There is no sourced completion-time figure for Dark Waters in Star Wars: Zero Company, so an exact number of minutes would be guesswork. Expect a multi-part mission rather than one brief fight: the available walkthroughs describe two combat encounters, with exploration between them.
What to expect during Dark Waters
Dark Waters is a critical story mission set on Courtsilius, where the objective is to track down the Coil’s leader. The campaign guide identifies it as a story mission at that location (campaign guide).
The mission structure helps explain why a single timing estimate would be unreliable. One walkthrough describes an initial fight near a control console and canal, reinforcements, and a second encounter; another describes underground exploration between the two fights and a cutscene after the Coil forces are defeated (AllThingsHow walkthrough; launch mission guide). Those accounts establish the sequence, not how many minutes a run takes.
