To pair a Brydge 10.2 keyboard, switch it on, put it in Bluetooth pairing mode, then select Brydge 10.2 in your iPad’s Bluetooth settings. A flashing blue LED means it is ready to pair; the light turns off when pairing succeeds.
Pair the Brydge 10.2 with your iPad

Press the keyboard’s power key for one second. The LED flashes green when the keyboard is on.

Press and hold the keyboard’s Bluetooth key for three seconds. The LED flashes blue to indicate pairing mode.

On the iPad, open Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on if needed. Tap Brydge 10.2 when it appears in the device list.

Wait for the blue LED to turn off. The Brydge 10.2 user manual identifies this as the signal that pairing succeeded.
Keep the iPad within about 33 feet (10 meters) of the keyboard while pairing, as Apple advises for Bluetooth accessories. See Apple’s iPad Bluetooth accessory instructions and the Brydge 10.2 user manual.

If the keyboard does not appear or respond
Wake it from sleep
The Brydge 10.2 manual says the keyboard sleeps after 20 minutes of inactivity. Press any key to wake it. It also sleeps when the iPad and keyboard are closed together like a laptop.
Try pairing again
First, switch the keyboard off and back on, then hold its Bluetooth key for three seconds until the LED flashes blue. Check the iPad’s Bluetooth list again. Brydge’s current support FAQ gives a more extensive reset sequence for its newer Air MAX+ and 10.9 MAX+ models: remove the keyboard from the iPad’s Bluetooth device list, turn the keyboard off, restart the iPad, then turn the keyboard on and pair again. That guidance is for those newer models, not a 10.2-specific guarantee. See Brydge support.

Check compatibility before buying
“10.2” does not establish that the keyboard works with every iPad having a 10.2-inch display. The Brydge 10.2 manual identifies it for 10.2-inch iPads, while Brydge’s current catalog lists distinct products for newer iPad generations.
