The route and outcomes come from community guides, not official developer documentation, so check the live prompts and odds before spending items.
Where is the Sakura Incubator, and how do you unlock it?
Community guides place the Sakura Incubator in the Cherry Blossom biome and report that submitting a Crane unlocks it. The exact access steps and reported speed requirements differ between guides, so follow the directions currently shown in your game rather than relying on a guide’s threshold. Before you submit the Crane, read the live prompt and confirm whether the action consumes it. Pro Game Guides and StealAnEgg.dev describe the Crane unlock, but neither is official game documentation.
How do you get Sakura Crystals?
Guides identify Great Bloom as the event during which players gather Sakura Crystals for the incubator. Its timing and any current collection requirements should be checked in-game, since event details can change. StealAnEgg.dev and the Steal An Egg Roblox Game Wiki report this event as the crystal-gathering window.

- Go to the Cherry Blossom area and locate the Sakura Incubator.
- Unlock the machine by following its current prompt. Guides report that this requires a Crane; check whether the live prompt warns that the item will be consumed.
- Collect Sakura Crystals during Great Bloom and keep enough for the amount the incubator currently requests.
- Keep the egg you want to mutate unhatched in your inventory, then place it in the incubator. A community guide reports that the mutation is applied before the egg hatches: Steal An Egg Roblox Game Wiki.
- Charge the egg until the panel enables Mutate. Before activating it, inspect the displayed odds, crystal cost, and any listed effects from boosts.
- Select Mutate when ready. Hatch the egg afterward if that is the sequence shown by the current interface.
Bloom vs. Spirit Bloom: what are the odds?
The reported outcomes are Bloom and the rarer Spirit Bloom, but published figures are inconsistent and should not be treated as permanent odds. The Steal An Egg Wiki reported observing a panel reading “Possible Mutations: Bloom 97.5%, Spirit Bloom 2.5%” in 2026 (The Great Bloom in Steal An Egg – Sakura Incubator and Bloom Mutations). All Things How also reported a 2.5% base chance for Spirit Bloom in 2026 (All Things How). Other community accounts describe odds that can vary with charge or luck boosts, and a newer client-derived guide reports changed charge and multiplier behavior (The Great Bloom in Steal An Egg – Sakura Incubator and Bloom Mutations; All Things How).

Use the odds shown by your own incubator panel immediately before mutating. If the interface lists a charge level or boost alongside the chances, compare those displayed values for the egg you are about to spend crystals on. The available guides do not establish stable current income multipliers, so use the live game’s pet income information rather than assuming one mutation has a fixed value.
Are luck boosts required?
No paid boost is established as necessary to get either mutation. All Things How reports that a Robux luck boost can affect Spirit Bloom odds, but its current availability, price, exact effect, and regional details are not established. Treat it as an optional, unverified report and rely on the incubator’s live panel for any boost effect it actually displays.
