On Aion 2 Global, the reported daily reset is 07:00 UTC; the weekly reset is Wednesday at 07:00 UTC. Plan around the server clock, not midnight on your local clock. At level 45, run the five Duty missions available to your server, use Nightmare attempts before their storage cap, and check regenerating resources such as Odyle Energy. Before Wednesday’s reset, clear or deliberately bank the weekly counters for Ascension Trial, Daily Dungeon, Exploration, Command scrolls, Abyss time, Odyle crafting, and season-pass missions. If your in-game countdown disagrees with a guide, trust the countdown for your selected service and current patch.
Reset times at a glance
| Service or cycle | Reset time | What the evidence supports |
|---|---|---|
| Global daily | 07:00 UTC every day | Reported independently by Aion2Data and Daeva Guides in 2026 |
| Global weekly | Wednesday at 07:00 UTC | Reported by the same two contemporary guides |
| Aion 2 KINA regional tracker | 05:00 in the selected local service time | Its Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau cycles can differ from Global; maintenance and events may move individual activity behavior |
Aion2Data says the client stores the Global reset as 16:00 and Wednesday 16:00 without timezone metadata, then interprets those fields as Korean time. Korean Standard Time is UTC+9, producing the 07:00 UTC schedule. Daeva Guides reported the same Global times in a checklist checked October 6, 2026. Neither source is an official NCSOFT announcement, so use the in-game timer as the final authority after patches or maintenance.
Convert the reset to your own clock
Use UTC as the anchor
Write 07:00 UTC in your calendar first, then convert it to your current time zone. The local hour changes when your country enters or leaves daylight saving time; the server’s UTC moment does not. Seoul and Tokyo see the reset at 16:00 local time, while a North American or European player must apply the offset in effect on that date.
Account for the weekly boundary
The weekly boundary is the same moment on Wednesday in UTC. In time zones west of UTC, it can appear on Tuesday evening; in time zones east of UTC, it can appear on Wednesday afternoon or evening. Label the event with both the UTC time and your local time so a calendar reminder remains understandable when daylight-saving rules change.

Resolve a countdown conflict
- Open the activity or mission panel and note its own countdown.
- Confirm that the client is connected to the service you intend to play; Global and other regional services do not necessarily share a cycle.
- Check for scheduled maintenance, an event-specific timer, or a recent patch.
- Use the shorter remaining time shown by the relevant in-game counter for that activity rather than assuming every system resets together.
Build a reset-based planning system
1. Identify the scope of each limit
Mark each repeatable as server-wide, character-specific, or uncertain until checked in game. The current Global checklist describes Duty missions as five completions per day shared per server. That means changing characters does not create another set for the same server. Do those missions on the character that should receive the associated progress or rewards.
2. Separate replenishing counters from expiring entries
A replenishing resource can stop generating when its storage cap is reached. An entry counter may or may not carry forward. Keep two calendar labels: “spend before cap” for resources such as Nightmare attempts and Odyle Energy, and “verify carry-over” for entries whose banking behavior is not established by the available source material.
3. Put the hard deadline on your calendar
Schedule the weekly review on Tuesday in your local time, early enough to leave a second session before Wednesday’s boundary. A single reminder at reset is risky: maintenance, a long queue, or an unfinished dungeon can turn a nominally available week into a missed entry.

4. Use the game counter as your checklist
Guides can lag behind a client build. Before you commit a session, open each activity and record its remaining entries, stored attempts, or time. If the value differs from a published number, follow the current client and treat the guide’s figure as historical context.
Daily routine for Global players
Duty missions: five per server at level 45
Daeva Guides’ current Global checklist reports five Duty missions per day at level 45, shared across the server. The level requirement matters: many repeatable endgame systems open around level 45, so a lower-level character may not see the same menu or quota.
- After the daily reset, select the character on the target server that should consume the server-wide quota.
- Check the Duty panel for the displayed remaining number before starting.
- Complete the five missions if their rewards fit your current progression plan; do not assume an alternate character can refresh the server limit.
- Record any uncompleted quota in your next-session note rather than treating it as automatically banked.
Nightmare: spend stored attempts before the cap
The same checklist reports two Nightmare attempts added each day and a storage cap of 14. Once 14 are stored, additional daily additions can no longer increase the balance. This is a classic “use before cap” counter: players who log in only on weekends should spend enough attempts during the week to leave room for the next additions.
- Check the stored-attempt number during your daily login.
- If you are approaching 14, schedule a Nightmare run before the next reset.
- Do not infer that every other activity uses the same banking rule; verify its own counter.
Review the smaller daily counters
The Global checklist also calls for a daily review of Shugo Festival keys, Transcendence reward counters, Dimensional Invasion charges, attendance, and Odyle Energy. Their availability can depend on level or progression. Treat this as a scan of the interface rather than a promise that each item resets or banks identically.

Aion2Data’s current client-data reading reports that Odyle Energy regenerates by 15 every three hours. It stores up to 560, or up to 840 with a subscription, according to that reading. When the meter is near its cap, regeneration pauses at the ceiling, so plan an eligible spend or reward claim before that happens. Because these values come from a third-party reading of client data, verify the live maximum and tick rate on your own counter after updates.
A practical pattern is to check the meter at login, estimate whether the next three-hour tick will hit the ceiling, and schedule crafting or another eligible use before then. Do not spend energy merely to empty the bar: use the in-game description to confirm which activity advances your current goal.
Weekly routine before Wednesday’s reset
Ascension Trial
The cited Global checklist reports three Ascension Trial entries per week. Open the trial panel before Tuesday’s final session and confirm the remaining number. If an entry is difficult, reserve enough time for a second attempt rather than starting immediately before the boundary.

Daily Dungeon entries
Despite its name, the same checklist describes a weekly limit of 14 Daily Dungeon entries. The label can therefore mislead a player who assumes a fresh quota every day. Use the activity’s displayed weekly counter, not the word “Daily,” to decide how many runs remain.

Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Exploration rewards
The checklist reports seven Exploration rewards per dungeon each week. Track the dungeon name and the reward claim separately: completing exploration and claiming its reward are not necessarily the same action. Confirm the claim button has been used before the weekly timer expires.
Command scrolls
Command scrolls are described as server-limited. Select the server and character that should receive the result before consuming one, and check the server-wide counter first. A second character should not be assumed to provide another allowance.
Odyle crafting
Add Odyle crafting to the weekly review even if your Odyle Energy check is daily. The energy meter concerns regeneration and storage; a crafting allowance can have its own weekly counter. Read both panels so that spending energy does not accidentally leave a weekly craft unused.
Abyss time
The Global checklist includes weekly Abyss time. Because this is a time allowance rather than a simple entry count, decide in advance which objectives deserve the available minutes. Check the remaining time before entering and leave a buffer for travel, grouping, or a disconnected session.
Rank #4
Daeva Pass and Season Missions
Review Daeva Pass and Season Mission progress before Wednesday. These objectives may be completed through activities you were already planning, so checking them first can prevent duplicate work. If a mission requires a specific activity, place it beside that activity in your final weekly session rather than hoping it will be completed incidentally.
What can be banked—and what you must verify
| Counter or task | Published figure or behavior | Planning implication |
|---|---|---|
| Duty missions | Five daily, shared per server at level 45 | Choose the consuming character and server deliberately |
| Nightmare | Two attempts added daily; storage cap reported as 14 | Spend before the cap blocks further additions |
| Odyle Energy | +15 every three hours; cap 560, or 840 with a subscription, in Aion2Data’s client-data reading | Use an eligible claim before the meter reaches its ceiling; verify live values |
| Ascension Trial | Three entries weekly | Check the weekly counter before Tuesday’s last session |
| Daily Dungeon | Fourteen entries weekly in the cited Global checklist | Do not assume the name means a daily refresh |
| Exploration | Seven rewards per dungeon each week | Confirm both completion and reward claim |
| Command scrolls | Server-limited | Use the intended server and verify its counter |
| Abyss | Weekly time allowance | Spend minutes on defined objectives and leave a buffer |
The available guides do not establish a universal carry-over rule for every entry. A full counter may bank, expire, or behave differently after an event change. Only promise yourself a banked run when the activity’s own counter explicitly shows stored entries or the current client description confirms it.
Schedule templates for different play patterns
Short daily sessions
Start with the counters that can cap: Nightmare and Odyle Energy. Then inspect the server-wide Duty quota. Use the remaining minutes for whichever weekly activity has the nearest practical deadline, such as a pass mission tied to the content you are already entering.
Two or three sessions per week
On the first session after the reset, read every weekly counter and note which values are banked. On the middle session, spend any resource approaching its cap. On Tuesday, reserve a dedicated cleanup block for Ascension Trial, Daily Dungeon, Exploration claims, Command scrolls, Abyss time, and season tasks that remain.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Weekend-heavy play
Do not assume a weekend login can recover every weekday quota. Nightmare and Odyle Energy have finite storage, and Duty is a server-wide daily allowance. Log in briefly during the week to keep capped resources moving, then use the longer weekend session for weekly entries and progression.
Multiple characters
Maintain a small note with the server, character, and counter scope for every task. Complete server-wide Duty missions and Command-scroll allowances on the character that benefits most. For character-specific activities, confirm the per-character counter before switching; the client’s label is more reliable than a generic checklist.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Example of a reset-week plan
- Wednesday after reset: Open every weekly panel, record remaining entries and Abyss time, and identify pass missions that overlap with planned content.
- Thursday: Run the daily Duty quota on the intended server character and spend Nightmare attempts if the stored total is high.
- Friday or Saturday: Check Odyle Energy against its cap and complete a suitable claim or craft if regeneration would otherwise stop.
- Sunday: Make progress on Exploration rewards, Daily Dungeon entries, and Ascension Trial while there is still recovery time for a failed attempt.
- Tuesday: Perform a full counter sweep. Finish remaining weekly entries, claim Exploration rewards, use server-limited scrolls if appropriate, and complete linked Daeva Pass or Season Missions.
- At the next reset: Recheck every counter instead of assuming the previous week’s behavior continues after a patch or event.
Common planning mistakes and fixes
Using local midnight as the reset
Symptom: A mission is still unavailable after midnight, or a counter changes during your expected “new day.” Fix: Anchor your calendar to 07:00 UTC for Global and convert it for the date in question.
Changing characters to bypass a server limit
Symptom: A second character shows no additional Duty or Command-scroll allowance. Fix: Treat the counter as server-wide when the activity says so and choose the consuming character before starting.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsLetting a capped resource sit overnight
Symptom: Odyle Energy remains at its maximum or Nightmare attempts remain at 14 while a new reset passes. Fix: Schedule an eligible spend before the next regeneration tick or daily addition.
Assuming every unused entry carries forward
Symptom: A guide says an activity is weekly, but the client shows fewer entries than expected after reset. Fix: Read the activity’s carry-over wording and record the actual counter; do not generalize from Nightmare or another system.
Trusting a guide through a maintenance change
Symptom: The published reset hour conflicts with the countdown or an event notice. Fix: Follow the current in-game timer for your service and patch, then update your personal calendar after the change is confirmed.
Final pre-reset checklist
- Confirm the service: Global or another regional cycle.
- Check the in-game countdown and any maintenance notice.
- Complete or deliberately defer the five server-wide Duty missions at level 45.
- Keep Nightmare below its reported 14-attempt storage cap.
- Check Odyle Energy before the 560 or subscription-enhanced 840 ceiling, and verify the live value in game.
- Review three Ascension Trial entries, 14 Daily Dungeon entries, seven Exploration rewards per dungeon, Command scrolls, Odyle crafting, Abyss time, and Daeva Pass or Season Missions.
- Claim Exploration rewards and record any counter whose banking behavior is unclear.
- Recheck all values after a patch, event, or maintenance window.
What to remember
The useful habit is not memorizing a single hour; it is organizing every activity by reset, scope, and cap. Use the Global UTC schedule as your calendar anchor, select the correct server and character for shared quotas, spend capped resources before regeneration stops, and reserve Tuesday for a deliberate weekly sweep. Regional services and live patches can diverge, so the timer displayed by your client remains the deciding evidence.
