Rockstar said individual 2025 rewards were issued immediately and that the complete Vinewood Undead Collection could take up to 72 hours after all three challenges. Those timing statements apply to the 2025 collection, not to the 2026 Slasher Clown reward.
The 2025 title-update notes also described a Halloween period running October 2 through November 6 and recorded removal of the rank requirement for accessing Survivals in update 1.71. That is historical context, not a guarantee that the 2026 event will use the same dates, access rules or progression requirements. I completed a different Halloween activity
Taxi Fares, Adversary Mode and the three-challenge Vinewood Undead sequence belong to the 2025 instructions. The 2026 condition names a Survival and nothing else. Completing another activity should not be treated as a substitute.
