Bluehost AI Store’s dashboard separates completed-order revenue from fulfillment work and inventory status. Today’s Revenue covers completed orders for the current day; Total Revenue is cumulative; Pending Orders is a queue to work through; and Products and low-stock alerts describe your catalog. Read those cards alongside recent orders and setup progress, then open the relevant Orders or Products area to investigate.
What the dashboard KPIs tell you
Bluehost’s dashboard guide, updated August 20, 2026, identifies four top-level measures: Today’s Revenue, Total Revenue, Pending Orders, and Products. Low-stock information may also appear when relevant. The cards are a quick operational snapshot, not a complete financial report: they distinguish sales activity, work awaiting fulfillment, and catalog state.

How Today’s Revenue differs from Total Revenue
Both figures are based on completed orders; their time horizons differ. Today’s Revenue is limited to the current day, while Total Revenue accumulates completed-order revenue. Bluehost’s guide gives a hypothetical example: if two completed orders total $100, Today’s Revenue would show $100. That is an illustration of the calculation, not a typical-sales figure or benchmark.

The guide does not define how the displayed revenue treats tax, shipping, refunds, or date and time-zone boundaries. Avoid treating either card as a precise accounting statement without checking the underlying order details and any applicable reporting rules.

Why Pending Orders is not a revenue KPI
Pending Orders counts orders that still need operational attention, including orders awaiting fulfillment, processing, or shipment. It indicates workload, not earned revenue: the count is not a sales amount and should not be added to either revenue figure. Use the dashboard’s Orders area to manage the queue and review each order’s status.
What Products and low-stock alerts mean
The Products card gives a catalog count and may flag products with low inventory. When the separate Low Stock section appears, it can provide the product name, SKU, and remaining quantity. Use those item-level details to decide whether inventory needs review or replenishment; the alert itself does not establish how quickly an item will sell out.

Use the surrounding dashboard for context
Setup progress
The setup indicator shows completed steps and remaining tasks. Bluehost lists adding products, store settings, payment methods, shipping, branding, and business details among the setup areas. An incomplete step can help explain what still needs configuring, but it is not a measure of sales performance.
Recent Orders
Recent Orders gives a compact view of order number, customer, amount, and status. Example statuses include Draft, Pending, Processing, Fulfilled, and Completed. Select View All to open the full Orders page when a dashboard total or queue needs investigation. A status label and the revenue cards answer different questions: the label describes an order’s workflow state, while the revenue measures are defined around completed orders.

AI Action Plan and AI Insights
The AI Action Plan recommends tasks based on store status, such as completing setup, adding products, improving descriptions, configuring shipping, connecting payment methods, or optimizing store information. It is a recommendation surface, separate from the KPI cards.
Bluehost’s AI Insights materials also describe Agent Reports with alerts, a health score or status, and a last-run time. Catalog Health can show analyzed and readiness counts, scores for Sellable, Discovery, and Operations, and prioritized item-level fixes. Treat these as diagnostics and suggestions—not as additional revenue figures—and check the underlying orders, products, or settings before making a consequential change.

A practical way to interpret the snapshot
- Read the revenue cards by time horizon. Compare today’s completed-order revenue with the cumulative completed-order figure, without assuming undocumented accounting details.
- Separate sales from work in progress. Use Pending Orders to find orders needing action, then manage them in Orders rather than interpreting the count as revenue.
- Check catalog state independently. Use the Products count for scale and Low Stock details for specific inventory checks.
- Use context before acting. Check recent orders, setup progress, and any AI recommendations relevant to the issue you are investigating.
- Open the underlying area to verify. Investigate individual orders in Orders and product or inventory details in Products before changing settings or making business decisions.
Where this dashboard fits
Bluehost describes AI Store as an online store managed from its portal and says its overview is WooCommerce-powered. Its product page lists a store performance dashboard among Sell Online plan features. Plan features and availability can change; check Bluehost’s AI Store product page for current details. The dashboard navigation guide also gives example prompts for exploring the store, including “How healthy is my product catalog?” and “Can you give me a sales analysis?”
The dashboard can help you spot sales activity, fulfillment workload, and catalog issues quickly. It does not, by itself, show whether the store is profitable or prove that sales are growing: those conclusions require context beyond these cards.
