Spoilers for Tel-Rea’s personal mission. The mission is Sisters: a six-turn survival encounter on Dantooine, not a fight you have to win by defeating Trilla. Bring Hawks and Tel-Rea, keep both alive, and use your remaining squad slots to protect them and deal with the stormtroopers.
How to unlock Sisters
Guide coverage reports that Sisters becomes available after the Order 66 timeskip and after completing Deep Cover. It often appears around Cycle 30, but that timing can vary with campaign progress, so treat it as an estimate rather than a fixed deadline. Tel-Rea receives an invitation from Trilla to Dantooine; accept it to start the mission.
Sisters is distinct from Origin of Infection, another Tel-Rea mission with different events and objectives.
What squad should you bring?
Hawks and Tel-Rea are required survivors, occupying two of your four squad slots. Choose two more operators to support them:

- Medic: Adds a safety net if Tel-Rea is downed. The AllThingsHow walkthrough reports that a Medic revival restores her to full health rather than half.
- Cly or another damage dealer: Helps remove stormtroopers so they put less pressure on your required survivors.
The Medic and damage-dealer suggestions are tactical recommendations, not mandatory squad requirements.
How to get the +3 Advantage
- On Dantooine, follow the approach through the damaged area toward the mission objective.
- Interact with the destroyed bike before proceeding. The walkthroughs report that it grants +3 Advantage.
- Continue along the route. Reaching the body triggers Trilla’s ambush, so collect the Advantage before advancing to it.
How to survive Trilla for six turns
Your goal is to keep Hawks and Tel-Rea alive until the six-turn survival condition is met. Attacking Trilla is not necessary; the walkthroughs warn that it offers little payoff and may provoke a powerful reaction attack.

- Keep Tel-Rea out of Trilla’s range. Use her to attack stormtroopers instead of moving her toward Trilla. When available, her lightsaber throw can help if enemies line up.
- Reduce pressure from stormtroopers. Use Cly or your other damage-focused operator to clear nearby enemies, while keeping Hawks and Tel-Rea safe.
- Keep Hawks alive and manage Trilla’s attention. Use your squad to keep Trilla occupied and away from Tel-Rea; Hawks is also a required survivor, not an expendable distraction.
- Spend turns on survival, not a boss takedown. Once six turns pass with the required characters alive, a cutscene resolves the confrontation.
What to do if Tel-Rea is downed
Act before Trilla completes her execution. Rally or revive Tel-Rea, then move her away from danger. The AllThingsHow guide reports that a Medic revival returns her at full health, giving you a chance to reposition her and finish the survival turns.
How to confirm the mission is complete
The guides report that Sisters completes after the sixth turn if Tel-Rea and Hawks are still alive. A cutscene after the survival condition is met confirms the outcome; defeating Trilla in tactical combat is not required.

Version note
An independent page updated September 12, 2026 reports that Patch 1.1 fixed an early ending at the final survival turn and targeting reassignment problems in Tel-Rea’s hero mission. That page does not establish that either issue applies to Sisters specifically, so those fixes should not be treated as confirmed Sisters changes.
