Is the accessory free, or do you have to buy it?
A report by MP1st on the October 9 update relays a clarification that the accessory will not be sold in the store and is earned by completing the event’s mission objectives. The official patch notes also list “Infinity Gauntlet Accessory” under “New In Store,” creating a wording discrepancy. The reported clarification identifies event missions as the free unlock route; check the event panel for the current reward and requirements.
What is the Path to Doomsday mode?
The official notes describe a 12-player mode with six duo squads. Two squads face off each round, and the first squad to collect all six Infinity Stones wins. The accessory’s reported mission route is tied to this event, but the published notes do not say that any particular match result or stone count alone unlocks it.

Do not confuse it with the other October events
- Infinity Finale: A separate season event running October 9, 2026, at 09:00 UTC through December 10, 2026, at 09:00 UTC. Its quests award Thor’s The Avengers costume, not the Gauntlet accessory.
- Times Square activities: Running October 9, 2026, at 09:00 UTC through October 22, 2026, at 09:00 UTC. A continuous two-minute screening unlocks an Avengers: Infinity War Gallery Card; taking a group photo at the scene photo walls awards an Avengers Emblem Spray and 100 Units. These are separate rewards and do not replace the Path to Doomsday mission route.
Both schedules and reward descriptions are in the official patch notes. No post-event claim period for the Gauntlet accessory is established there, so complete its missions before the mode ends.
