First identify which “Dungeon Quest” you mean: the Roblox experience or the separate game listed on Steam. If Roblox will not install, launch, or connect

If Roblox reports a graphics error
For messages such as “Graphics failed to initialize,” graphics errors during play, old-card warnings, or visibly corrupted rendering, Roblox Support identifies several possible causes: missing DirectX 10-or-higher feature support, an outdated graphics driver, unsupported hardware, or changed graphics settings. Check software and compatibility before concluding that the graphics card must be replaced.
Check DirectX feature support
- Press Windows+R, type
dxdiag, and press Enter. - Open the Display tab in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
- Inspect Feature Levels. On Windows 7, check DDI Version instead.
- Roblox Support says a system without feature level 10 or higher cannot access the Roblox application. If that level is absent, the issue is a compatibility limitation rather than something an in-game graphics setting can fix.
This check is about graphics capability, not simply the DirectX version name someone may see elsewhere in Windows. Use the Feature Levels entry specified by Roblox Support. If the required level is missing, record that result and the graphics-card model when contacting support; do not assume that reducing visual settings will provide feature support the hardware does not have.

Update the driver for the exact graphics card
Identify the graphics-card model, then obtain its current driver from that card’s manufacturer. Make sure the driver matches the installed model and Windows version. A generic driver update or an assumed hardware upgrade is not a substitute for checking the actual card and its feature support.

Reset Studio settings only if Studio opens
If Roblox Studio can start without crashing, open File > Settings > Reset All Settings. Roblox Support limits this step to cases where Studio can launch; it is not a useful step if Studio itself cannot open. This is specifically a Studio settings reset, not a general reset for the Roblox experience or the separate Steam game.
Check compatibility mode
If the computer otherwise meets Roblox’s minimum specifications but Roblox reports an old graphics card, inspect the Roblox application’s Compatibility tab. If the Steam-listed Dungeon Quest will not launch

If the game loads slowly, stutters, or runs at a low frame rate
