Warframe’s item is called a Riven Sliver, not a “Riven Splicer.” You can get Slivers from level 30-or-higher Eximus enemies or by opening Requiem Relics. Then take them to Palladino at Iron Wake to check her current offers and limits.
How to get Riven Slivers
Defeat eligible Eximus enemies
Play missions where Eximus enemies are level 30 or higher. Digital Extremes’ Update 32 lists a 2% drop chance for both regular and Steel Path Eximus after the rates were increased. That is a chance per eligible enemy, not a promise of a drop during each mission.
Open Requiem Relics
Requiem Relics are another documented source. Digital Extremes first noted Riven Slivers in its Update 26. The relic system later changed: Update 42 says Requiem I, II, III, and IV were retired from drop tables and replaced by Requiem Eterna Relics. Check the relic description and reward list in your game; guides that direct you to farm the retired relic types may be out of date.

Which farming route should you use?
| Route | What it requires | What the official notes establish |
|---|---|---|
| Eximus drops | Level 30-or-higher Eximus enemies | Update 32 lists a 2% chance per regular or Steel Path Eximus. |
| Requiem Relics | A relevant Requiem Relic to open | Riven Slivers are a documented relic reward; Update 42 replaced the retired Requiem I–IV relics with Requiem Eterna Relics. |
The patch notes do not establish which route is faster overall. The Eximus figure is a per-enemy chance, while relic rewards depend on the relic’s current reward table.

Spend Slivers at Palladino in Iron Wake
Once you have Slivers, visit Palladino at Iron Wake and inspect her shop. Her inventory and purchase limits have changed over time, so use the live vendor menu for current costs and weekly caps.
For context, Digital Extremes’ Update 27 documented an exchange of 10 Slivers for one Riven, limited to one per week at that time. That is a historical offer, not confirmation of the current shop terms. Update 42 later expanded Palladino’s wares to include Riven Ciphers, Riven Transmuters, Requiem Ultimatums, 6,000 Endo, retired Requiem Relics, and decorations, with individual limits.

- Born with the soul of a dragon, the Dovahkiin are tasked with defeating the powerful dragon, Alduin – it’s an even harder task as a miniature cosplaying duck! This Skyrim protagonist is 50% smaller than a regular TUBBZ, meaning the Dovahkiin Mini TUBBZ will need all of their Dragonborn skills to succeed.

- This officially licensed gift is part of the TUBBZ range, a highly collectable series pop culture characters in duck form - perfect for jeep ducking

Do not confuse Sliver farming with the Chains of Harrow quest reward
Palladino’s shop is at Iron Wake, and Warframe Support’s Chains of Harrow FAQ describes a purchase there that requires completing the quest. The FAQ also describes a separate, conditional Melee Riven reward: you must buy Harrow from the Market before your first completion of Chains of Harrow to receive it. Buying Harrow afterward and replaying the quest does not grant that quest Riven. This is distinct from farming Riven Slivers.
