First, check the product name. POCA Audio’s official user guide and product page identify PINE Beat as a Bluetooth speaker, not a pair of earbuds. The speaker pairs automatically on first use; to pair it with another device, hold the Play button for two seconds and then choose PINE Beat in Bluetooth settings. Those instructions should not be applied to an unverified earbud model.
If you really have earbuds, read the model name printed on the charging case, label, or packaging and use that model’s official manual. No POCA earbud model, earbud reset sequence, or compatible earbud parts are established under the name “Poca Audio Pine Beat.”
Why the model check matters
“Poca Audio Pine Beat earbuds” combines two descriptions that do not match POCA’s published product information. In the official PINE Beat guide, the product is described as a speaker. POCA’s product page also presents PINE Beat as a speaker. The available instructions therefore cover speaker pairing, not earbud charging, case behavior, left/right bud synchronization, or an earbud factory reset.

That distinction changes the correct fix. A speaker has a Play button that can be held for two seconds to start pairing for a new device. Earbuds normally use controls on the buds or charging case, but no POCA procedure for a PINE Beat earbud was located. Guessing an earbud reset from the speaker’s Play-button instruction could leave you with the wrong procedure for your hardware.

Use the decision path below: identify the hardware first, then follow only the instructions that match it.
Step 1: Identify the device in your hands
Look for the exact model name
Inspect the text printed on the device, charging case, underside label, box, and purchase record. Confirm whether it says PINE Beat, another POCA model, or a different brand and model entirely. Record the spelling, capitalization, and any model or revision number. A similar-looking product name is not enough to select a manual.
Check whether it is a speaker or earbuds
- A PINE Beat speaker should have a speaker enclosure and a Play control. POCA’s pairing instructions refer specifically to powering on the speaker and pressing Play.
- Earbuds normally consist of two separate earpieces and a charging case. If your device has two buds that sit in a case, treat it as an unidentified earbud product until its exact model is confirmed.
- If the only label you can find is “Poca Audio Pine Beat earbuds,” do not assume that wording is an official model name. Compare it with the text on the physical hardware and packaging.
Use the result to choose the correct branch
If the hardware is the PINE Beat speaker, continue with the speaker pairing instructions in the next section. If it is genuinely earbuds, stop using the speaker procedure and locate the earbud maker’s manual or support page for the exact model. If the label remains unclear, contact the seller or manufacturer with a photograph of the device and its markings rather than trying an unverified reset.

How to pair the PINE Beat speaker
First-time pairing
POCA’s guide says the speaker enters pairing mode automatically on first use. Follow this sequence:
- Power on the PINE Beat speaker.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on the phone, tablet, or computer you want to use.
- Wait for PINE Beat to appear in the available-device list.
- Select PINE Beat.
The important detail is that first-use pairing is automatic. You do not need to hold the Play button for the initial pairing described by the guide. If PINE Beat does not appear, verify that the speaker is powered on and that you are looking at the device list in Bluetooth settings, not a general Wi-Fi or audio-output menu.
Pairing a different or additional device
For a device that has not previously been paired with the speaker, POCA specifies a separate action:

- Turn on PINE Beat.
- Press and hold the speaker’s Play button for two seconds.
- Open Bluetooth settings on the device you want to connect.
- Select PINE Beat when it appears.
The two-second hold is the documented way to enter pairing mode for a new device. It is not an earbud reset and should not be substituted for instructions belonging to another model.

Confirm that you selected the correct listing
Choose the listing whose name is exactly PINE Beat. If several nearby Bluetooth devices appear, avoid selecting one solely because it contains the word “Pine” or because it was used by the same phone in the past. The name shown in Bluetooth settings should match the product name in POCA’s guide.
If PINE Beat still does not connect
Recheck which pairing situation applies
First-use behavior and new-device behavior are different in POCA’s instructions. If the speaker has already been used with another device, use the two-second Play-button procedure rather than waiting for automatic first-use pairing. If this is genuinely the first use, power it on and look for automatic pairing mode as described above.

Do not transfer earbud troubleshooting to the speaker—or vice versa
The available POCA material does not establish a PINE Beat earbud factory reset, charging-contact repair, phone-cache procedure, firmware-update process, or model-specific interference diagnosis. It would be misleading to present any of those as official PINE Beat earbud fixes. Likewise, an earbud manual’s case-reset sequence may not apply to the PINE Beat speaker.
Escalate a confirmed speaker problem through POCA
If you have verified that the device is the PINE Beat speaker, followed the applicable pairing sequence, and it still will not appear or remain connected, use POCA’s official support route. POCA describes warranty and repair support for PINE Beat. Have the product name, purchase information, and the steps already attempted available when you contact support. Warranty and repair information applies to confirmed PINE Beat speaker owners; it should not be used to infer coverage for an unidentified earbud product.
If the device really is earbuds
Stop using the PINE Beat speaker sequence
Do not hold a button for two seconds merely because that action is documented for PINE Beat. Without an official earbud model name, there is no reliable way to know which button, timing, charging state, or reset sequence applies to your buds.

Find the model before troubleshooting
- Read every label on the charging case and both earbuds.
- Check the original box, quick-start card, order confirmation, or receipt.
- Write down the exact model identifier, including letters, numbers, and punctuation.
- Search the manufacturer’s official support materials using that exact identifier.
Once the model is known, follow its own instructions for charging, pairing, forgetting a previous connection, resetting, firmware updates, or service. Those steps vary by product and cannot be safely filled in from the PINE Beat speaker guide.
When the seller used the wrong description
Some listings use informal or incorrect names. If the case says one model while the listing called it “Poca Audio Pine Beat earbuds,” rely on the physical model marking and the manufacturer’s documentation. Ask the seller to confirm the model in writing if the markings are missing or contradictory. Keep photographs of the labels and packaging in case a return or warranty claim is needed.

- The device has two earbuds and a charging case: do not use the speaker steps; identify the exact earbud model first.
- The model name is missing or contradictory: check the case, packaging, and purchase record, then ask the seller or manufacturer to identify it.
- A confirmed speaker still fails after the documented pairing steps: contact POCA through its warranty or repair support route.
What can—and cannot—be concluded
It is possible to give a precise connection procedure for the PINE Beat speaker: automatic pairing on first use, or a two-second Play-button hold when pairing a new device. It is not possible to give a trustworthy PINE Beat earbud reset or disconnection fix from the available official product information, because that earbud model is not established. Correctly identifying the hardware is therefore the essential first repair step.
