The right Sonic game for Nintendo Switch 2 depends on how you want to play. A simple decision path
Ask these questions in order:
- Do you want to drive, explore or run through platforming stages?
- Will one person play, or do you need local, wireless or online multiplayer?
- Do you specifically want both Sonic and Shadow, or a larger bundle of one adventure?

For a household, distinguish the three connection options before buying. One-system play means everyone uses the same console. Switch 2 status
The cited Nintendo Switch listing labels Switch 2 compatibility as Supported – Game behavior is consistent with Nintendo Switch. Confirm that label on the live page for the edition in your region, because the store can display separate Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 entries.
