Before starting the trial, note when the timer begins and whether the listing says the allowance is measured in active play time or another manner. Do not assume that downloading the trial converts it into a purchase, and do not cancel a subscription expecting the trial to remain. If you later buy the game, your save-data behavior and access terms are governed by the platform’s account and edition rules.
Game Pass access
The Xbox Wire announcement says the game launched on Game Pass, Xbox consoles, and PC in April 2025. That announcement is evidence of launch-era availability, not a guarantee that the title remains in the Game Pass catalog in October 2026. How to check a future promotion without losing the permanent-license distinction
- Start at an official store or publisher page. Use the platform store associated with your account or the publisher’s promotion page. Avoid treating an unaffiliated deal site, video description, or social-media post as proof.
