You can redeem a Zenless Zone Zero livestream code in two official ways: from the game’s Menu > More > Redemption Code screen or through HoYoverse’s redemption website at zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption. The feature becomes available only after you complete the Prologue mission Business x Strangeness x Justness.
Livestream codes are temporary. The latest identified code, distributed for Version 3.3, expired on October 11, 2026 at 23:59:59 (UTC+8), which was 15:59:59 UTC. Because the current date is October 16, 2026, that code is no longer active. The steps below still apply to future Special Program codes.

What you need before redeeming a ZZZ livestream code
Redemption is an account feature, not a code-entry option available from the start of the game. HoYoverse’s Help Center says the function unlocks after you complete the Prologue mission Business x Strangeness x Justness. If you cannot find Redemption Code in the menu, finish that mission first.

- Use the exact code while it is within its published validity period.
- If you use the website, be prepared to sign in before entering the code.
- Check the time zone and date in the announcement; livestream codes can expire only a short time after a program ends.
The official Help Center article, updated October 6, 2025, documents both supported redemption routes: the in-game menu and the official web page. It does not require a third-party code service.

Redeem a livestream code in the game
The in-game route is usually the quickest option when you are already playing on the account that should receive the reward.
- Launch Zenless Zone Zero and enter the game on the intended account.
- Open the main Menu.
- Choose More.
- Select Redemption Code.
- Enter the livestream code exactly as provided, then confirm the submission.
HoYoverse identifies this exact path as Menu > More > Redemption Code. If the item is absent, the most likely eligibility issue is that the Prologue mission Business x Strangeness x Justness has not been completed yet.
Entering the code accurately
Copy the code from an official announcement or livestream description rather than retyping it from memory. Keep every letter and number in the same order, and avoid adding spaces before or after the code. A submission can fail simply because one character was changed or omitted.

Redeem a code on the official website
The web route is useful when you want to enter a code without opening the game client. Use only HoYoverse’s official page:
https://zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption
- Open the official redemption page.
- Log in to the HoYoverse account linked to your Zenless Zone Zero progress.
- Follow the page’s instructions to select the relevant game and account information, if requested.
- Enter the livestream code exactly as issued.
- Submit the form and wait for the page’s confirmation or error message.
Signing in to the correct account is the key distinction from the in-game route. If several HoYoverse accounts are used in your household or across platforms, verify the account identity before submitting; a successful redemption on the wrong account cannot be moved by changing accounts afterward.
In-game menu or website: which route should you use?
| Route | Exact location | What you must do | Best use |
|---|---|---|---|
| In game | Menu > More > Redemption Code | Open Zenless Zone Zero on the account that should receive the reward, enter the code, and confirm. | Fastest when you are already playing on the correct account. |
| Official website | zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption | Sign in, follow the page instructions, enter the code, and submit. | Convenient when you are away from the game client or using a browser. |
Both methods use the same HoYoverse account system. The choice changes where you enter the code, not the account requirement or the need to complete the Prologue unlock mission.
Why a livestream code may already be invalid
Special Program codes are not permanent account coupons. Their announcements normally include a fixed expiration time, so checking the date and time is part of the redemption process.

The official Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky” Special Program Announcement, published October 5, 2026, scheduled the livestream for October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8) and stated that an exclusive redemption code would be distributed during the program. Converting the deadline correctly
UTC+8 is eight hours ahead of UTC. Therefore:
- Official deadline: October 11, 2026 at 23:59:59 (UTC+8).
- Equivalent UTC deadline: October 11, 2026 at 15:59:59 UTC.
The authoritative timestamp associated with the latest check was October 11, 2026 at 22:41:15.817407 UTC, which was more than seven hours after that UTC deadline. On October 16, 2026, the Version 3.3 livestream code should be treated as expired, not as a currently redeemable offer.
Why the code itself is not listed here
The readable text of the official Version 3.3 Intel Report did not contain the exact code string. More importantly, its published expiration has passed. Publishing an old code as if it were active would mislead players, so no Version 3.3 code is presented as current.

Troubleshooting failed redemptions
The Redemption Code option is missing
Confirm that the Prologue mission Business x Strangeness x Justness is complete. HoYoverse explicitly ties access to the redemption function to completion of that mission. After completing it, return to the main menu and check More again.
The website will not let you submit
Make sure you are on the official page at zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption and that you have signed in. If the browser is logged into a different HoYoverse account, sign out and authenticate with the account containing your Zenless Zone Zero progress.
The code is rejected as expired
Compare the current time with the deadline in the Special Program announcement or Intel Report, including the stated time zone. Do not rely on a countdown copied from a social-media post if the official source gives a different date. The Version 3.3 deadline, for example, was October 11 at 15:59:59 UTC, not the end of October 11 in every time zone.
The code is rejected even before the deadline
- Re-enter it from the official source and check each character.
- Remove accidental spaces at the beginning or end.
- Confirm that the account is the intended Zenless Zone Zero account.
- Try the other official route: use the in-game menu if the website fails, or the website if the in-game entry screen is unavailable.
Do not use unofficial “code generator” pages or give your HoYoverse credentials to a site claiming it can redeem codes for you. The documented process requires only the game menu or HoYoverse’s own redemption page.
How to find future Zenless Zone Zero livestream codes
Watch the official Special Program announcements rather than relying on reposts. The Version 3.3 announcement said the program would be broadcast through the official Zenless Zone Zero YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok channels and specifically warned viewers that an exclusive code would be dropped during the livestream.
- Check the official Zenless Zone Zero news feed when a Special Program is announced.
- Note the livestream start time and convert it to your own time zone.
- Watch the official broadcast or monitor its official description for the code.
- Read the follow-up Intel Report for the exact expiration deadline.
- Redeem the code immediately through the in-game route or official website instead of waiting until the final hour.
The announcement and Intel Report are complementary: the first tells you when and where the program occurs, while the report records the redemption deadline. Treat the deadline in the official report as the controlling date.
