Hellraiser: Revival has upgrade parts for five firearms: the Pistol, Shotgun, SMG, Revolver and Assault Rifle. You collect some parts in story areas and buy others from Zora. This guide gives every reported location, keypad code, access requirement, shop price and progression trigger, then explains how to install the parts and earn the Lord of War achievement.
Each firearm has five upgrade slots, although several attachments can compete for the same slot. Zora’s stock changes as the story advances, so return to her after major objectives and after coming back from nearby areas rather than assuming an item is permanently unavailable.
How the upgrade system works
Weapon upgrades are attachments, not the basic firearms found during the opening Scarlet Church sequence. AllThingsHow’s opening-area walkthrough reports no weapon-upgrade screen during that early compound section; the attachment route begins later as the firearm progression opens up.

- Open the inventory and highlight the attachment.
- Select the compatible firearm shown by the game.
- Choose an open slot, or replace an attachment when two parts share a slot.
- Confirm installation.
Plan before spending Coins. The game counts five slots on every firearm, but the number of parts available for a weapon can exceed five because some attachments are alternatives for one slot. The clearest example is the SMG: Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine compete for the same fifth-slot choice in the reported full-upgrade route.

How to make Zora’s shops refresh
Zora’s inventory is tied to story progression. New stock can appear after obtaining a statue component, returning from a major area or simply coming back to her after completing a nearby objective. If a listed part is missing, advance the current objective, leave the area, and check the shop again. The prices below are the Coin amounts reported by NowGame; the Heavy Foregrip’s price was not stated in that guide.
Codes, locks and access items used by upgrade pickups
| Location or item | Access |
|---|---|
| Shaun’s house safe | Keypad code 9606 |
| Club room behind the Snake Door | Keypad code 1952 |
| Club Private Rooms cabinet | Keypad code 1923 |
| Factory laundry-room cabinet | Keypad code 8571 |
| Factory elevator-objective passage | Keypad code 1362 |
| Shack south of the pagoda | A Lockpick; this safe does not use a keypad code |
| Factory passage near the Heavy Lower Handguard door | The surrounding route also uses the Heart-Shaped Inset for a separate door |
Carry or craft Lockpicks before searching the well-puzzle and well-descent areas. For keypad cabinets, write the code down when you encounter it; the five codes above are easy to mix up when several pickups occur in the same chapter.
Pistol upgrade locations
World pickups
| Upgrade | Where to look | Access or landmark |
|---|---|---|
| Unnamed Pistol upgrade | After meeting Zora for the first time in the sewers, continue along the route and inspect the room on the right. | The part is on a cabinet. The location report does not name the attachment. |
| Oversized Magazine Release | Shaun’s house in the graveyard section. | Open the safe with 9606. |
| .45 Super Rounds | A southern dead end in the campground while searching for the Statue’s Head. | Pick it up from the ground; use the campground’s southern boundary as the landmark. |
Zora’s Pistol stock
| Attachment | Shop timing | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Hair Trigger | Zora’s first shop | 150 Coins |
| Extended Magazine | Zora’s first shop | 180 Coins |
| Heavy Grain Bullets | Zora’s second shop | 160 Coins |
The sewer cabinet is the only Pistol pickup whose attachment name is not identified in the location report. Do not mistake the nearby early-game weapon pickups for this later attachment route.

Full Choke: Travel to the shack on the hill south of the pagoda, in the area containing the well-puzzle blocks. A safe inside holds Full Choke and an inventory upgrade. Bring a Lockpick; this safe is not opened with a code.
Zora’s Shotgun stock
| Attachment | Shop timing | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Lightweight Forend | Zora’s second shop | 150 Coins |
| Extended Mag Tube | After returning from the mansion with the Statue’s Hand | 200 Coins |
| Dragon Breath Rounds | After obtaining the Statue’s Head in the swamp | 360 Coins |
If the Extended Mag Tube is not listed immediately after the mansion trip, leave the shop area and return once the next objective has registered. The same refresh behavior applies to Dragon Breath Rounds after the swamp objective.
SMG upgrade locations
World pickups
| Upgrade | Where to look | Access or landmark |
|---|---|---|
| Linear Compensator | After descending into the well, search the southwestern room. | It is inside a lockpick cabinet. |
| Laser Pointer | The room behind the Snake Door in the club. | Open the keypad cabinet with 1952. |
| Skeletonized Bolt Carrier | Waterfall room, lower floor. | Look behind the bar for a suitcase. |
Zora’s SMG stock
| Attachment | Shop timing | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Supersonic Bullets | Second shop after obtaining the Statue’s Hand | 300 Coins |
| Drum Magazine | Second shop after returning with the Statue’s Tongue | 250 Coins |
| Heavy Foregrip | Club shop before the Sister of Mercy fight | Price not stated in the NowGame guide |
The SMG has the most useful achievement route because its reported five-slot setup uses Linear Compensator, Heavy Foregrip, Supersonic Bullets, Skeletonized Bolt Carrier and either Laser Pointer or Drum Magazine. You can collect both alternatives, but only one occupies that shared slot in the recommended configuration.
Revolver upgrade locations
World pickups
| Upgrade | Where to look | Access or landmark |
|---|---|---|
| Hollowpoint Rounds | Club Private Rooms, after passing the four-image puzzle door. | Enter the room on the right and open the keypad cabinet with 1923. |
| Overpressure Ammunition | Factory laundry room. | Open the cabinet with 8571. |
Zora’s Revolver stock
| Attachment | Shop timing | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Second shop after obtaining the Statue’s Head | 250 Coins |
| Internal Frame Weights | After obtaining the Statue’s Tongue | 150 Coins |
| Fine-Tuned Barrel | Third shop after returning from the Labyrinth | 160 Coins |
The Private Rooms pickup is easy to miss because the puzzle door and the keypad cabinet are separate navigation steps. Solve the four-image door first, then check the right-hand room rather than continuing directly through the main route.

Assault Rifle upgrade locations
World pickups
| Upgrade | Where to look | Access or landmark |
|---|---|---|
| Heavy Lower Handguard | Factory passage near the elevator objective. | Use keypad code 1362. The door requiring the Heart-Shaped Inset is nearby and helps identify the passage. |
| Overloaded Cartridges | Club Private Rooms, west side of the room after defeating the mass of bodies. | Take the part from the pedestal. |
| Double Drum Mag | Factory missing-bell route. | It is on a table behind two rotating traps. Slide through the gap in the second trap, then use the nearby button to stop the mechanism before leaving. |
Zora’s Assault Rifle stock
| Attachment | Shop timing | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| AP Rounds | Third shop after returning from the Labyrinth | 180 Coins |
| Steel Slant Brake | Third shop after returning from the Labyrinth | 150 Coins |
| Lightweight Recoil Spring | Fourth shop in the factory | 150 Coins |
For the Double Drum Mag route, stopping the second rotating trap is safer than trying to sprint back through it. The button is part of the same trap sequence, so locate it before committing to the return path.

A practical progression route
You do not have to collect every attachment immediately. The following order minimizes backtracking while keeping shop stock aligned with story progress.
- During the first sewer visit after meeting Zora, inspect the right-hand cabinet for the unnamed Pistol upgrade.
- In the graveyard and campground chapters, open Shaun’s safe and search the southern campground dead end while the Statue’s Head objective is active.
- At the pagoda’s well-puzzle area, bring a Lockpick for the Full Choke safe. After descending into the well, use another Lockpick on the southwestern cabinet for the Linear Compensator.
- After the mansion and Statue’s Hand objectives, revisit Zora for the Extended Mag Tube, Supersonic Bullets and Lightweight Forend when each appears.
- In the club, enter the Snake Door room for the Laser Pointer, search the waterfall room’s lower-floor bar for the Skeletonized Bolt Carrier, and check the Private Rooms for Hollowpoint Rounds and Overloaded Cartridges.
- After obtaining the Statue’s Tongue, revisit the second shop for Drum Magazine and the Revolver’s Internal Frame Weights.
- During the factory objectives, open the laundry cabinet, keypad room and missing-bell trap route for the Revolver and Assault Rifle parts, then visit the fourth factory shop for Lightweight Recoil Spring.
- After the Labyrinth, check the third shop for Fine-Tuned Barrel, AP Rounds and Steel Slant Brake, and check the second shop for Scope if the Statue’s Head progression has already unlocked it.
This is a planning route rather than a requirement to buy in one visit. Keep enough Coins for the shop items that complete your chosen firearm, and revisit Zora whenever a major statue or area objective changes.
Coin planning and attachment priorities
The listed prices make it possible to estimate a minimum budget before a shopping trip. The three priced Pistol parts total 490 Coins. The Shotgun’s three shop parts total 710 Coins, while its Full Choke is found in the world. The two priced SMG shop parts total 550 Coins; the Heavy Foregrip has no reported price, so leave an uncommitted reserve for it. The three Revolver purchases total 560 Coins, and the three Assault Rifle purchases total 480 Coins.
Those figures are category totals, not a requirement to buy every option. For the SMG achievement, choose either Laser Pointer or Drum Magazine for the shared slot and do not assume buying both lets you equip six parts simultaneously. If you are collecting everything, purchase both when they appear, but plan on swapping them rather than stacking them. The same five-slot limit applies to every firearm even when the reported attachment list is longer.
World pickups cost no Coins, but they can consume time, Lockpicks or a code opportunity. A practical economy is to collect the safe, cabinet and suitcase items whenever the route naturally passes them, then spend Coins only after confirming the relevant Zora tier. This prevents buying a lower-priority part and discovering that a later progression item requires the same funds.
How to earn the Lord of War achievement
Lord of War requires fully upgrading one firearm. PowerPyx recommends the SMG, and the reported setup is to install the SMG’s five-slot combination, then equip the Heavy Foregrip as the final missing attachment after buying the other available parts.
- Collect the Linear Compensator, Laser Pointer and Skeletonized Bolt Carrier from their world locations.
- Buy Supersonic Bullets after the Statue’s Hand progression.
- Buy Drum Magazine after returning with the Statue’s Tongue, or use Laser Pointer in the shared slot instead.
- Buy the Heavy Foregrip from the club shop before the Sister of Mercy fight.
- In the inventory, select each attachment and confirm it on the SMG until all five slots are occupied.
If the achievement does not register, the walkthrough reports two recovery steps: remove and reinstall the final attachment, or swap Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine in the shared slot and install the replacement again. These are guide-reported fixes, not a guarantee for every platform or save.
Troubleshooting missed upgrades
The shop does not show a listed attachment
Check that the triggering objective is complete, then leave and return to Zora. Her stock can change after returning from a nearby area, not only after a dramatic chapter transition. Verify that you are at the stated shop tier: first, second, third after the Labyrinth, or fourth in the factory.

A cabinet or safe cannot be opened
Keypad cabinets require the exact code and do not accept a Lockpick. The Full Choke safe is the opposite: it requires a Lockpick and has no keypad code. If a lockpick cabinet is empty or still sealed, confirm that you have actually descended into the well or reached the named room rather than an earlier corridor.
The map marker points somewhere impossible
PowerPyx warns that maps in parts of the Hunt Marlowe area can be buggy or display incorrect locations. Follow the objective name and the physical landmarks in this guide instead: a cabinet’s room, a bar, a pedestal, a suitcase, a southern dead end or a trap mechanism is more reliable than a drifting icon.
An attachment will not install
Verify that the highlighted firearm is compatible, that the weapon is not already using the contested slot, and that you have selected Confirm after choosing the attachment. On the SMG, Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine are alternatives for one slot rather than two simultaneous installations.

A complete run covers six reported Pistol opportunities when the unnamed sewer cabinet, Oversized Magazine Release, .45 Super Rounds, Hair Trigger, Extended Magazine and Heavy Grain Bullets are counted; four Shotgun attachments; six named SMG attachments; five Revolver attachments; and six Assault Rifle attachments. Because each firearm has five slots and some parts share a slot, collecting every named part is different from equipping every part at once.
For a location checklist, mark each item separately even when two belong to one slot. The unnamed sewer pickup should be recorded as found despite its unidentified attachment name in the location report. Likewise, note whether you bought or merely saw a shop item: a part can be available in the inventory but not yet installed, and an installed attachment can be replaced later if it shares a slot.
The location and price information comes from third-party walkthroughs published around the game’s October 8, 2026 release, rather than an official developer checklist. Use the named objectives, access items and landmarks to verify pickups in your own save, and treat the shop prices as the reported Coin costs for that guide version.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need every attachment for Lord of War?
No. The reported requirement is to fully upgrade one firearm. The SMG is the recommended route because its five-slot setup is clearly documented; Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine are alternatives for one slot, not two required simultaneous installations.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Why is the Heavy Foregrip price missing?
The location guide identifies the Heavy Foregrip at the club shop before the Sister of Mercy fight but does not state a Coin price. Keep a reserve instead of treating the unlisted amount as free.
Rank #4
Can I equip both Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine on the SMG?
They compete for the same slot, so only one can be equipped at a time. You can buy and collect both, then swap them in the inventory if you want to test each configuration.
Which upgrade safes use Lockpicks rather than codes?
The Full Choke safe in the shack south of the pagoda uses a Lockpick. The well-area Linear Compensator cabinet also uses a Lockpick. The other listed cabinets and safes use the keypad codes shown in the access table.
What should I do if Zora’s item is not in stock?
Confirm the stated story trigger, leave the area and return to her. Stock can refresh after obtaining a statue component, returning from a major area or completing a nearby objective.

What if a map marker sends me to the wrong room?
Some Hunt Marlowe maps have been reported as buggy. Use the objective name and physical landmarks such as the waterfall-room bar, Private Rooms pedestal, southern campground dead end or rotating traps.
Do world pickups require Coins?
No. The reported world attachments are collected from safes, cabinets, suitcases, pedestals or ground locations. Coins are needed for Zora’s shop stock, whose listed prices appear in the weapon tables.
The Bottom Line
Check every named landmark, carry Lockpicks, record the five keypad codes and revisit Zora after each statue or major-area objective. For Lord of War, fill the SMG’s five slots and use either Laser Pointer or Drum Magazine in the shared slot.
