Redeem a coupon through Main Lobby > Settings > Account > Coupon, or use Netmarble’s official web redemption form with your UID and coupon code. iOS players must use the web form because in-game coupon entry is unavailable on Apple devices. After redemption, collect the reward from the in-game mailbox; for a hero selector, check the exact item’s description and eligible-hero list before choosing.
The key is to treat code entry and reward selection as two separate tasks. First confirm that the code is valid for your account and submit it through an official route. Then claim what arrives in the mailbox and inspect the exact selector, ticket or selection box you received. The wording matters: different items can offer different choices, and their eligible hero pools may change.
Choose a redemption route
Netmarble’s official coupon instructions, dated May 15, 2025, document two ways to redeem a code. Both require the coupon code. The web form requires your UID, also called the member number; in-game entry applies the reward to the account currently connected.

The in-game route is convenient when you are already signed into the account that should receive the reward. The web form is the documented alternative when you cannot use in-game entry, including on iOS. For web redemption, you need to copy the UID from the account you want to credit. Neither route removes the need to check which account the code is being applied to.

Menu labels may have changed since Netmarble published those instructions. If an update has moved a control, use the current in-game account settings or the redeem page linked from the official forum rather than relying on an unofficial form. Avoid entering account identifiers or codes on a page just because it appears in a search result; use the official forum’s link to the redeem page.
Redeem a coupon step by step
Before you submit
- Find the official event notice. Check the code’s spelling, applicable region, reward and expiry time. Coupon campaigns are time-limited, and a code that worked in an earlier event is not necessarily usable now. The notice is the place to confirm the offer details instead of relying on a code list alone.
- Identify the receiving account. In-game entry credits the account currently connected. For the web form, make sure the UID belongs to the account you want to use. Netmarble says support cannot transfer a reward to another account or restore a code after use, so submitting on the wrong account can make the mistake irreversible.
- Copy the UID if using the web. In the game, go to Main Lobby > Settings > Account > UID. Use that account identifier on the official form. The UID is not a substitute for the coupon code; the form requires both.
- Check the deadline before spending time on entry. The official notice sets a validity window for each campaign. Netmarble says expired codes cannot be restored or supported. A past promotion, social post or third-party listing does not extend the published deadline.
- Be clear about the reward you expect. Codes can be tied to particular events and rewards. Read the event notice so you know what should arrive, but do not assume that every code grants a hero selector or that every selector works in the same way.
In-game redemption
- From the Main Lobby, tap the gear-shaped Settings menu.
- Open the Account tab and select Coupon.
- Enter the member number and coupon code, then submit. Check that you are on the intended account before confirming.
- Open the in-game mailbox and claim the coupon reward.
If the Coupon option is not where expected, confirm that you are following the documented route from the Main Lobby through Settings and Account. Netmarble’s instructions were published on May 15, 2025, and menu wording can change with updates. On an Apple device, do not keep searching the game menus for an in-game coupon field: Netmarble directs iOS players to the web form instead.
Web redemption
- Copy your UID from Main Lobby > Settings > Account > UID.
- Open the coupon redemption page linked from the official Seven Knights Re:Birth forum.
- Enter the UID/member number and the coupon code, then submit.
- Return to the game and claim the reward from the mailbox for the account associated with that UID.
Take care not to transpose the UID and code. The UID identifies the receiving account; the coupon code identifies the offer you are redeeming. If you are uncertain whether the displayed UID is for the right account, verify it in the game before submitting. Once a code has been used, Netmarble says it cannot be restored, and support cannot move its reward to a different account.

Claim rewards promptly rather than assuming they remain available indefinitely. Claim a hero selector reward safely
First claim the reward from the mailbox. Then locate the item in your inventory and read its full name, description and eligible-hero list before using it. “Selector” does not identify one universal reward or one universal sequence of buttons. Some items are direct selectors, while another reward may be a box that first gives you a choice of ticket type. The item’s own description and on-screen prompts are the reliable guide for that particular reward.
Netmarble update notices distinguish items such as Legendary Hero Selector, Legendary Hero Selector II, Legendary Hero Ticket II, Legendary Hero Ticket III, Tower of Trials tickets and Rare–Legendary tickets. These names should not be treated as interchangeable. A ticket may not offer the same selection as a selector, and a numbered version is not necessarily the same item as an unnumbered version. The exact name tells you which item you have; its current in-game details tell you what it can select.
The eligible pool can also change. Netmarble update notes add heroes to particular selector or ticket pools, so an older guide or remembered list may not match the options shown in your game. Before using the item, look at the eligible choices attached to that exact reward. If the hero you expected is not listed, do not assume the selector is broken or that every item with a similar name shares the same pool. Compare the full item name and its eligible list first.
Some rewards are selectors that offer a choice directly; others are boxes that first let you select a ticket type. For example, Netmarble’s December 2025 update listed a Seven Knights of Old Selector as an Adventurer Level 170 reward and a Legendary Hero Ticket Selection Box that allowed a choice between Legendary Hero Ticket I and Legendary Hero Ticket II. Those examples describe those specific rewards, not every selector in the game. If you receive a selection box, read its options before opening it; if you receive a ticket, inspect that ticket’s own eligibility before choosing a hero.

Do not rush a selector simply because it arrived with a coupon. First make sure you have claimed the correct mailbox reward, identify whether it is a selector, ticket or box, and review the available options displayed for that item. The official material does not document one universal button-by-button sequence for every selector type, so follow the prompts shown in game rather than a generic set of instructions for a different item.
If a code or reward does not appear
- The code is rejected: Recheck each character against the official event notice and confirm the code’s validity window, region and spelling. Codes are campaign-specific and expire. Netmarble says an expired code cannot be restored or supported. A code listed by a third party is not proof that it remains valid.
- You used the wrong account: Check the account currently connected in game, or confirm that the UID entered on the web form belongs to the account you meant to use. Netmarble says support cannot transfer coupon rewards to another account or restore a code after use. Verify the destination before trying a code, rather than assuming it can be corrected later.
- The redemption appeared to work but the reward is missing: Check the in-game mailbox and verify which account you redeemed on. Coupon rewards are delivered to the mailbox, not directly described as an automatic selector choice. Netmarble patch notes in 2025 acknowledged an intermittent coupon-mail delivery issue, but that historical fix does not establish that a widespread issue is happening now.
- You cannot find in-game coupon entry on iOS: Use Netmarble’s official web redemption form. The official instructions exclude in-game coupon entry on Apple devices, so the web route is the supported option described for iOS.
- The web form asks for an identifier: Copy the UID from Main Lobby > Settings > Account > UID. The web form requires the UID/member number as well as the coupon code. Confirm that the UID corresponds to the intended receiving account before submitting.
- You cannot find a selector choice you expected: Read the eligible list for the exact item you received. Different selector and ticket types have different pools, and update notices can change those pools. Compare the full item name rather than relying on a broad label such as “Legendary selector.”
- You are unsure whether a reward is a selector or a box: Read the item name and description. A selection box can ask you to choose between ticket types before you receive a ticket; a direct selector may present a different choice. Do not assume the first choice displayed is a hero selection.
How to check whether a code is current
Use the official event notice as the deciding source for a code’s spelling, region, reward and deadline. Code campaigns are tied to events and have stated validity windows. A third-party code list may help you spot a possible offer, but it should be treated only as a lead until you can match it to an official notice. Verify the exact characters and the applicable expiry time, not just the headline or reward summary on the list.
Pocket Gamer marked its code page checked October 11, 2026, and listed several codes it considered active, including codes with summon vouchers and other in-game rewards. The page also contains duplicate entries and is not an authoritative Netmarble confirmation. No individual code is certified here as active. Before trying any code, check the corresponding official event notice for the exact spelling, region, reward and expiry time.

An older Sun Wukong coupon, for example, expired before maintenance on February 5, 2026. It should not be presented as a current offer simply because it appears in an old post or list. If an official notice’s validity window has passed, treat the code as expired. Netmarble says expired codes cannot be restored or supported, and used-code rewards cannot be moved to another account.

There is no special accessory or paid product required to redeem a code or claim a selector. The essential requirements are access to the intended game account, the coupon code, and—when using the web form—the account’s UID. The meaningful choice is between the documented in-game route and official web form, based on platform availability and convenience. For a selector, the meaningful comparison is the exact item and eligible pool, not the word “selector” by itself.
Because codes expire and redemptions cannot be undone or transferred, the safest sequence is simple: confirm the official offer, confirm the receiving account, submit through the appropriate route, claim the mailbox reward promptly and inspect the exact item before selecting anything.
