Manage the manual-mode menu from the editor’s Pages and navigation panel. Put items under Main navigation to show them in the site menu, or move them to Hidden from navigation to remove them from the menu. Hidden pages can still be visited by URL, so this setting does not make a page private.
Open Pages and navigation
In the editor, expand Pages and navigation in the left panel. Use this panel to manage menu pages, links, and dropdown menus. You can also open it by selecting the site header and choosing Edit navigation. The header is the uppermost section of the site and may also be called the menu bar.
Show or hide a page in the menu
Move a page between Main navigation and Hidden from navigation using the page controls. Pages in Main navigation appear in the website menu; hidden pages do not. Hiding a page does not prevent visitors from opening its URL and does not by itself keep search engines from indexing it. If you want to hide a page from search engines, use the page’s SEO settings instead.
Reorder menu items
Locate the six-dot handle beside a page, link, or dropdown menu, then drag the item up or down to change its position. The menu follows the new order.

Add a page or a link
Add a page
- In Pages and navigation, select Add page.
- Choose a page type and thumbnail, then edit its settings as needed. General settings include the page name, URL, and navigation visibility; page settings also include social-image options and password protection.
- When the page is ready to appear online, update the website.
Add a menu link
- Select Add link in the panel.
- Rename the item and choose its destination. Available destination types include a web address, an existing page, an uploaded file, a section on the site, a phone number, an email address, or a WhatsApp number.
- Choose whether the link opens in a new tab and whether it should be hidden from navigation, then save the link.
Create and organize dropdown menus
Create a dropdown menu from the Pages and navigation panel, then move pages into or out of it to set its contents. Drag the dropdown’s six-dot handle to reorder it alongside other navigation items.

Select the header to reveal Edit header, Edit navigation, and Edit styles. Header layout settings include sticky behavior, element and link spacing, menu layout, and top and bottom padding. Style controls include navigation font and colors, normal and hover link colors, and header background options.
If the header is missing, check whether every page has been moved out of Main navigation and into Hidden from navigation. The header’s shopping-bag control is available only after enabling the eCommerce platform.
