You can remove a custom ringtone from a Samsung Galaxy’s ringtone list, but Samsung’s standard built-in ringtones cannot be deleted. Open the ringtone selector, find the previously added track, and tap the minus control beside it. The exact menu labels can vary by Galaxy model and software version.
Remove a custom ringtone from the ringtone list

Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then choose Settings.

Open Ringtone and call alerts, then tap Ringtone. This path is documented by Samsung Russia; menu names may differ on your device.

Find the custom track you previously added and tap the minus control beside its name.

Samsung describes this method for removing added tracks from the ringtone choices. It does not delete standard built-in tones. Samsung Russia’s ringtone instructions provide the removal steps.
Built-in ringtone or custom track: what can you remove?

Change the ringtone without removing a file
If you only want a different sound for incoming calls, select another ringtone instead of removing the custom track. Samsung’s general route is Settings > Sounds and vibration > Ringtone; choose a tone from the available list. The selection screen and labels can vary by device and software version. Check other sound settings if the tone still plays
The default incoming-call ringtone is separate from a ringtone assigned to an individual contact and from notification sounds. If you removed or changed the default tone but still hear the same sound, check the relevant contact’s ringtone or the notification sound for the app or message type. Samsung documents these as distinct sound controls, and available settings can vary by model and software version. If the problem is that you cannot hear a ringtone
If the call sound is silent rather than unwanted, removal is unlikely to solve it. Check ringtone volume and whether Do Not Disturb, Airplane mode, or Modes and Routines is affecting sound. Adding a replacement custom ringtone
Samsung’s documented custom-ringtone flow uses an audio file stored on the device; a track from a streaming service cannot be selected through that flow. If you need to prepare a file rather than remove a listed one, Samsung UK lists MP3, WMA, AAC, and FLAC as supported formats and says M4A files need conversion. Those file-format details apply to setting a custom ringtone, not to deleting one. Samsung UK’s custom-ringtone guide has the format guidance.
