To redeem a code in the original All Star Tower Defense, open the Roblox experience published by Top Down Games, enter its lobby, open the gear or settings control, and use the code field shown there. This is an in-game process, not Roblox’s separate gift-card or platform-promo redemption page. Verify the experience name first: All Star Tower Defense X is a different game with a different code system.
The exact menu label and layout can change after an update. The gear-menu route is reported by a July 2026 guide, while the official listing confirms only that the lobby contains an update board and points players to the game’s social links for codes and announcements.
Confirm you opened the right Roblox experience
Search results can place similarly named experiences beside one another. Before entering a code, check the title and publisher on the Roblox experience page.

The target game is All Star Tower Defense, published by Top Down Games. Its official Roblox listing describes a tower-defense experience and directs players to the update board in the lobby and the game’s social links for information, codes, announcements, and updates. The listing showed an update date of October 8, 2026 when checked; Roblox can change that date and the surrounding page at any time.

All Star Tower Defense X
All Star Tower Defense X is a separate Top Down Games experience, not a newer menu inside the original game. A July 2026 guide notes that the two experiences use different code lists and different redemption buttons. A code copied from an X guide may therefore be invalid in the original game, even when the wording looks familiar.

What you need before redeeming
- A Roblox account that is signed in to the account where you want the reward.
- Access to the original All Star Tower Defense experience published by Top Down Games.
- The complete code, copied exactly as published. Treat capitalization, numbers, punctuation, and any spaces as significant unless the game indicates otherwise.
- A code that is still valid. Roblox Support explains that promo codes can expire or be available only for a short time; game-specific codes can likewise stop working when the developer retires them.
Do not assume that a code list is current because it appears in a search result. The available evidence does not verify a currently active All Star Tower Defense code, reward, level requirement, or expiration date. Join a server and reach the lobby
Launch the experience and wait until the lobby is visible. Code controls are reached from inside the game rather than from Roblox’s general account or gift-card pages.

Open the gear or settings control
A July 2026 third-party guide reports that the original game places the code entry route behind a gear icon in the lobby. Look for a gear, settings, or similarly named lobby control. This precise location is not confirmed by the official Roblox listing, so the icon or label may move after an update.

Locate the code-entry field
Inside the settings or gear panel, look for a text box intended for codes. Read the surrounding instructions before entering anything; do not use a field intended for a different game feature. If no code field appears, close the panel, check that you are in the original experience, and look for an updated settings or menu control.

Enter the code exactly
Paste or type the code without adding commentary, quotation marks, or an extra space. If you copied it from an announcement, compare the first and last characters with the source. Characters such as zero and the letter O, or one and the letter I, are easy to confuse when typing manually.

Use the on-screen submit control
Activate the button or control displayed beside the field. Current sources do not verify the exact label, so do not rely on a promised button name; use the control the live game presents. Wait for an in-game confirmation or error message before closing the menu.

Check the result in the game
If the game confirms the code, follow any instruction it displays about where the reward appears. If nothing changes, record the exact message and troubleshoot it instead of repeatedly submitting the same text. A second submission normally cannot make an expired code valid.
Where to find reliable code announcements
Use the lobby update board
The official Roblox listing specifically tells players to check the update board in the lobby. Read the board after major updates or whenever a code announcement directs you there. Because the board is maintained inside the live experience, it is more useful for current availability than an undated external list.

Check the social links attached to the official listing
The same listing points players to the game’s social links for codes, announcements, and updates. Follow links presented on the official Roblox page rather than copying a social account name from an unverified list. A code should be treated as current only when the announcement identifies the intended game and provides enough context to distinguish the original experience from All Star Tower Defense X.

An announcement may apply to one experience, one event, or a limited period. Note whether it names All Star Tower Defense or All Star Tower Defense X, whether it describes a one-time redemption, and whether it gives an end date. Do not turn an old event post into a claim that the code works today.
Keep Roblox promo codes separate from game codes
Roblox has a general Redeem Roblox Codes page for Roblox gift cards, virtual items, and platform promo codes. Roblox Support’s troubleshooting instructions on that subject are not the route for an All Star Tower Defense code.

Sending an All Star Tower Defense code to Roblox’s general redemption page will not convert it into a platform code. Conversely, entering a Roblox gift-card code into the game’s text box is the wrong workflow.
Why an All Star Tower Defense code may fail
The code has expired
Roblox Support warns that promo codes may be short-lived or expire. A game announcement can also retire a code without leaving the old text box in the interface. If the game reports that the code is invalid or expired, compare it with the newest official announcement before trying again. Do not keep submitting a code that has passed its stated end date.

A character was mistyped
Transcription errors are especially common when a code mixes letters and numbers. Paste the original text when possible, remove only accidental leading or trailing spaces, and compare every character. If you typed it on a phone, check whether autocorrect changed capitalization or inserted punctuation.
You opened the wrong experience
A code for All Star Tower Defense X will not necessarily work in the original game, and the reverse is also possible. Return to the Roblox listing, verify the exact title and publisher, then use the code list associated with that same experience. This is the first check when a code worked for someone else but not for you.
The menu moved after an update
The gear icon reported by the July 2026 guide is not a permanent promise about the interface. Developers can rename, relocate, or redesign controls. If the gear panel has no code field, inspect the current lobby menus and the update board for revised instructions. Avoid guides that insist on a button label you cannot see in the live version.
The account or session is not the one you intended
For Roblox-wide promo-code problems, Roblox Support recommends checking that the correct account is logged in. Apply the same account check before assuming a game code failed: verify the username, leave and rejoin the intended experience, and look for any in-game confirmation. Do not share your password or sign-in code with anyone offering to redeem a code for you.

The reward is not visible where you expected
Roblox Support suggests checking the account inventory when an exclusive platform item appears not to have arrived. That advice concerns Roblox promo codes, not a guaranteed All Star Tower Defense reward location. For a game code, follow the confirmation message and inspect the in-game area it names. If the game gives no location, capture the exact message and consult the current official announcement rather than guessing.

The server is older than the announcement
A community-maintained All Star Tower Defense wiki suggests trying a new or VIP server when a code fails, on the theory that an existing server may predate a newly released code. This is community advice, not official Roblox troubleshooting, so treat it as a low-risk diagnostic step rather than proof that the code is valid. Leave the current server, join a fresh public server or a VIP server you are authorized to use, and submit the code once more after confirming the spelling.

How updates affect redemption
All Star Tower Defense is an actively updated Roblox experience, so a guide’s screenshots, button names, or menu positions can age quickly. The official listing’s October 8, 2026 update date is a snapshot of that page, not a promise that the interface will remain unchanged. After an update, expect one or more of the following:
