To erase Samsung Pass data from one device, remove that device in Samsung Pass or Samsung Wallet. To request deletion of Samsung Pass data associated with your Samsung account, use Samsung’s Privacy Portal instead. These actions have different scopes: removing a device does not delete your Samsung account or information synchronized with Samsung Cloud.
Choose what you want to delete

Remove Samsung Pass data from one device
Samsung’s UK and Canada instructions use the Samsung Pass app. On some current Galaxy devices, Samsung Pass is managed within Samsung Wallet instead; Samsung’s US guide places the controls there. Menu labels can differ by model and software version, so use the closest matching labels on your device.
- Connect the device to the internet and sign in to your Samsung account.
- Open Samsung Pass. If it is presented within Samsung Wallet, open Samsung Wallet instead.
- In Samsung Pass, tap More (the three-dot menu), then Settings, then Devices using Samsung Pass.
In Samsung Wallet, Samsung’s US path is All > More options > Settings > Manage devices > Devices using Samsung Pass. You may be asked to verify your identity. Samsung US device-management guide - Find the device you want to clear and tap More beside it.
- Tap Remove, then confirm by tapping Remove again.
Samsung describes this as resetting Samsung Pass on the selected device. Before confirming, make sure you no longer need its saved information: Samsung Canada says deleted Samsung Pass data cannot be restored. Samsung Canada deletion instructions
What device removal deletes—and what it does not
Samsung says removal deletes biometric details, sign-in information, and app-use history stored in Samsung Pass on the selected device. It does not delete your Samsung account, your agreement to Samsung’s terms and conditions, or information synchronized with Samsung Cloud. Samsung UK deletion guidance and Samsung Korea’s April 29, 2026 guidance describe the same general boundary.

Because cloud-synchronized information remains, removing a device should not be treated as a request to erase every account-linked record. For that separate goal, use Samsung’s Privacy Portal.
Request deletion of Samsung Pass data linked to your Samsung account
- Sign in to Samsung’s Privacy Portal.
- In the Samsung US Wallet FAQ’s listed flow, choose My Data > Delete Data > Samsung Pass > Request Deletion. Samsung US Wallet FAQ
The portal explains that users can view, download, or delete personal data Samsung currently holds for services or apps that require a Samsung Account. Its options and privacy processes can vary by country or region; follow the information shown for your location. Submitting this account-linked request is not the same action as removing a device.

Delete only one saved login
If you want to keep Samsung Pass but remove a single saved website or app entry, authenticate in Samsung Pass, open the relevant website or app entry, then choose the delete or edit option. Samsung’s instructions for viewing and managing saved entries are available in its Samsung Pass explainer.

If the menu labels do not match
- Look for Samsung Pass within Samsung Wallet; Samsung’s US instructions use Wallet’s device-management menus.
- Check for the Devices using Samsung Pass list under the app’s settings or device-management controls.
- Use the labels currently shown on your device. Samsung notes that menu names and paths may vary by model and software version. Samsung Canada support
- For account-linked deletion options, consult the Privacy Portal for your region rather than assuming a device reset removes cloud or account data.
