Prioritize influence rewards that help your current squad or campaign plan, and aim to reach a useful tier before putting points into another zone. A September 2, 2026 guide reports three reward tiers in each of 12 zones, with thresholds of 20, 30, and 50 influence; treat those figures as guide-reported, not official, and check the in-game influence interface in case an update has changed them.
What influence does—and why allocation matters
Star Wars Zero Company is a single-player, turn-based tactics game set near the end of the Clone Wars. You lead Hawks and a squad of operatives through missions and investigations, while making decisions at the Den and across the campaign. Influence is tracked by zone, so where you invest it determines which zone rewards you can reach. EA’s game overview describes the campaign and its setting.
The available figures come from a third-party guide, not an official EA mechanics manual or firsthand testing. The guide reports three influence reward tiers in each of 12 zones, and lists thresholds of 20 influence for Tier 1, 30 for Tier 2, and 50 for Tier 3. Power Up Gaming’s September 2, 2026 guide is the source for those numbers. Because game mechanics can change, use the in-game interface as the current reference.

How to choose where to spend influence
- Check the next reward. Look at what the next tier in each available zone offers. Favor rewards that address an immediate squad need or support the campaign direction you have chosen.
- Compare reward value with the threshold. Consider how much influence remains before the next tier, not just how appealing the zone looks overall. A useful early reward may be a better target than a distant tier with an uncertain payoff.
- Concentrate enough to reach a tier. The guide recommends securing efficient Tier 1 rewards in valuable zones instead of distributing influence evenly across all zones. Scattering points can leave you short of a useful reward in several places.
- Reassess before each deployment. Compare the influence opportunity with other missions or operations available at that point in the campaign; deployments advance the campaign timer, according to a September 4, 2026 review.
There is no complete zone-by-zone reward table in the cited coverage, so a universal ranking of zones is not established. Make the comparison using the rewards currently shown in your game rather than assuming one zone is always best. Ways to build influence
Power Up Gaming reports that completing operations and using contacts can raise influence, and that Networking upgrades can increase influence gained from contacts. These are guide-reported methods, not independently verified mechanics. If contacts are part of your plan, check whether a Networking upgrade is available and compare its cost with the value of the influence it may provide.
How to balance influence against campaign time
Influence is not the only reason to choose an objective. Since deployments advance the campaign timer, an influence-granting operation may compete with another mission that has a more urgent objective or consequence. Before committing, weigh the next influence reward against the mission you would postpone or skip. The sources support this time tradeoff, but do not provide enough detail to calculate a single best route for every campaign.

EA lists the game for PC through the EA app, Steam, and Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. EA also says physical Standard Edition copies for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S are available from selected retailers only. Availability and stock can vary.
