To complete Clean Hands in ARC Raiders, search the Nomad Camp beneath Pendola Pass’s Railyard for the Equatorial Sundial, raise it at the top of the Old Town church, then extract while keeping it. After returning to Speranza, check your quest tracker: published walkthroughs disagree about whether you must also hand the sundial to Cassio, the Nomadic Envoy.
Clean Hands objectives at a glance
- On Pendola Pass, enter the Nomad Camp beneath the Railyard.

Where to find the Nomad Camp and Equatorial Sundial
Enter the camp beneath the Railyard
Clean Hands takes place on Pendola Pass. The Nomad Camp is below the Railyard; a route described by PC Gamer’s October 8, 2026 walkthrough uses a pipe between the Railyard and Transit Tunnel, west of the Railyard. Once inside, head to the platforms and raised walkway.
Search the highlighted bag
Look for the highlighted bag on the raised platform or walkway and search it to obtain the polluted item: the Equatorial Sundial. The item is required for the church interaction and the reported extraction objective.
Where to use the Equatorial Sundial
Go to the church in Old Town and make your way to the top. PC Gamer’s route is to climb the spiral staircase in the southeast corner, use the zipline into the tower, then interact with the railing to hold up the sundial. Complete this interaction before leaving the raid.

How to extract without losing the quest item
You must retain the Equatorial Sundial through extraction for the extraction objective described in the walkthroughs. GamesRadar+ and PC Gamer recommend placing it in a safe pocket. That is practical guide advice, not evidence that a particular augment is a quest requirement.
At the Pendola Pass gondola extraction, PC Gamer says to activate the console and then go to the gondola’s drop location. Follow your active extraction objective and keep the sundial with you until you successfully leave the raid.

Does Clean Hands require a hand-in to Cassio?
Walkthroughs differ on the final step. PC Gamer treats extraction with the sundial as the endpoint. Destructoid’s October 8, 2026 guide says to return safely and deliver the Equatorial Sundial to Cassio, the Nomadic Envoy. iTechGuides’ walkthrough, observed October 9, 2026, also notes this discrepancy.
