“There Is Only War” contains 17 Secrets and three Purity Seals. The Secrets are split across its three levels: four in The Trenches, eight in Munitions Mayhem and five in Chaos In The City. Each level has one Purity Seal, and Seals are tracked separately from Secrets.
Follow the route below in order and use the landmarks, trigger types and room descriptions to avoid passing a collectible. If you finish a level with something missing, replay it from Level Select; the campaign’s collectibles can be revisited after that level is complete.
“There Is Only War” collectible totals
The branch’s complete collectible target is 20 items: 17 Secrets plus three Purity Seals. The level totals are:
| Level | Secrets | Purity Seals | What to watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Trenches | 4 | 1 | End-of-area checks, a lower trench and a purple-key container |
| Munitions Mayhem | 8 | 1 | Hidden wall passages, a skull trigger, jumps and the train station |
| Chaos In The City | 5 | 1 | Building interiors, bridge traversal, statues and upper ledges |
| Total | 17 | 3 | 20 collectibles in the branch |
The mission is not evenly distributed. Munitions Mayhem has half of the branch’s Secrets and the widest mix of trigger types, so it is the level most likely to produce a low count if you rush. The Trenches has the fewest Secrets. Chaos In The City puts most of its pickups around vertical routes, bridges and multi-floor buildings.

For wider campaign context, the “174 Secrets and 33 Seals — 100% Guides, 2026” count lists the whole game’s collectibles. That larger number is not the target for this branch: here, check for 17 Secrets and one Seal in each of the three levels.
How to use this guide without missing a collectible
- Clear side rooms before advancing. Several triggers sit beside the intended route rather than directly on it. When a description says “left,” “right,” “behind” or “opposite end,” stop and search before crossing the next major threshold.
- Separate Secrets from Seals in your tally. A level can show all of its Secrets while its Purity Seal remains uncollected, because the two categories are tracked independently.
- Use the landmark, not just the number. Secret numbers below follow the order in which they appear along a normal run. If your in-game list uses a different display order, match the location and trigger.
- Confirm before leaving the level. The safest time to check is after the final listed location and before ending the stage. If your total is short, replay the level through Level Select after completing it.
The instructions use “Purge,” “red door,” “purple key,” “green switch,” “globe projection” and similar landmarks because these are more reliable navigation cues than room names. If you are unsure whether you reached the correct area, compare the surrounding landmark before attempting the trigger.
The Trenches: all four Secrets and the Purity Seal
The Trenches has four Secrets and one Purity Seal. Its collectibles are concentrated around the metal trench network and the rooms immediately beyond it. The first three Secrets are found by checking alternate elevations or the side of a building; the last one is tied to the purple-key console area.

Secret 1: end of the metal trenches
- Proceed through the first Purge.
- Enter the metal building and continue through it into the metal trenches.
- Stay in the trench route and travel all the way to its end.
- Search the end section for the Secret before turning back or taking the next exit.
This is an end-of-route collectible. Do not stop at the first opening in the trenches; the location is at the far end after you have passed through the building.
Secret 2: lower section of the sniper trench
- Continue until you reach the large open trench area with snipers.
- Instead of remaining on the main level, look for the way down into the lower section.
- Drop into that lower area and search it for the Secret.
The vertical change is the important clue. If you can still see the sniper positions but have not descended, you have not checked the correct section yet.

Secret 3: right side after the purple-hued building
- Leave the purple-hued metal building and enter the open area outside.
- Before following the obvious forward route, move around to the right.
- Check the right-hand side of the open area for the Secret.
This Secret is easy to pass when you run straight out of the building. Make the right-side sweep immediately after exiting, while the building is still behind you and the area’s layout is easy to recognize.
Purity Seal: platform behind the red door
- Go through the red door.
- In the next room, reach the rear corridor rather than staying in the main floor space.
- Use the boxes in that corridor as steps to climb to the small platform.
- Collect the Purity Seal on the platform.
The boxes are the traversal solution. If you can see the rear corridor but cannot reach the platform, adjust your position around the stack and climb rather than searching for another doorway.

Secret 4: container beside the purple-key console
- Continue to the area containing the console that requires the purple key.
- Stand by the console and inspect the containers to its left.
- Find the container on the left side and collect the Secret.
The console is the landmark, but the Secret is not on the console itself. Check the left-side container before using the key or moving on.
Munitions Mayhem: all eight Secrets and the Purity Seal
Munitions Mayhem contains eight Secrets and one Purity Seal, the highest Secret count in the branch. Its triggers vary between shooting a hidden skull, pressing against walls, making a precision jump, searching trains, using a jump pad and probing a side room. Treat each Purge as a checkpoint for a deliberate sweep rather than running directly to the next objective.
Secret 1: skull behind boxes in the first hall
- Enter the first hall.
- Look behind the boxes for a skull.
- Shoot the skull.
- Use the left gate that opens and collect the Secret beyond it.
The gate does not open from a normal approach alone; the skull is the trigger. If the left gate remains closed, return to the boxes and make sure the skull has been hit.

- What You Get: Anker USB-C Hub (7-in-1), welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.
Secret 2: wall at one end of the first Purge’s upper corridors
- Reach the upper area surrounding the first Purge.
- Follow one of the corridors around that upper area to its end.
- Press directly against the wall at the corridor’s end to reveal the hidden route.
- Enter the revealed space and take the Secret.
This is a wall-trigger Secret, not a visible pickup in the middle of the corridor. Walk into the end wall rather than merely looking at it from a distance.
Secret 3: wall at the opposite end
- Remain in the upper corridors around the first Purge.
- Cross to the opposite end from the corridor checked for Secret 2.
- Press against that end wall to expose the second hidden route.
- Collect the Secret inside.
Secrets 2 and 3 use the same search method but are on opposite ends. After finding one, deliberately retrace the upper perimeter and test the other end before descending or advancing.
Secret 4: missile jump at the silo
- Reach the silo section where the route requires you to jump down.
- Before making the required drop, look at the back of the missile.
- Jump onto the missile first.
- Use that position to reach the Secret, then continue with the normal descent.
The order matters: jumping down immediately can put the collectible above you. Use the missile as the temporary platform before committing to the lower route.
Purity Seal: airship in the underground train station
- Continue to the underground train station.
- Look to the right for the parked airship.
- Enter the airship and collect the Purity Seal inside.
The airship is the landmark, not either of the trains. Check the right side of the station as soon as you arrive so you do not leave the area assuming the trains contain every collectible.
Secret 5: back of the far train
- In the same underground train station, identify the train that is farther along the station area.
- Go to the back of that far train.
- Search the rear section and collect the Secret.
“Far” refers to the train’s position in the station, while the Seal is in the airship on the right. Check both landmarks before leaving this area.

- Please Note: To reach 10Gbps speed, keep the cable under 3.3 ft. For USB A Male to USB C adapters, try flipping the USB C connector. USB C Male to USB A adapters support bidirectional 10Gbps transfer within 3.3 ft
Secret 6: metal structure above the train area
- From the train containing Secret 5, look for the nearby rocks.
- Climb the rocks onto the metal structure beside the train.
- Search the structure and collect the Secret.
This is a traversal pickup above ground level. If you have found the rear of the train but have not climbed the adjacent rocks, the route to Secret 6 is still unchecked.
Secret 7: jump pad from the globe projection
- Reach the final Purge area.
- Find the globe projection and the green switch beside it.
- Press the green switch.
- Use the jump pad activated by the switch to reach the Secret.
The jump pad is inactive until the green switch is pressed. Look for the globe projection if you cannot identify the correct switch among the area’s controls.
Secret 8: wall in the final side room
- Stay in the final Purge area and locate the small side room.
- Press against the wall inside that room to reveal the hidden room.
- Enter the revealed room and collect the Secret.
This is the second wall-search pattern in the level, but it is separate from the two upper-corridor Secrets near the first Purge. Do not count those earlier wall checks as a substitute for this final side-room search.

Chaos In The City has five Secrets and one Purity Seal. Most are tied to vertical movement: building floors, a bridge approach, an upper room in destroyed buildings and a third-floor exterior route. Pause at each major elevation change, because several locations sit beside rather than directly on the main path.

- Use the red key and begin climbing the building.
- Reach the second floor.
- Find the hole in the wall and exit through it.
- Search the area beyond the hole for the Secret.
Do not remain inside the second-floor room after using the key. The hole is the intended exit to the collectible route.

Secret 2: destroyed column at the bridge end
- Cross the bridge.
- At the far end, locate the destroyed column.
- Use the column to reach the opposite side.
- Collect the Secret on that alternate route.
The bridge crossing is only the approach. The destroyed column provides the transition to the other side; if you continue along the road without checking it, you have skipped the traversal.
Purity Seal: upper room in the destroyed buildings
- Complete the Purge and the sequence of switches that follows it.
- In the destroyed buildings on the left, use the debris as a climbable route.
- Reach the upper room.
- Collect the Purity Seal inside.
Look left after the switches and use rubble for vertical access. The Seal is in the upper room, not at ground level among the destroyed structures.
Secret 3: behind the statue before the enemy-held walkway
- Advance to the road section before passing under the enemy-held walkway.
- Turn left before going underneath the walkway.
- Check behind the statue and collect the Secret.
The timing cue is “before” the walkway. If you have already gone under it, turn back if the route allows; otherwise use Level Select for a clean replay of the level.
Secret 4: upper ledge above the purple door
- Reach the room where two corridors meet above the purple door.
- Look for the metal structure in that room.
- Use the structure to climb to the upper ledge.
- Collect the Secret on the ledge.
The purple door identifies the room, while the metal structure is the actual route upward. Search above the meeting point of the corridors rather than only beside the door.
Secret 5: third-floor exterior loop
- Near the end of the level, enter the large multi-floor building.
- Climb to the third floor.
- At the left statue, find the hole in the wall and pass through it.
- Circle around the outside of the building on the left.
- Collect the Secret along that exterior route.
This is the final listed Secret and the longest detour in the level. The left statue and wall hole are the confirmation points; reaching the third floor alone is not enough.
Fast comparison: trigger types and backtracking risk
| Level | Secret count | Common trigger types | Backtracking risk | Best visual landmarks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Trenches | 4 | End-of-route search, lower-area drop, right-side sweep, container search | Moderate; the red-door platform and purple-key area are easy to pass | Metal trenches, sniper trench, purple-hued building, purple-key console |
| Munitions Mayhem | 8 | Skull shot, four wall presses, missile jump, train search, jump pad | Highest; several Secrets are hidden behind non-obvious triggers | First hall boxes, first Purge’s upper corridors, silo missile, airship and trains, globe projection |
| Chaos In The City | 5 | Building holes, bridge traversal, debris climb, statue search, upper ledge | Moderate to high; many routes depend on one-way-looking vertical transitions | Red-key building, destroyed column, left destroyed buildings, purple door, third-floor statue |
How to recover a missed Secret
Collectibles can be revisited through Level Select after finishing the level. Use that option instead of replaying the entire campaign branch when a level’s tally is incomplete.
- Finish the level so it becomes available for replay.
- Open Level Select and choose the specific level with the missing Secret or Seal.
- Use the relevant landmark in this guide to route directly to the missed location.
- Collect the item and complete the level again so the result is recorded.
If you are missing an item but cannot identify which one, compare your level totals with the target: four Secrets and one Seal for The Trenches, eight and one for Munitions Mayhem, and five and one for Chaos In The City. A complete branch requires all three level targets.
The alternate branch becomes available after another campaign choice. That branch is separate from the “There Is Only War” route, so do not treat its stages or collectibles as replacements for anything listed here.
