When a Marvel Rivals reward is missing, first identify where it came from and whether you only earned progress or actually claimed it. Twitch Drops, creator-event prizes, tournament rewards, and ordinary event rewards use different eligibility checks and delivery locations. For a Twitch Drop, verify the account link and campaign eligibility, redeem the item in Twitch Drop Inventory, then check the Marvel Rivals in-game Inbox before escalating to the correct support team.
Marvel Rivals rewards not appearing: identify the delivery path first
A reward can be “missing” at several different stages. You may have watched enough of an eligible stream but not redeemed the Drop, redeemed it on Twitch but not found the delivery email in Marvel Rivals, won a creator campaign but be waiting for an email, or be looking in the Inbox for a tournament reward that belongs on a tournament-specific page.

Before troubleshooting, name the reward and the claim stage
Separate Twitch progress from a completed Twitch claim
Seeing a progress bar, notification or watch requirement completed is not the same as redeeming the Drop. The official Marvel Rivals Drops instructions send players to Twitch Drop Inventory to claim earned items. Until that redemption step is complete, searching the game Inbox can produce a false “missing reward” diagnosis.

Do not apply one event’s rules to another
Campaign dates, qualifying streams, entry conditions and delivery methods change. A Season 0 Drops page published December 2, 2024 explains the general Twitch process, but it does not establish which streams or dates qualify for a later campaign. Use the active event page for the reward you are pursuing.

Record what you already did
- Write down the reward name and its source: Twitch, creator campaign, tournament or another event.
- Note whether you only earned progress, redeemed the reward on Twitch, received an email, or saw an in-game message.
- Keep the campaign or tournament edition in view. A Season 9 creator announcement and a particular Championship rules document apply to those programs, not automatically to every Marvel Rivals reward.
Where are my Marvel Rivals Twitch Drops?
1. Confirm that the accounts and campaign are eligible
The official Drops process requires linking your Marvel Rivals account with Twitch and watching streams that qualify for the active campaign. Check the current campaign page for its dates, eligible channels or streams and reward-specific conditions. A connection that worked for an older event does not prove that a new account, campaign or reward is eligible.
If the stream was outside the campaign window, was not listed as eligible, or the required account link was not in place, watch time may not produce a claimable Drop. Do not use a completed watch bar from one event as evidence that a different event’s reward should be delivered.
2. Check Twitch Drop Inventory, not only the game
Open Twitch Drop Inventory and look for the Marvel Rivals item. The official guidance treats Inventory as the redemption point: earning progress and claiming the item are separate actions. If the item is waiting there, redeem it before troubleshooting Marvel Rivals.

The Marvel Rivals FAQ directs players to Twitch Support for Twitch progress that is not processing, rather than treating an unrecorded watch requirement as an in-game Inbox failure.
3. After claiming, check the Marvel Rivals Inbox
Once the Drop is redeemed in Twitch Drop Inventory, open Marvel Rivals and inspect the in-game Inbox. Claimed Twitch Drops are delivered there according to the official instructions. Look for a reward email rather than only checking inventory screens or cosmetic menus.

Claim the email promptly. The official Drops guidance says in-game reward emails expire after 30 days. That is an expiry rule for the in-game message, not a promise that every campaign remains available for 30 days or that an expired message can be restored.
4. Escalate to the team that controls the failed step

The official FAQ uses the question “WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH TWITCH DROPS?” Its answer directs players to provide feedback through Marvel Rivals Support on the official Discord. No response-time guarantee is stated, so avoid assuming that a ticket or Discord message will be answered within a particular period.
Claimed Twitch Drop not showing in game: a stage-by-stage check
Progress is complete, but Inventory has no claim button
Recheck the campaign dates and eligibility requirements, then confirm that the Twitch account is linked to the correct Marvel Rivals account. A progress indicator alone does not complete the redemption step. If Twitch progress itself is stalled, contact Twitch Support; do not skip directly to an in-game Inbox investigation.
Inventory shows the item, but it has not been redeemed
Redeem it in Twitch Drop Inventory. The official instructions specifically direct players there before they look for the item in Marvel Rivals. After redemption, launch the game and inspect the Inbox.
Inventory confirms redemption, but the Inbox is empty
Check the Inbox for the reward email and verify that you are using the Marvel Rivals account connected to the Twitch account used for the campaign. If the campaign was valid and the Twitch claim completed but delivery still fails, use Marvel Rivals Support on the official Discord. Keep the claim status and campaign name available when describing the issue.

The Inbox message existed but cannot be opened now
The official guidance says in-game reward emails expire after 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, report the circumstances to the relevant official support channel, but do not assume the message remains claimable or that recovery is guaranteed.
Marvel Rivals reward missing from Inbox after a creator event
Verify that the entry qualified
Creator campaigns have their own eligibility rules. In the cited Season 9 incentive announcement, only entries that met the listed requirements and were submitted through the official event page qualified. Watching a creator, participating informally or posting somewhere other than the stated submission page does not establish eligibility under those rules.
Check whether you were listed as a winner
The announcement says listed winners were contacted by email and specifically advises checking junk or spam mail. Search the account associated with the entry, including filtered folders, for the winner notification before treating the prize as an in-game delivery failure.
Use event-specific contact information carefully
For that Season 9 announcement, the listed contact was marvelrivalscreators@service.netease.com. That address belongs to the cited creator program; it should not be presented as the general support route for every missing Marvel Rivals reward. A different campaign may name a different contact or delivery process.
If your name is not among the listed winners, or the entry did not meet the announcement’s conditions, the creator-prize instructions do not establish a claim. Return to the event’s own terms rather than applying Twitch Drop or tournament procedures.

Tournament rewards: check the Tournament page and Hall of Honor
Individual rewards
The cited Championship rules place individual tournament rewards on the Tournament page. If you are looking in the general Inbox, switch to that tournament interface and inspect the reward area described by the rules for the relevant edition.
Rewards from previous seasons
The same rules identify Hall of Honor as the location for rewards from previous seasons. This is a separate destination from the Tournament page and from the normal Inbox, so a missing Inbox message does not by itself show that a prior-season tournament reward failed.
Check time limits and the correct edition
Some tournament rewards are time-limited. Read the rules for the tournament edition in which you participated; the cited Championship document should not be generalized to every tournament or reward category. If the edition’s availability window has passed, the rules may not provide a current claim path.
Other in-game and event rewards
Not every reward is covered by Twitch Drops, creator prizes or the cited Championship rules. For a login bonus, seasonal activity, promotion or other event reward, open the current official event page or game-support guidance and follow the location and timing it specifies. The available official instructions do not verify one universal recovery process for every non-Twitch reward, platform or edition.
Use the reward source as the decision point:
- If the source is Twitch, follow the account-link, eligibility, Inventory, Inbox and support sequence.
- If it is a creator event, follow that announcement’s entry, winner-notification and contact rules.
- If it is a tournament, use the tournament interface and edition-specific rules.
- If none of those applies, do not guess that the Inbox is the destination; use the current event’s stated instructions.
Common mistakes that make a valid reward look missing
Looking in the game before redeeming on Twitch
A Twitch Drop can be earned but remain unclaimed in Twitch Drop Inventory. The game-side Inbox check comes after the Twitch redemption step.

Using an old campaign page as proof of current eligibility
The Season 0 instructions dated December 2, 2024 explain the process, not the active dates or qualifying streams of a later event. Always verify the current campaign’s conditions.
Assuming every reward uses the Inbox
Twitch Drops go to the Inbox after Twitch redemption, while the cited tournament rules direct players to the Tournament page or Hall of Honor. Creator prizes may begin with an email to winners rather than an automatic Inbox message.
Contacting the wrong support channel
Twitch Support is the route identified for Twitch progress that is not processing. Continuing Marvel Rivals Drops problems belong with Marvel Rivals Support on the official Discord. A creator-event contact listed in one announcement is not a universal support address.

Marvel Rivals’ official Drops guidance says reward emails expire after 30 days. Open and claim the message as soon as it arrives instead of leaving it for later.
What to include when you escalate a missing reward
Describe the failed stage rather than saying only “my reward is missing.” State the reward source, campaign or tournament edition, whether eligibility requirements were met, whether Twitch Drop Inventory showed a completed redemption, and where you looked in the game. For a creator event, identify the announcement and whether you were listed as a winner; for a tournament, specify whether you checked the Tournament page or Hall of Honor.
Keep the explanation limited to the relevant official route. If the issue is Twitch watch progress, start with Twitch Support. If Twitch confirms the claim but Marvel Rivals has not delivered it, use the official Marvel Rivals Discord support route. The published guidance does not promise a fixed response time, so do not interpret a delay as proof that the reward is permanently lost.
