Use the official AION 2 website’s Report section to report a suspected bot, gold-farming operation, unauthorized program, or gold seller. Describe only what you observed, include the character or account identifier and relevant circumstances, and avoid presenting an unverified suspicion as proven fact. Use Contact Us or Customer Support instead for account questions, appeals, account theft, or a restriction you believe was issued in error.
Where to report a bot or gold seller
The global English Operation Policy identifies the website’s Report section as the route for reports about abusive users and other game-service matters. That is the appropriate starting point when another player appears to be using automation, farming currency commercially, advertising real-money trading, or using an unauthorized program.
Do not use a general account inquiry form when your purpose is to report another player. The policy separates player reports from account and support requests:

The form’s exact fields and navigation can change. Open the official AION 2 website, select Report, and use the fields provided there. If the site presents a separate support path for your own account, use that path rather than filing a player report.

What conduct the policy covers
A report is most useful when it connects an observed behavior to a category recognized by the Operation Policy. The categories below describe the policy’s scope; they do not mean that every suspicious-looking action proves a violation.
Gold farming and bot operations
The sanctions table covers Gold Farming / Bot Operations. It includes commercial use of multiple accounts, unauthorized programs or multiple-account gambling used to unfairly obtain, transfer, or monetize items, and other abnormal activity detected by internal systems.
For a report, focus on visible conduct: repeated actions that appear automated, a group of characters behaving in a synchronized or abnormal way, or activity that appears designed to farm and transfer currency commercially. Do not claim that a player is operating a business merely because the character is efficient, quiet, or repeatedly present in one area.
Unauthorized programs
The policy separately lists Use of Unauthorized Programs. This includes programs or equipment that circumvent technical protection or enable actions unavailable to regular users. You generally cannot establish what software another player has installed. Report the observable result—such as an action pattern that appears impossible for a normal client—rather than asserting a specific tool or cheat name unless the player openly identifies it.
Real-money trading and advertisements
The policy defines Real-Money Trading (RMT) as trading in-game items or currency for money or goods or services. It also lists attempted or advertised RMT. A public offer to sell Kinah or Quna, a message directing players to buy currency for cash, or a transaction pattern you directly witnessed is more useful to investigators than a general statement that someone “looks like a seller.”

Other abusive or game-service violations
The Report section is not limited to bots. The policy directs reports about abusive users and other game-service matters there as well. Describe the conduct and its context, then let the investigation determine which policy category, if any, applies.
How to submit a useful report
Follow this sequence each time. It keeps the report factual, gives investigators usable identifiers, and avoids actions that could create additional risk for your account.
- Confirm what you personally observed. Separate direct observations from assumptions. “The character repeated the same movement and attack cycle for an extended period” is an observation. “The player is definitely using a named bot” is a conclusion you may not be able to prove.
- Record the character or account identifier. Copy the character name carefully, including capitalization or unusual characters if the form allows them. Add any other identifier the form requests. Do not substitute a nickname or a description that could point to several players.
- Note the circumstances. Include the location, approximate time, server or region if requested, and what happened immediately before and after the suspicious behavior. The policy specifically emphasizes relevant circumstances; the form may provide fields for location and time.
- Describe the behavior in chronological order. Explain what you saw, how often it occurred, and why it appeared unusual. If the issue was an RMT advertisement, quote the wording accurately or identify where it appeared instead of paraphrasing it into a stronger accusation.
- Choose the closest report category offered by the form. Select the category that matches the observed conduct, such as abusive user, bot or gold farming, unauthorized program, or RMT, when those choices are available. Do not select several unrelated categories simply to make the report appear more serious.
- Submit one accurate report for the incident. A report starts a review; it does not decide that a violation occurred. If the site displays a submission reference or confirmation, keep it for your own records.
- Stop there unless you have genuinely new information. Do not send identical submissions repeatedly, organize a campaign against the player, or continue provoking the suspected seller. If new, material facts arise, add them through the supported channel rather than flooding the system.
What to include—and what to leave out
Useful details
- The exact character name or other identifier shown by the game.
- The area or activity where you observed the conduct.
- The date and approximate time, with your time zone when it could prevent confusion.
- A concise sequence of actions: for example, repeated identical movement, targeting, looting, or chat behavior.
- The exact text of an RMT advertisement or the channel in which it appeared, if applicable.
- The number of times you observed the pattern and how long it continued, without exaggerating.
- Any transaction or transfer details you directly witnessed, stated as facts rather than inferred intent.
Details that weaken a report
- Insults, threats, speculation about a person’s identity, or claims about software you did not see.
- Statements that a player “must be guilty” based on one ambiguous action.
- Rumors copied from another player or a community post without your own supporting observation.
- Repeated identical submissions intended to force a faster response.
- Attempts to buy currency, bait a suspected seller, or access another player’s account to obtain proof.
The objective is not to build a prosecution brief. It is to give the operator enough precise information to check logs, account activity, and other evidence that players cannot see.
How to distinguish a report from an accusation
Game behavior can look unusual for innocent reasons: a player may be following a routine, using a permitted shortcut, responding slowly because of connection problems, or repeating an efficient activity. A single observation may therefore be inconclusive. Use neutral language such as “I observed,” “the character repeated,” and “the message offered” rather than “this proves.”
This distinction matters because the Operation Policy says the company investigates reports and may take time to do so. Internal systems and account records are part of that review. Your report should preserve the evidence you actually have, not replace it with a verdict.

What happens after you submit
The policy describes the enforcement flow as:
“Terms violation → (Report) → Investigation → (Pre-notification) → Sanction → Appeal → Notification of appeal result”

That sequence has several practical implications:
- A report is an input to an investigation. Submitting one does not establish that the reported account violated the rules.
- Review can take time. Do not assume that no immediate visible action means the report was ignored.
- Temporary restrictions are possible during an investigation. Accounts related to a reported case may be temporarily restricted while evidence is checked.
- Sanctions are not automatic or uniform. Decisions can take the circumstances and impact on the service into account.
- You may not receive case details. Privacy and enforcement procedures mean that a reporter should not expect a full explanation of another player’s account action.
The policy also allows re-investigations. That means a case can receive additional review, but it is not a reason to submit the same report repeatedly.
False and repeated reports can be violations
The sanctions table identifies abuse of the reporting system as a punishable offense. It specifically includes falsely reporting a legitimate user for unauthorized-program use and repeatedly submitting identical inquiries to disrupt normal operations.

These figures apply to the listed false-report abuse category, not to every report that fails to produce a sanction. A good-faith report can be inconclusive without being false. The risk arises when a player knowingly invents an allegation, targets a legitimate user, or floods support with duplicate requests.
Do not buy currency to “test” a seller
The AION 2 Team warns: Buying Kinah or Quna from unauthorized parties is strictly against our Terms of Service and will be met with swift consequences up to and including the termination of access to the game.

Treat that as an official warning against purchasing currency from unauthorized sellers. Do not create a transaction to gather evidence, and do not assume that a small purchase is exempt. The statement warns of consequences up to termination; it does not promise that every buyer or seller will receive an identical penalty.
If you encounter an offer, report the advertisement or behavior through the Report section and describe what was actually presented. Do not provide the seller with payment details, account credentials, authentication codes, or other personal information.

Use Customer Support—not the player-report form—if your account has been restricted, temporarily security-locked, or otherwise affected and you believe the action was made in error.
An official AION 2 announcement dated October 12 PDT / October 13 CEST, 2026, said the team had restricted 10,000 accounts after review for botting or gold farming, unauthorized programs, RMT, and economy abuse. The announcement stated, Restrictions are only applied after review, in line with the Operation Policy.
The figure is a time-specific enforcement action; it is not a measurement of how many bots currently exist in the game.
Temporary security locks
The same announcement describes a temporary security lock as a precaution used to protect an account while a possible security risk is checked, not as a penalty. If you believe the lock was applied incorrectly, submit a ticket through Customer Support. The announcement says each request is reviewed individually.

Appeal deadline
The Operation Policy says an appeal must be filed within 15 days from the sanction date. Keep the sanction date, account details, and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision is incorrect. Missing the stated window can affect your ability to use the appeal route.
Account theft reports
The policy gives a separate deadline for account-theft reports and related damage investigations: 15 days from the incident date, inclusive. This is measured from the incident, not from a later sanction date, so use the account-theft support path promptly if it applies.
Common situations and the right response
A character repeats the same actions for a long time
Record the character name, location, approximate duration, and the repeated sequence. Report the observable pattern. Avoid claiming certainty about automation unless you have direct evidence.

Use the Report section and preserve the exact advertisement wording and where you saw it, if the form requests those details. Do not purchase currency or continue the conversation to obtain more proof.
You suspect several accounts are working together
List each identifier you directly observed and explain the coordinated behavior. The policy’s gold-farming category includes commercial use of multiple accounts, but the existence of multiple characters alone is not proof of a violation.
Your report produced no visible result
Investigations may take time, and the operator may not disclose the result. Do not submit duplicate reports solely because you cannot see an outcome. Add information only when it is new and material.
You reported someone and now believe you were mistaken
Do not try to punish the player yourself or send repeated messages. If the support system provides a way to clarify an existing report, use it once and explain the correction accurately.

A practical checklist before you press Submit
- Am I using the official website’s Report section?
- Have I written what I saw rather than what I assume?
- Did I copy the correct character or account identifier?
- Did I include the relevant location, time, channel, or message text where available?
- Have I avoided buying currency, baiting the player, or sharing personal information?
- Is this a single report for this incident rather than a duplicate submission?
- If the issue concerns my own restriction, lock, or account theft, am I using Customer Support instead?
- If I am appealing a sanction, am I still within the 15-day deadline?
Bottom line for AION 2 players
Report suspected bots and gold sellers through the official AION 2 website’s Report section, using precise observations and identifiers. The Operation Policy covers bot operations, gold farming, unauthorized programs, and RMT, but the operator—not the reporter—determines whether a violation occurred. Investigations can take time and may involve temporary restrictions. False or repeated abusive reports can themselves be sanctioned. For your own account restriction, security lock, account theft, or appeal, contact Customer Support and observe the policy’s 15-day deadlines.
