Missions and the Events tab
Open the in-game Missions menu and review the Events section. Event missions may require actions such as playing specific content, winning battles, or completing a stated number of objectives. The exact requirements, end date, and Rainbow Diamond amount appear in the campaign notice. Claim completed objectives when the interface allows it, then check the Gift Box for anything delivered there.
Limited-time event distributions
Official announcements sometimes attach Rainbow Diamonds to a celebration, maintenance compensation, login campaign, or other event. These are not permanent features. Read the notice for the eligible period and the delivery method, and treat the displayed end date as a deadline rather than a suggestion.
The Gift Box is the collection point
Open the Gift Box whenever you finish a mission, log in during a campaign, or expect compensation. Rewards can expire, so collect them promptly. How to check the official Web Store without confusing free and paid items

Those figures describe that observed listing only; availability, redemption limits, country support, and the offers themselves can change.
Set up the account connection
- In the game, link your game account to a Bandai Namco ID using the account-linking option provided in the current settings or Web Store instructions.
- Open the official Web Store and sign in with the same Bandai Namco ID.
- Confirm that the displayed game account is the one you intend to use before selecting an offer.

Exchange event items for fragments
Some limited-time events let you trade event currency or another event item for Character Fragments. Open the active event exchange shop, note the cost and purchase limit, and compare the shop’s closing time with the item’s expiry. An exchange available in one campaign may disappear in the next, so do not plan around a permanent fragment price.

Convert duplicate Scout characters
When a Scout gives you a character you already own, the duplicate is converted into Character Fragments under the game’s duplicate-character rules. The number depends on the character and the duplicate’s circumstances shown by the game. A maximum-grade duplicate can instead be eligible for exchange into Cola, so a duplicate does not always produce the same fragment outcome. Check the confirmation screen before accepting or exchanging it.
Do not confuse ordinary fragments with 4★ Crystal Fragments
Some store bundles use the separate name 4★ Crystal Fragments. The name matters: these are not automatically interchangeable with ordinary Character Fragments. Check the target character, star grade, and item description before buying, claiming, or planning an upgrade. If a shop does not explicitly state that two materials can be exchanged, assume they are separate.
Mobile and Steam: where your Rainbow Diamonds go
Multi-Login shares most game data between supported mobile and Steam accounts, including characters and many items, but Rainbow Diamonds are tracked separately. League rank and ranking information are also kept separate. A balance earned or claimed for one platform should not be expected to appear on the other.

Select the destination before claiming
- Configure Multi-Login according to the current Steam or in-game account instructions.
- Open the Gift Box on the account that received the reward.
- When the platform-selection prompt appears, choose mobile or Steam deliberately.
- Confirm the claim, then check the balance on the selected platform.
If you claim first and check later, the reward may already be assigned to the platform you selected. Platform separation is therefore a planning issue, not merely a display problem.

A practical routine for free rewards
- At each login, read the current notices. Look for login campaigns, maintenance compensation, and event deadlines.
- Open Missions and then Events. Record objectives that award Rainbow Diamonds or event currency exchangeable for fragments.
- Play the qualifying content. Use the active mission’s own description to determine what counts; do not rely on a permanent mode list from an old campaign.
- Claim completed missions. A completed objective may require a separate claim action before delivery is sent.
- Open the Gift Box. Collect rewards and inspect each expiry date.
- Refresh when delivery is delayed. Return to the Home screen, refresh the app, or restart it before troubleshooting further.
- Review event exchanges. Spend event currency on the fragments or other items you actually need before the shop closes.

- For Multi-Login accounts, choose the platform. Direct each Gift Box Rainbow Diamond claim to the balance you intend to use.

Troubleshooting missing rewards
The reward is not in the Gift Box
- Confirm that the mission or login campaign was active when you qualified.
- Check whether the objective had a separate claim button.
- Return to the Home screen, refresh the app, or restart it.
- Check the reward’s expiry date and the campaign’s stated delivery window.
- Review the current notice for region, account, or platform restrictions.
The Rainbow Diamonds are missing after a Multi-Login claim
- Check which platform you selected in the Gift Box prompt.
- Open the game on that platform and review its balance.
- Remember that the mobile and Steam balances are separate even when most other data is shared.
The Web Store item did not arrive
- Verify that the Web Store account uses the same linked Bandai Namco ID as the game.
- Open the game Home screen, which the store instructions identify as part of the delivery process.
- Check both the direct Rainbow Diamond balance and the Gift Box, because delivery differs by item type.
- Confirm that the store is supported in your country and that the offer was still available when you claimed it.
A fragment source from an old guide is unavailable
Campaign content rotates. Use the current Missions, Events, exchange-shop descriptions, and character item information. Official materials do not establish one permanent list of every mode, character-specific source, or universal daily total.
How to plan around changing campaigns
Keep a short record of three things: the campaign end date, the Gift Box expiry date, and the exchange-shop closing date. These dates can differ. A mission may end before its reward expires, or an event currency may remain in your inventory after the shop has closed. Claiming promptly removes that uncertainty.
For Rainbow Diamonds, prioritize objectives with a clear deadline and verify the destination platform before claiming. For Character Fragments, identify the exact character and material type first, then spend event currency only after confirming that the exchange advances that character. This prevents using a limited currency on a fragment category you cannot use.

- Read the fine print on limits. A free Web Store offer may be one-time, monthly, or restricted to a particular region. An event exchange may also cap the number of purchases per account.
- Separate earning from saving. A Rainbow Diamond shown in the Gift Box is not part of your usable balance until you claim it. Likewise, event currency has no value in a closed exchange shop unless the event says it carries over.
- Check the destination account. Linking the wrong Bandai Namco ID can send a store delivery to a different game account. Sign out and verify the account name before confirming a claim.
- Protect your login. Use only the official game and Bandai Namco Web Store, and do not give your ID credentials to sites promising unlimited currency or fragments.
- Inspect confirmation screens. Scout duplicates, Cola conversions, and fragment exchanges can be difficult to reverse. Confirm the character, grade, quantity, and cost before tapping the final button.
Choosing between an event exchange and a Scout duplicate
These routes solve different needs. An event exchange gives a stated material for a stated cost and is usually the more predictable choice when you need fragments for one named character. A Scout duplicate is tied to chance: you spend Rainbow Diamonds, receive a character result, and then follow the duplicate rules shown by the game. If the duplicate is already at maximum grade, the outcome may be Cola instead of more fragments. Treat Scouts as a paid or saved-currency decision, not as a guaranteed fragment farm.
Before an event closes, compare the exchange inventory with your roster. A fragment for a character you do not own may have little immediate value, while a fragment that completes an upgrade can be more useful. The game’s item description is the authority for whether a fragment applies to a specific character; similarly named materials should never be assumed compatible.
What the available evidence does not establish
There is no permanent, universal daily Rainbow Diamond total that applies to every account. The documented sources also do not provide a complete character-by-character fragment chart or a guaranteed list of battle modes that will always drop fragments.
