There is no confirmed cheat-code or console-code system for Lucid Blocks. The practical shortcuts are learning its experimental Apotheosis crafting, making tools for movement and survival, and following clear routes to achievements. Recipes and achievement steps below come from an unaffiliated community wiki, so check them in your current game build—especially the conflicting Glider Glove recipe.
How Apotheosis crafting works
Lucid Blocks is a single-player exploration, building, and survival sandbox by Lucy B. Locks. Its Apotheosis system is designed for experimentation: the official game site describes fusing sets of items without needing a recipe list, while the community beginner guide says successful fusions are recorded in the Journal. A useful loop is to explore for materials, test combinations, then use what you make to reach new areas or build shelter. There is no in-game tutorial, according to the community guide, so try nearby materials rather than waiting for a prescribed sequence. The community beginner guide recommends beginning with a Wooden Pick, then adding storage, traversal, and combat options. This is a practical order, not a tested claim that it is the only or objectively best route.

How to make movement tools
Glider Glove: check the Feather recipe
The Beginner’s Guide gives this route: Wool + Stick + Sand Block → Feather, then Feather + Wool → Glider Glove. The achievement guide instead lists Wool + Bone as the Feather fusion. These community sources disagree, and neither establishes which recipe works in every current build. Try the ingredients in Apotheosis and confirm the result before planning around either version. The guides describe the Glider Glove as a way to glide and reduce fall damage.

Metal Hook or Hookshot
Both community guides list Aluminum Block + String → Metal Hook. The achievement guide says to fire the crafted hook for its Hookshot achievement. A hook offers a different traversal route from gliding; the available sources do not establish which is faster or better in all situations.

Achievement routes the guides describe
The Steam store listing showed 22 Steam Achievements when retrieved on October 7, 2026; achievement totals can change. The routes below summarize community guidance rather than guaranteed requirements for every game version. Lucid Blocks on Steam
- First fusion / Apotheosis α: Fuse any two items; the achievement guide says even two Dirt items count.
- Angel α / create and enter a qualia: Fuse a Rejuvenation Anchor with a basic block to make a Clonaqualia Block, place it, then interact with it. Both community guides describe this route.
- Movement achievements: Craft and use a Glider Glove; for the Hookshot achievement, craft a Metal Hook and fire it. The Feather recipe remains disputed, as explained above.
- Ball Wand: Magnetite + Stick → Key Axe; then Key Axe + Magnetite → Ball Wand, according to the achievement guide.
- Farming: Obtain a seed from a Fruit Femme, plant and fertilize it, wait for the crop to mature, then harvest it.
- Tiamana exploration: Explore deep into a qualia to find a tiamana leyline and complete its trial for a further achievement, according to the guide.
The achievement guide does not establish the exact conditions for one hidden achievement. It mentions an uncertain clue involving exploration order, but does not provide a reliable route; there is not enough information to turn that into steps. Recover a qualia from a backup
The official support page says the game creates a backup of a qualia’s original state every time the game is saved. To restore one:

- Select the qualia and click its rewind/clock control.
- Choose a listed backup and restore it.
- Check the qualia list; the restored backup is added there.

What to try if the game crashes or will not start
Official help suggests the following troubleshooting options for crashes or launch failures, including problems after an update. They are possible remedies, not guaranteed fixes.
- Update the dedicated GPU driver. The official site says Vulkan support is required and generally advises against manually installing Vulkan; a graphics-driver update may be needed.
- Reset overrides in the GPU control panel, or try integrated graphics if your computer has it.
- Lower the in-game graphics preset if you can reach the settings.
- Temporarily disable mods by renaming the game’s
modsfolder. - In
%APPDATA%/lucid blocks/, delete theshader_cacheandvulkanfolders, and deletedevice/device.tres. - Verify the game files through Steam, reinstall if needed, or try launching the game executable directly.
Follow the current steps on the official help page before removing files, and avoid deleting unrelated folders or saves.
Mods are optional, not cheat codes
The official modding instructions describe placing .pck files in the game’s mods/ folder; advanced mods may also require .dll files. Mods are community additions, not required for the crafting and achievement routes here. The developer warns that mods may contain viruses and advises installing only from creators you trust. If a mod contributes to a crash, official support recommends disabling mods during troubleshooting. See the official modding instructions.

The Steam listing retrieved October 7, 2026, stated a minimum 64-bit OS, Intel Core i3-8130U, 8 GB RAM, Intel UHD Graphics 620, 1.5 GB of available storage, and Vulkan support. These are storefront requirements, not independent performance tests, and listings can change; check the current Steam requirements for your system. The listing gives a March 12, 2026 release date.
The official site’s FAQ says future content updates are planned but will not be indefinite or regularly scheduled. That is the developer’s stated expectation, not a promised update timetable. Official Lucid Blocks site
