list.

- Fight curses and be in the action - Yuji Itadori was living a normal life before he got involved with Megumi Fushiguro and entered the world of sorcerers after eating one of Sukuna's fingers and becoming the vessel for one of the most powerful cursed spirits in the show. Yuji joins Tokyo Jujutsu High and not only has to be the vessel for the King of Curses but, he also has to learn everything about being a sorcerer, get along with Nobara, and keep up with everything that Satoru throws his way

4. Set a stopping rule before the next pull
A stopping rule prevents you from spending every available Lumen after receiving a usable result. Examples include “keep any EX result,” “keep an S+ result that matches my clan,” or “keep the first technique that supports my chosen PvE role.” These are decision policies, not official game rules. Select one before summoning so that a strong result is judged consistently rather than discarded because a rarer name might appear later.
What the published information does not tell you
Do not build a reroll plan around numbers that have not been released in the cited references. The following values are not stated:
- The exact Lumens cost of one technique pull or of any multi-pull option.
- The pity threshold, if a pity system exists.
- The probability of each technique, rarity, or tier appearing on a banner.
- Whether pity carries between banners or resets after a result.
- Whether any pull is guaranteed to produce a chosen technique.
- A complete synergy matrix covering clans, PvE, PvP, domains, and mastery progression.
Use the values displayed in the current game client for cost and banner rules. If the banner adds a percentage table or pity counter, that live information supersedes a general guide. Until then, the only defensible description is repeated gacha attempts paid with Lumens.
How to make your Lumens last
Record your target and minimum result
Write down the technique or tier you are aiming for and the lowest result you will accept. This avoids changing standards after every animation and gives you a clear reason to stop.

- Fight curses and be in the action - Gojo is back! This time the blind fold is coming off and he’s letting his hair down. As the strongest sorcerer in the world, Gojo has access to Hollow Purple, which is a remarkably powerful secret technique that was achieved by awakening the true power of the Limitless during his rematch against Toji Fushiguro. It launches imaginary mass, which can deal destructive damage to any target

Redeem every still-valid code before summoning
Codes are time-sensitive. Check the Codes reference and the in-game redemption response on the day you pull. A failed or expired code should not be counted as Lumens in your budget.
Do not confuse currencies
The listed packages include Lumens, Cursed Crystals, and Clan Rolls. Only Lumens are identified in the reroll instructions as the currency for the cursed-technique banner. Keep the other balances available for the systems that use them unless the live interface explicitly says otherwise.
Review the result immediately
After each pull, compare the technique with your stopping rule, clan plan, and PvE/PvP preference. If it qualifies, stop. If it does not, continue only while your remaining Lumens and the live banner rules support another attempt.

The Codes menu is missing
Finish the tutorial mission completely. The beginner guide identifies tutorial completion as the unlock condition, so a newly created character that has not completed the introductory objectives should not expect Codes to appear.
A code says it is invalid or already used
Recheck capitalization and spelling, then verify that the code is still listed as active. The four-code table above reflects September 5, 2026; a later expiration, one-time redemption limit, or server-side change can make a previously listed code fail. Do not treat an error message as proof that the banner is unavailable.
You received resources but cannot pull
Confirm that the balance you received is Lumens rather than Cursed Crystals or Clan Rolls, then open the cursed-technique banner and read its current price. The cited sources do not state a universal pull cost, so an insufficient-balance message must be resolved using the live amount shown by the game.
Your favorite technique is not in the tier summary
The tier list contains 20 techniques, while the summary here names the entries specifically identified in the available material. Open the full dated list for the remaining placements and check the current patch before deciding whether to reroll.

You are unsure whether to keep a result
Apply the stopping rule you set before summoning. If the technique fits your role and planned progression, keeping it is rational even when another technique ranks higher. If it does not meet your minimum and you still have Lumens, make another documented gacha attempt rather than assuming an unlisted pity guarantee.

Patch-check routine for future rerolls
Because both codes and rankings change, use a short verification routine whenever you begin a new reroll session:
- Check the in-game Codes menu and the dated Codes reference for currently valid entries.
- Confirm that the tutorial has unlocked Codes on the character you are using.
- Read the live banner for its Lumens price, available techniques, and any displayed odds or pity information.
- Compare your candidates with the latest dated technique tier list, noting its update date.
- Check whether a patch changed the technique, clan, domain, or mastery behavior that matters to your build.
- Pull only after setting a keep threshold and a maximum resource budget.
This process keeps a September 2026 code listing or an August 2026 ranking from being mistaken for a permanent rule. The Jujutsu Zero Official Wiki homepage is another place to check for newer dated entries.
Quick Recap
Quick reroll checklist
- Complete the tutorial and verify that Codes is unlocked.
- Redeem each code that the game currently accepts.
- Count only Lumens toward technique-banner pulls.
- Read the live banner’s cost and rules; do not invent a pity or odds value.
- Use the August 11, 2026 tier snapshot as historical guidance, not a permanent ranking.
- Compare the result with your PvE/PvP role, clan plan, and desired mastery or domain path.
- Stop as soon as the technique meets your pre-set keep rule.
