Start with the official Crossfire: Legends site and current in-game notices, then follow the instructions and deadlines for the specific code or promotion. How to redeem Crossfire: Legends codes safely
Use the instructions published for the particular code or event—not a generic procedure copied from an unofficial code list. The official site publishes game news and reward information, but its available pages do not establish a general-purpose code redemption workflow. The official site is the right place to look for current notices; check the game itself as well for instructions tied to an event.
- Find the notice for your specific code or promotion. Start at the official site or check current in-game notices. Look for the promotion name, eligible players, claim method, and closing date.
- Verify that the instructions are official before entering information. Follow a redemption link only when it is provided or confirmed by an official Crossfire: Legends source. Do not submit account credentials or a User ID to a site merely because a third-party page describes it as a redemption page.
- Check the promotion’s eligibility and timing. Confirm that you meet its requirements and that the redemption or claim period is still open. A code being visible online does not establish that it is valid, current, or eligible for your account.
- Complete the stated steps for that promotion. Use only the claim route and information the official notice specifies. Different promotions can have different rules for qualifying, receiving, and claiming rewards.
- If the reward does not appear, use the event’s or game’s support instructions. Keep the promotion name and any relevant claim details available. There is no verified universal delivery time or troubleshooting process to apply to every code.
Why generic code instructions need verification
A July 2026 third-party guide reports a sequence of opening a redemption page, entering a User ID and code, completing a captcha, and confirming; it also says rewards arrive in the in-game inbox. Those details are claims made by that guide, not a procedure confirmed by the official pages available here. The official sources do not verify the destination URL, the form fields, inbox delivery, or the guide’s code list. You can read the third-party guide, but do not treat its steps or codes as officially verified unless a current official notice confirms them.
This distinction matters because entering an identifier or other account information on an unverified site can expose you to avoidable account or privacy risks. A page that looks like a game redemption form is not proof that it is operated or approved by the game. If you cannot confirm a route through the official site or current game notices, do not enter your information there.

How promotion rules affect claiming rewards
Even when an official promotion explains how to participate, its rules apply to that promotion; they do not automatically define how every code or reward works. The official referral event page illustrates why it is important to read the complete notice:
- Eligibility can depend on how you participate. In the event described on that page, a referral registration had to use the referral code to count.
- Different reward types can have different handling. The rules said certain virtual rewards would go to a Li Pass account after launch. That instruction applies to the specified event and rewards, not necessarily to other promotions.
- Claim deadlines can be specific to the event. That event’s rules gave recipients 30 days to claim its virtual rewards; unclaimed rewards were forfeited. This is not evidence that all Crossfire: Legends codes or rewards have a 30-day claim window.
- Promotion rules may be updated. The event page states: “If any event rules are changed, the latest updates on the official website will apply.” Check the current official notice rather than relying on a repost or an old screenshot.
Past event dates are not current code availability
The referral event page lists a period from July 4, 2025, to October 4, 2025, and claim dates associated with that promotion. Those dates have passed. The page is useful as an example of event-specific rules, but it does not establish that the event, its rewards, or any associated code can still be claimed.

Likewise, seeing a code in an old post or on a third-party list does not show that it remains active. The official pages available do not establish a current list of active codes, universal regional availability, or a current general redemption page. Confirm availability and any geographic or account restrictions in a current official notice for the particular promotion.
If you cannot find instructions or a reward
No official redemption link is shown
Do not guess the address of a redemption page or use a link whose official status is unclear. Check the official site and in-game notices for an announcement about the exact promotion. If neither provides a confirmed route, the redemption method is unresolved; an unofficial guide is not enough to verify it.

The code is rejected or the reward is missing
First compare your situation with the promotion’s own rules: confirm the code and eligibility requirements, check whether the event has ended, and look for a separate claim deadline or reward-delivery instruction. If those instructions do not resolve the issue, use the support route named by that event or by the game. No universal error explanation, reward-delivery interval, or recovery procedure is established for all Crossfire: Legends codes.
A page asks for account details
Pause before submitting anything. Proceed only if the official game site or a current in-game notice confirms that exact page and explains what information is required. Do not share a password or other credentials with an unverified page. The third-party guide’s description of a User ID form does not establish that its page—or any other page it names—is official.

- The code or promotion is still open and applies to your account.
