“Casino Island” in How to Fish can mean either the normal fourth campaign destination or a separate hidden offshore island. For the campaign casino, defeat the Pufferfish, get the coordinates, then sail north. The title-matching secret-island guide instead describes a red offshore map blip and a roofed casino; it reports that an older crossing method no longer works in version 1.0.4.

How to reach the regular Casino Island
- Defeat the Pufferfish. This is the campaign milestone the walkthrough identifies before the route becomes available.
- Get the island coordinates. The guide says these are obtained after the fight.
- Sail north by speedboat. Follow the coordinates to the fourth campaign destination, Casino Island.
This is a guide-reported route, not an officially documented route in the available game listing. The Steam page describes How to Fish as a PC game by Dazed Games with island-based quests and boss progression, but it does not specify this route: How to Fish on Steam.

How to identify the hidden developer island
The title-matching guide says the hidden location appears as a red blip offshore during late-game play and describes a roofed casino there. Treat the marker and building as reported clues, not as officially confirmed features: the Steam listing does not mention this island.

The guide also says an older attempt to cross to the island no longer works in the build it identifies as version 1.0.4, even when the mutated whale follows the boat. That is the guide’s account, not a developer-confirmed statement or an independently verified current status. It does not establish another supported way to reach the location.
What to do if you are trying to reach the red blip
- If you mean normal campaign progression, use the Pufferfish, coordinates, and northward speedboat route; the red offshore marker belongs to the separate hidden-island description.
- If you are following the hidden-island clue, look for the red offshore blip in late-game play and note that the matching guide reports its former crossing method failed in version 1.0.4.
- Do not assume the campaign route unlocks the hidden location. None of the cited sources establishes that connection or confirms a currently working access method.
How to Fish is listed on Steam as a PC game by Dazed Games. Its official listing establishes the broader island-and-boss progression, but offers no developer quote or official directions for the hidden casino island.
