To keep YouTube TV from showing team or league score spoilers before you start watching, open that team’s or league’s page, select More, and turn on “Hide all scores for this team/league.” Google says the preference applies across your devices. It is a spoiler-hiding setting, not a guarantee that every score graphic inside a game will disappear.
Turn on score hiding for a team or league

Open YouTube TV and go to the relevant team or league page.

Select More.

Google says this hides spoiler information, such as final scores and live previews, before you start watching. The preference applies across your devices. Google describes the steps through the team or league page but does not specify one button location or icon appearance for every device interface. Google’s YouTube TV help instructions explain the setting.

Choose whether to hide one team’s scores or a whole league
For NBA, NFL, and MLB, Google says you can hide scores team by team from team pages. If a league does not have individual team pages, use the league page to hide scores at league level. Google’s instructions describe these scope options.
Restore scores when you want them back

Open the same team or league page.

Select More.

Turn on “Show all sports scores for this team/league.”

Google describes this control as preventing spoiler information from appearing before playback. It does not promise that every score shown during a game, replay, or broadcast will be suppressed. Avoid treating it as a way to remove all score graphics from the video itself.

YouTube TV also has separate sports views. Stats provide game and player information tied to the point currently being watched; Google says stats can be checked on DVR or delayed live TV without spoilers. The Scores view is different: it shows live scores and standings across a league. Neither view is another name for the hide-scores preference. Google’s score-hiding help and its sports-view guide describe these features separately.
