The efficient approach is a routine, not a magic weekly total: collect every currently listed daily, weekly, event, Battle Pass, and recurring-mode reward your account can access; add finite first-clear rewards while progressing; then reserve crystals for a named battlesuit, equipment piece, or other supply target. Exact income changes with version, server, account level, unlocked modes, event participation, and competitive placement, so use the reward previews and supply rules shown in your own client before planning a guarantee.
How can I farm crystals in Honkai Impact 3rd?
Build your income in four layers. First, clear repeatable tasks and modes. Second, finish temporary event missions before their deadlines. Third, claim version reward-track and Battle Pass progress. Finally, clear story and other progression content for one-time first-clear rewards. The first three layers can recur, but their availability and payout are version-specific; progression rewards eventually run out.
There is no reliable, current “crystals per week” number that applies to every captain. A newer account may have story rewards and beginner objectives that an established account has already consumed. Abyss brackets, Memorial Arena performance, Elysian Realm access, event participation, and server schedules also change the result. Treat the game’s live mission, event, and reward-preview screens as the authority.

- Open the Missions screen and complete every currently listed daily task that awards crystals. Check both the task objective and its claim button; completing an objective does not always claim the reward automatically.
- Open the active event page and identify crystal-bearing missions with a daily reset. Complete those before doing optional event activities that do not contribute to the reward track.
- Check event end times in the client. A mission that is available today can become unclaimable when the event closes, even if you earned progress shortly before the deadline.
- Before logging out, revisit the mission and event screens and claim completed rewards. This prevents a completed task from being forgotten when the reset occurs.
No authoritative current source establishes a universal daily crystal amount. Your account’s displayed objectives and the current event rules matter more than a figure copied from an older guide.

Weekly routine
- Complete the recurring Abyss cycle or cycles unlocked for your account. Open the reward preview before entering so you know which rank or bracket you are pursuing.
- Run Memorial Arena during its active period and claim the available participation or placement rewards. The amount can depend on performance and the current schedule.
- Complete the Elysian Realm objectives available to your account. Difficulty, unlock state, and the current reward list determine what you can claim.
- Finish weekly missions and any weekly event objectives, then claim the associated rewards before the reset.
- Review the active Battle Pass or reward track and spend enough play time on its missions to reach every crystal-bearing tier you can reasonably complete.
Community routine guides consistently identify Abyss, Memorial Arena, and Elysian Realm as important recurring sources, but they are not a current official payout table. Your in-client preview is safer than a timeless weekly estimate.
Per-version routine
At the beginning of each version, read the notices for the Battle Pass, reward track, and events. Mark which missions award crystals, note their closing dates, and prioritize missions that expire before the version itself ends. A version can contain several overlapping event calendars, so do not assume that an event remains available until the final day.
The official version 9.0 Battle Pass announcement, published July 22, 2026, described that pass’s progression rewards, weekly task-experience cap, and a version end date of September 24, 2026. Those details were valid for version 9.0 only; they are historical context rather than a schedule for October 2026 or a later version.
Where do crystals come from?
| Source category | How often it can pay | What to inspect | Main limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily missions | Usually tied to the current daily task list | Missions screen, objectives, and claim buttons | Tasks and rewards can change by version and account progression |
| Weekly missions | Usually tied to the current weekly reset | Weekly tab, reset timer, and reward preview | Not every account sees the same objectives or unlocks |
| Abyss | Recurring cycles | Current cycle, bracket, placement requirements, and reward preview | Rewards vary with bracket, performance, and schedule |
| Memorial Arena | Recurring active periods | Current bosses, score or placement rules, and claim screen | Access and payout depend on account state and performance |
| Elysian Realm | Recurring objectives after unlock | Available difficulty, weekly objectives, and rewards | Unlock requirements and listed rewards can change |
| Events | Temporary, according to each event calendar | Event missions, exchange page, and closing time | Rewards expire when the event closes |
| Battle Pass or reward track | Per version or pass period | Tier rewards, task-experience rules, and pass end date | Version-specific structure and caps are not permanent |
| Story and progression | One time per eligible clear or objective | Story chapter, mission, and first-clear reward screens | Finite reserve; completed content cannot provide the same reward again |
| Returnee or special programs | Only while the applicable program is active | Eligibility notice and event reward page | Historical announcements do not prove current availability |
Official event and returnee announcements have included crystal rewards in the past. That establishes the type of reward a program can offer, not that the same program is active on your server now. Check the live event notice instead of relying on an old announcement.

How should a newer player prioritize finite rewards?
Clear accessible story content
Story stages and other progression objectives can award first-clear crystals. Work through content your account can complete reliably, then open the chapter or mission reward panel to identify unclaimed rewards. Do not count a first-clear reward as weekly income: once claimed, it is gone.
Claim progression milestones
Inspect the account’s progression, achievement, and mission screens for unclaimed objectives. The exact categories and reward amounts depend on the current client, and an older beginner guide may describe objectives that have since been moved or replaced.
Use events to supplement, not replace, the routine
Temporary events are valuable for a developing account because they can combine missions, login rewards, and exchange activities. They are also easy to miss. Record the event closing time and claim rewards before spending event currency or leaving the page.
How many crystals can I get per week?
A fixed answer would be misleading. A dependable estimate requires at least the following inputs:
Rank #3
- Easy clean up with little to no adhesive after repeated use
- Server or region and its current reset schedule.
- Game version and the events running during the week.
- Account level and which recurring modes are unlocked.
- Abyss bracket and placement, plus Memorial Arena performance.
- Elysian Realm access and the objectives available to that account.
- Whether the week includes Battle Pass, login, returnee, or other temporary rewards.
- How many one-time story and progression rewards remain unclaimed.
For a practical estimate, open each live reward preview, write down only rewards your account can realistically claim, and separate repeatable rewards from one-time rewards. Repeat the calculation after a version change or major event rotation. Do not use stale Reddit or community estimates as a guarantee, especially when they omit server, bracket, or event assumptions.
How to plan crystal spending before you pull
Crystals are premium in-game currency used for supply draws and other in-game options. Efficient spending starts by naming the target before opening a supply page. “I want a stronger account” is too broad; “I am saving for this battlesuit,” “I need this equipment piece,” or “I will hold for a specific future target” gives you a decision you can test.
- Define the target. Write down the battlesuit, weapon, stigma or other supply item you are pursuing, and the role it fills on your roster.
- Open the live supply page. Confirm that the supply is available on your server, its closing time, per-draw cost, guarantee or pity wording, featured items, and any restrictions.
- Count free supply cards. Check your inventory for cards that apply to that supply. A card can replace a crystal-funded draw when the supply rules allow it, so subtract applicable cards before estimating your crystal requirement.
- Read the guarantee details. Determine what action advances the guarantee, whether progress carries over, what happens when the supply closes, and whether different parts of the supply use separate counters. If the wording is unclear, do not assume two supplies share progress.
- Compare the opportunity cost. Ask what you give up by spending now: a limited target later, a missing piece of an existing team, or flexibility when a new version arrives.
- Set a stop rule. Decide in advance the maximum crystals and cards you will spend. Do not expand that limit because an early pull was unlucky or because the banner is nearing its end.
- Pull only when the target remains useful. Recheck your roster, current content, and the supply’s remaining duration immediately before spending.
How to compare two supplies without a universal tier list
| Decision axis | Question to answer in the live client |
|---|---|
| Availability | Is this supply currently open on my server, and when does it close? |
| Account fit | Does the featured character or equipment improve a real team, role, or progression bottleneck on my roster? |
| Cost and guarantee | What is the per-draw cost, and exactly what guarantee or pity rule is displayed? |
| Free currency | Do my supply cards apply, and how many crystal-funded draws remain after using them? |
| Timing | What limited target could I miss by spending before this supply ends? |
| Practical need | Will the item change what I can clear, or is it a convenience purchase with no defined use? |
The available evidence does not support a present-day ranking that says one banner is always best. A supply that looks attractive in isolation can be poor value if it does not fit your roster, lacks a guarantee you can reach, or consumes currency reserved for a more important target.

Should I spend crystals on Dorm Supply?
An old community guide from version 5.3, dated January 4, 2022, cautioned against using crystals on Dorm Supply. That advice is historical and should not be presented as a current, universal banner ranking. The durable lesson is to compare Dorm Supply’s live opportunity cost with your stated goal and to use free supply cards where the current rules permit them.
Before spending, open the current Dorm Supply page and verify its featured pool, cost, guarantee wording, and card eligibility on your server. If your goal is a limited battlesuit or equipment plan, treat a Dorm pull as competing with that plan rather than as “free” progress. Spend only when the current pool fills a clearly defined need and the decision still fits your stop rule.
Server, version, and account differences that change the result
Server differences
Community supply references warn that global listings are not accurate for every server. Names, availability windows, featured items, costs, and guarantee rules can differ. Open the supply page in your own client and use that display for any spending decision.
Version changes
Reward tracks, weekly task limits, event missions, and mode rewards can be redesigned between versions. The version 9.0 announcement is a useful illustration: it was published on July 22, 2026 and described a pass ending September 24, 2026. Those dates and rules expired with that version and should not be carried into an October schedule.

A locked mode cannot be counted as current income, and an already-cleared chapter cannot be counted as a remaining reserve. Recalculate after unlocking a recurring mode, entering a new Abyss bracket, or finishing a large block of story content.

Planning around a timeless weekly total
Why it fails: It mixes different versions, servers, brackets, and event calendars. Fix: record the reward previews currently visible on your account and label each line as repeatable, temporary, or one time.
Ignoring claim buttons and reset timers
Why it fails: progress can be completed without the reward being collected, or an event can close before you return. Fix: claim immediately after finishing a mission and check the closing timer every session.

Counting first-clear rewards as income forever
Why it fails: story and progression rewards are finite. Fix: maintain two totals: a one-time reserve for account development and a recurring routine for ongoing savings.

Why it fails: pools, guarantees, and account needs change. Fix: treat dated community advice as context, then read the live supply rules and compare them with your target.
Pulling because a banner is expiring
Why it fails: urgency does not improve the item’s fit or your odds of reaching the displayed guarantee. Fix: apply your pre-set crystal limit and target checklist; let the banner expire if it fails either test.
Spending cards without checking eligibility
Why it fails: not every card applies to every supply. Fix: confirm the card type and eligible supply on the supply page before treating it as a discount.
A repeatable crystal checklist
- Daily missions completed and claimed.
- Temporary event missions checked, with deadlines recorded.
- Weekly missions completed before reset.
- Abyss, Memorial Arena, and Elysian Realm rewards reviewed for the current cycle.
- Battle Pass or reward-track crystal tiers identified and claimed.
- Story and progression screens checked for remaining first-clear rewards.
- Supply goal written down before opening a banner.
- Live server cost, duration, featured pool, and guarantee rules verified.
- Applicable free supply cards counted.
- Crystal limit and opportunity cost accepted before pulling.
What to do when the numbers do not match your expectation
The reward is lower than an online guide
Check the guide’s publication date, version, server, account level, and competitive assumptions. Then compare its claimed source with the current in-client preview. If any assumption differs, discard the estimate rather than forcing your account to match it.
A mode or mission is missing
Confirm that the mode is unlocked, the current cycle has started, and the relevant event or weekly tab is active. Some rewards appear only during a defined window. A missing entry is not evidence that the reward was removed permanently.
A guarantee seems different from a community explanation
Read the supply’s own rules panel, including footnotes and counter descriptions. Community-maintained references can become outdated and may list a global schedule that does not match your server. Use the live client’s wording for the decision.
Quick Recap
Bottom line for an efficient account
Farm crystals by making daily and weekly tasks, current events, version reward tracks, and unlocked recurring modes part of one checklist; use story and progression clears as a finite launch reserve. Spend only after naming a target, verifying the live supply on your server, counting applicable cards, and understanding the displayed guarantee. Because rewards and supplies change with version, server, account progression, and placement, a current in-client preview is more trustworthy than any universal weekly total or permanent banner ranking.
