Most Wanted has 11 trophies, and the shortest route is to clear all six bounties, complete character and miscellaneous requirements during those runs, then replay one bounty on Max Threat. PowerPyx estimates 2–3 hours for 100% on Casual, with no online trophies, missables, or difficulty-specific trophies listed. Treat the time as a guide estimate, not a guarantee.
What Most Wanted is and how to access it
Most Wanted is a single-player combat survival mode for Ghost of Yōtei, described by Sucker Punch as its take on a roguelike. You accept bounties, fight enemy waves and boss encounters, and earn perks as you progress. Rewards include playable characters, weapons, and cosmetics. PlayStation’s announcement and the PlayStation Store listing describe the mode and its contents.

It is included with the PS5 Complete Edition or the Complete Edition Upgrade. PlayStation’s game page lists those access options. The mode is downloadable content, not a separate physical disc. PlayStation said patch v2.0 was scheduled for October 1, 2026 globally and October 2 in some territories, including Asia, Australia, and New Zealand; downloading it requires an internet connection and PlayStation account. Availability and timing can vary by region.
According to PowerPyx, Most Wanted can be opened from the title screen without starting or completing the main story. Its roadmap is the basis for the trophy count and route below; these are guide-reported details, not independently tested here.

These figures come from PowerPyx’s October 5, 2026 trophy guide. The time and difficulty are estimates. The guide reports that difficulty does not affect trophies and that accessibility features can be used.
Recommended trophy route
1. Choose Casual for the quickest clear
PowerPyx recommends Casual for its estimated shortest completion route. Since its roadmap says difficulty does not affect trophies, choose a harder setting only if you want the added challenge; it is not required for the trophy list.

2. Complete one bounty for each of the six targets
Work through all six bounties. During these runs, satisfy character ability and miscellaneous trophy requirements where practical, rather than making separate cleanup runs. Keep track of any requirement you have not completed so you can address it before moving on.

The roadmap places the Max Threat replay after defeating Lord Saito. PowerPyx says Max Threat adds waves and enemies while retaining the selected difficulty, so it does not require switching to a higher difficulty.

4. Replay a bounty on Max Threat
Complete one bounty again with Max Threat active. PowerPyx recommends the Spider bounty as the shortest replay. This makes seven bounty runs the guide’s minimum route: six distinct targets and one repeat for Max Threat.
How long does 100% take?
PowerPyx estimates 2–3 hours on Casual. That is a roadmap estimate, not a fixed completion time; familiarity with combat, run performance, and time spent on individual trophy requirements can change how long the mode takes. The guide’s suggested seven-run route provides a useful planning baseline, but does not guarantee that every player will finish in that time.

Are any trophies missable or online-only?
PowerPyx lists no missable or glitched trophies and reports zero online trophies. Its route is entirely based on completing bounty runs and their requirements, including the Max Threat replay. Those are details reported by that guide rather than an independent audit of every in-game condition.

PlayStation lists the mode with the PS5 Complete Edition and the Complete Edition Upgrade. If you already own the base game, compare the Upgrade against buying the Complete Edition; if you do not, compare the Complete Edition with the base game plus any content you want. The official pages confirm inclusion but do not establish current local prices or retailer stock. PlayStation lists a physical edition of Ghost of Yōtei; GamesRadar also reported a physical Complete Edition at launch, but that does not confirm present availability in any particular region.
