3. Assemble a path
- Scan every note before moving anything. Look for a line that reaches an edge, a road or trail that continues, a character or object cut off at a border, and changes in ground or sky color.
- Choose two notes with the clearest matching continuation and place them side by side.
- Check the seam at normal view. A connection should look like one uninterrupted drawing rather than merely touching corners.
- Extend the chain one note at a time. If a later piece cannot fit, move the most recent note instead of rebuilding the entire arrangement.
- When the scene forms a traversable route, let Froggo proceed. If he stops or the scene does not advance, inspect the last seam and look for a note that belongs between the two pieces.
How to play on iPhone and iPad
Install and launch
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

- Press and hold the center of a note rather than its artwork at the edge. This reduces accidental grabs of a neighboring piece.
- Drag slowly until the note’s edge, line, or scene object aligns with the matching continuation.
- Lift your finger and inspect the whole scene. Pinch-zoom or rotate the iPad only if the app’s current controls support those gestures; the essential interaction documented for the game is touch drag-and-drop.
- Repeat until Froggo has a continuous route, then allow the story interaction to play.
A larger iPad screen can make fine seams easier to inspect, while an iPhone is more convenient for short sessions. The puzzle rules are the same; the difference is viewing area and touch precision.

A repeatable puzzle-solving method
Start with high-confidence joins
Some edges are much easier to match than others. A road that exits one note at exactly the same angle on another, a fence that continues at the same height, or a bold line that reaches an identical border is a high-confidence join. Place those pairs first. They create anchors for less obvious pieces.
Use the outside edges to limit possibilities
Notes that show empty sky, a solid background, or a scene boundary are more likely to sit on an outer edge. Keep them apart from interior pieces until you know which side of the drawing they belong to. A note with matching details on two or more sides is often an interior connector.

Read the scene as a route, not a collage
The goal is a path Froggo can traverse, not merely a visually pleasing picture. Follow the apparent direction of the trail from the starting point. If the chain creates a dead end, a sharp discontinuity, or a jump across unrelated terrain, revisit the last two placements.

When several notes seem plausible, move only one. Testing multiple pieces simultaneously makes it difficult to identify which seam caused the problem. On touch screens, take a screenshot only for personal reference if your device allows it; the game’s documented mechanic remains arranging the live notes in the scene.
Talk to characters when you want more context
Conversations with quirky animal characters provide story context. Because some encounters are optional and some dialogue changes small story details, explore nearby characters before leaving a scene if you want the fullest narrative presentation. Optional dialogue is not documented as a requirement for completing the route.
Does Walk The Frog have a timer or game over?

Touch input feels imprecise
