Yes. Epic Seven’s official Steam FAQ says you can transfer an existing email account or Simple Login (SNS) account to a Simple Login (Steam) account. After that transfer, the same account can be used on Steam, the STOVE PC client, and mobile, with game progress and game data retained.
This is an account transfer, not a merge of two independently developed profiles. If you already launched Epic Seven on Steam and that created a new Steam account, stop and contact in-game Customer Service before doing anything else: the official guidance says the newly created Steam account must be deleted before you transfer your existing account.
What “linking” your Epic Seven account to Steam actually means
Epic Seven’s official terminology is transferring an existing account to a Simple Login (Steam) account. The process is not designed to combine the progress of two separate profiles. Your established email or Simple Login (SNS) account becomes the account you use through Steam.

The official FAQ states: “You can transfer your existing email account or Simple Login (SNS) account to a Simple Login (Steam) account.” In practical terms, you are changing the login route for the same game account rather than creating a second profile and combining inventories, heroes, currencies, or campaign progress.

That distinction matters if you have already opened the game through Steam. A first launch can result in a newly created Steam account. The official notice does not describe a merge between that new profile and your established mobile profile. Instead, it tells players to contact in-game Customer Service and request deletion of the newly created Steam account, then transfer the existing account. Treat that deletion as a consequential support action, not as a routine sign-out step.
Which accounts are eligible?
The Steam FAQ identifies two existing login types that can be transferred:
- An existing email account.
- An existing Simple Login (SNS) account.
Both are transferred to a Simple Login (Steam) account. The notice does not present separate transfer systems for Android, iOS, Steam, or the STOVE PC client. It describes one account that remains usable across those clients after the transfer.

Will your Epic Seven progress and data be lost?
The official FAQ says that “all game progress and game data will be retained” during the transfer. It specifically names unclaimed rewards, event items, and ongoing Epic Pass progress as examples of data that remains.
That statement covers the account’s progress and data rather than only a login identifier. The notice does not publish a separate field-by-field inventory of every item or screen, so do not treat the examples as an exhaustive technical schema. It does, however, explicitly say that progress and game data are retained and calls out rewards, event items, and Epic Pass progress.

If you are asking whether your heroes, campaign progress, equipment, or other account history will carry over, the safest reading is the one in the official notice: the same game account and its retained progress are being transferred. Do not create a second Steam profile to test this, because a newly created profile is the exceptional case that requires Customer Service involvement.
Before you transfer: a safe preparation checklist
Because the exact confirmation screens are defined in a separate official notice, prepare the account information first and avoid improvising with a second profile.

- Check whether Steam has already created a profile. If you opened Epic Seven on Steam and saw a fresh game start, treat that as a newly created Steam account and use the Customer Service branch below.
- Do not assume two profiles can be merged. The official process is a transfer of an existing account to Steam, not a combination of progress from separate accounts.
- Keep the official notices available. The Steam announcement links to a separate notice titled “FAQs Regarding Account Linking,” which contains the current procedure and confirmation prompts.
- Do not delete an account on your own when the new-Steam exception applies. The notice specifically directs players to in-game Customer Service for the deletion request.
How to transfer an existing mobile account to Steam
The official Steam announcement points to the separate “FAQs Regarding Account Linking” notice for the exact operation. That linked page supplies the current menu sequence and confirmation screens. Because those screens can change and the detailed page is the authoritative procedure, use it rather than following an unofficial click path.
- Start with the existing account. Open Epic Seven through the client where your established email or Simple Login (SNS) account is available. Verify that this is the account whose progress you want to keep.
- Open the official account-linking instructions. From the Steam notice, follow the reference to “FAQs Regarding Account Linking.” Read the transfer requirements and the confirmation text shown there before accepting anything.
- Select the transfer to Simple Login (Steam) described by the FAQ. The objective is to transfer the existing account, not to register a separate Steam game profile.
- Complete the confirmations exactly as shown. The current notice is the source for the labels, prompts, and any eligibility checks. Do not substitute a different account or create a new one while the transfer is in progress.
- Test the same account on each intended client. After the transfer, sign in through Steam and then verify access on mobile or the STOVE PC client. The official FAQ says the same account remains available on all three platforms.
The linked account-transfer notice is the right place to resolve a screen that does not match these descriptions. The Steam FAQ confirms the supported account types and the result, but it does not reproduce every current button name in the announcement itself.
If you already created a new Steam account
This is the most important exception. If Steam launched Epic Seven and you began playing on a fresh profile, do not continue assuming that profile can later be merged with your mobile account. The official guidance says to contact in-game Customer Service and request deletion of that newly created Steam account, then transfer the existing account.

Recommended sequence
- Stop using the newly created Steam profile for the transfer decision. Record which account contains the progress you want to retain.
- Open Epic Seven’s in-game Customer Service. Explain that Steam created a new account and that you need that newly created Steam account deleted so your established email or Simple Login (SNS) account can be transferred.
- Follow the support team’s instructions. Account deletion is consequential. Do not attempt to bypass the support process or delete the established account that contains your progress.
- After support resolves the new profile, use the official account-linking FAQ. Transfer the established account to Simple Login (Steam) using the current procedure in that notice.
Keep the wording precise when contacting support: identify the new Steam-created account as the one to be deleted and the established mobile account as the one you want to preserve. If support asks for additional verification, provide only the information requested through the in-game channel.
Can you switch between Steam, mobile, and the STOVE PC client?
Yes. The official FAQ says: “Additionally, even after transferring your account, you can still log in to the STOVE PC client and the mobile version using the same account.” Steam is added as another access point for that transferred account.
This means you can use the platform that suits the situation without starting a separate Epic Seven profile on each device. Sign in with the transferred account rather than choosing a fresh-account option. If one client appears to show a new game, stop before progressing and verify the login method; continuing on the wrong profile can put you back in the support-required scenario described above.
What remains consistent across clients
- The account identity is the transferred email or Simple Login (SNS) account now associated with Simple Login (Steam).
- Progress and game data are retained according to the official FAQ.
- Mobile and the STOVE PC client remain usable after the transfer.
- Steam access is part of the same account arrangement, rather than a separate progression track.
Steam worlds and cross-play qualifications
The Steam notice says Steam access includes both existing worlds and new worlds. It also describes cross-play across Steam, the STOVE PC client, and mobile.
A new world can have differences in content or scheduling. The notice specifically warns that some content or schedules may vary in a new world, so do not interpret “cross-play” as a promise that every event timing, launch condition, or world-specific feature is identical everywhere.

Before entering a new world, read the in-game description and the current Steam notice. If your priority is the progress already built on mobile, use the transferred existing account and the world associated with that progress. A new-world option is a separate choice from transferring your account and should not be used as a test of whether the transfer worked.

Starting a second profile to check Steam access

Safer response: Stop, identify the established account, and contact in-game Customer Service if the new Steam profile already exists. Do not treat the two profiles as merge candidates.
Assuming the Steam login replaces mobile access

Looking for an unofficial button sequence
Why it causes trouble: Menu labels and confirmation screens can change, while the Steam announcement delegates the detailed procedure to the separate account-linking FAQ.
Safer response: Follow the current “FAQs Regarding Account Linking” notice linked from the official Steam announcement. Use Epic Seven’s Customer Service when the screen, eligibility, or account state does not match the notice.

The published guidance establishes these points:
- Existing email and Simple Login (SNS) accounts are eligible for transfer to Simple Login (Steam).
- The transferred account remains usable on Steam, the STOVE PC client, and mobile.
- Game progress and game data are retained, including the listed examples of unclaimed rewards, event items, and ongoing Epic Pass progress.
- Players who already created a new Steam account should request its deletion through in-game Customer Service before transferring the established account.
- Steam supports existing and new worlds, with cross-play across the named clients and possible differences in some new-world content or schedules.
The announcement does not provide a universal, permanent click-by-click sequence in its own text. For that reason, the separate account-linking FAQ and Customer Service are the appropriate authorities for the current screens, eligibility checks, and an account-specific problem.

Bottom line
You can use an existing Epic Seven email or Simple Login (SNS) account on Steam by transferring it to Simple Login (Steam). The official FAQ says your progress and game data remain, and the same account continues to work on mobile and the STOVE PC client. If Steam already made a new account for you, do not try to merge it: contact in-game Customer Service, request deletion of that newly created account, and then follow the official account-linking FAQ for the account you intend to keep.
