The Gabit Smart Ring is a general-wellness wearable with maker-claimed sleep, activity, heart-rate, HRV, skin-temperature, and stress tracking. Its listed specifications look promising on paper, and one reviewer reported a positive heart-rate comparison after exercise. But that account is not a controlled accuracy test, and the available material does not establish medical accuracy. Whether it suits you depends in part on getting the fit right and checking which app services are included in your market.
What the Gabit Smart Ring tracks
Gabit describes the ring and app as tools for general wellness. Its US product page lists heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep quality, skin temperature, stress, steps, and calorie-related tracking. Hardware and maker-stated specifications
Gabit lists a titanium outer shell and a non-metallic resin inner shell. The sensors named on its product page are PPG, skin-temperature, and Bosch 3D accelerometer sensors. The listed dimensions are 8.00 mm wide and 2.7 mm thick; weight ranges from 3.1 to 3.9 g depending on size.

The material available does not describe a standardized test protocol for battery life, charging time, or water resistance. What an independent reviewer reported
In an August 2026 fitness-tracker feature, Marie Claire UK Senior Analyst Sophie Cookson said she used the ring daily for four months. She reported that after exercise its heart-rate reading matched the reading on her Coros Pace 4. That is one reviewer’s comparison; the account does not provide a formal test protocol, sample size, or controlled validation, so it cannot establish accuracy across users, activities, or metrics. Cookson also described sleep scoring that considered duration, consistency, sleep debt, and wake after sleep onset (WASO), with sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, and skin temperature displayed. This describes her experience of the app; it is not independent confirmation that its sleep stages or scores are accurate.

Gabit says the ring comes in nine sizes, from 6 through 14, and recommends using its app to confirm your size. Do not assume your usual jewelry size will fit a smart ring: a close, comfortable fit matters for a wearable that uses optical sensors. Follow Gabit’s current sizing process before ordering. Subscription wording depends on which service you mean. Gabit’s FAQ describes separate nutrition and fitness plans, including coaching and calorie input/output tracking. Its Google Play listing says no subscription is required for app access. Those statements do not establish that every feature, coaching service, or market has identical terms.
