To get Raiden’s sword in Lineage Piece, activate the Archon race, find the Raiden Seller on Frostborn Island, and bring the seller’s current materials and currency after farming the Plane of Euthymia. Buying the weapon does not complete Raiden mastery: that is a separate questline from another NPC, and published guides disagree on its objectives.
What you need before starting
Guides identify Archon as a prerequisite for buying Raiden; one also says it is required to begin mastery. Keep Archon active while following the purchase route, and check the seller’s live requirements before farming because reported totals have changed between versions. These details come from third-party guides, not an official game requirements page.
How to unlock and buy Raiden

Activate Archon
Obtain and activate the Archon race before approaching the seller. This requirement is reported by NerdsChalk and Lineage Piece Site.

Find the Raiden Seller on Frostborn Island
The seller is reported to be left of spawn, down a snowy cliff ledge. The Raiden Mastery NPC is a different character, described as being at the back of Frostborn. AwesWikis’ Lineage Piece directory also lists Frostborn Island as Raiden’s location.

Get a Shrine Key
The reported options are to defeat the Snow Bandit boss on Frostborn or exchange Tower Shards with the Tower Exchange NPC on Monument Isle. Lineage Piece Site lists a 1% Snow Bandit drop and an exchange cost of 5 Tower Shards; these are unverified guide figures, so check the current in-game drop or exchange display.

Open and clear the Plane of Euthymia
Use the Shrine Key to access the raid, where the required materials are reported to drop. NerdsChalk says Raiden appears around wave 10, but wave details can change; follow the current raid encounter rather than treating that estimate as guaranteed.

How Raiden mastery differs from buying the sword
The weapon purchase and mastery are separate: the reported mastery NPC is at the back of Frostborn Island, not at the seller. Two guides give conflicting mastery checklists, so do not combine them or assume either is current.
