Which phone has the more useful camera setup?
Choose the V70 for a dedicated telephoto camera
The V70 pairs a 50 MP OIS main camera with a separate 50 MP OIS telephoto camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide. vivo says the telephoto camera offers 3× optical zoom and describes it as ZEISS-branded. That dedicated lens gives you a specific hardware option for framing distant subjects and portraits.

Choose the FE if main-camera resolution is your priority
The FE lists a 200 MP OIS main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide, with no telephoto camera listed. Its main camera has the higher stated pixel count, but megapixels alone do not establish overall photo quality. No independent, controlled side-by-side camera test for these exact India models was established, so the specifications do not prove that either phone takes better photos.

How do their screens and batteries compare?
The FE has the larger listed display at 6.83 inches, compared with 6.59 inches on the V70. Both are AMOLED panels with up to a 120 Hz refresh rate. If screen size is a priority, the FE is the straightforward choice; if you want the smaller-screen option, consider the V70.
vivo lists a typical battery capacity of 7000 mAh for the FE and 6500 mAh for the V70. Both list 90 W charging. The higher capacity is a specification advantage for the FE, but it does not by itself establish longer real-world battery life: usage, software, and conditions affect endurance.

The FE uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo with LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage. The V70 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with LPDDR5X and UFS 4.1. These are different platforms and storage standards, but the specifications alone do not establish which phone is faster or better for gaming.
