To close only your Razer Gold wallet, contact Razer Gold Customer Support; Razer says the request can take up to five business days. To remove the account that connects Gold to other Razer services, delete your Razer ID instead. Both actions are permanent: wallet termination removes any remaining Gold and Silver balances, while a deleted Razer ID cannot be recovered. Choose the scope carefully before starting.
Choose what you want to close
Razer Gold is associated with a Razer ID, but closing the wallet and deleting the ID are different actions. Use the route that matches what you want to keep:

Before you start
- Check your remaining Gold and Silver balances. Wallet termination removes them, and Razer says the action cannot be reversed.
- Decide whether you rely on other Razer services linked to your Razer ID. Deleting the ID affects those associations too.
- If you plan to delete the Razer ID, make sure you can access the verified email address on the account; the process may require a six-digit verification code.
How to terminate only the Razer Gold wallet
- Open the Razer Gold Help Center or the Razer Support contact page.
- Contact Razer Gold Customer Support and ask to terminate only your Razer Gold wallet. Make clear that you want to keep your Razer ID and other Razer service associations.
- Allow up to five business days for the request to be processed. Any remaining Gold and Silver balances will be removed, and the termination cannot be reversed.
How to permanently delete your Razer ID
Choose this route only if you want to remove the ID connecting Razer Gold to other Razer services, not just close the wallet.

- Sign in to your Razer ID account.
- Open the ACCOUNT tab.
- Select Delete Account.
- Select DELETE ACCOUNT to confirm.
- If prompted, complete two-step authentication by entering the six-digit code sent to your verified email address.
Razer says a deleted Razer ID cannot be recovered. Review any other Razer services or account data you rely on before confirming. If the account screen or verification step does not work, use Razer Support rather than an unofficial deletion service.
