Choose the OnePlus 13s if a smaller, lighter phone matters most; choose the iQOO 15R if the largest stated battery and fastest stated wired charging are your priorities; choose the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE if you want a dedicated telephoto camera and the clearest long-term software-support promise. There is no evidence here for a fair overall performance, camera-quality, battery-life or value winner, so the right choice depends on which trade-off you are willing to make.
At a glance: match the phone to your priority
| Priority | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Smallest body and easier one-hand use | OnePlus 13s | It is the smallest and lightest option in the listed specifications. |
| Largest listed battery and fastest stated wired charging | iQOO 15R | Its official India specification lists the highest capacity and charging rating. |
| Dedicated optical zoom and longest clearly stated support | Samsung Galaxy S25 FE | Samsung documents a 3× optical telephoto camera and a support period extending to 2032. |
| Lowest verified purchase price | No defensible winner | Only one current official-store price was established, and the three phones were not compared at identical storage tiers. |
These are specification-based recommendations, not laboratory results. Battery capacity is not the same as runtime, charging wattage does not guarantee a particular charge time, and camera megapixels do not predict image quality on their own.

Size and handling: the OnePlus 13s is the compact choice
OnePlus describes the 13s as “The Most Powerful Compact Phone from OnePlus.” Its listed 16.05 cm (6.32-inch) display, 150.81 mm height, 71.7 mm width and 185 g weight make it the smallest and lightest of these three documented configurations.
The iQOO 15R has a 6.59-inch display and weighs 202 g in Dark Knight or 206 g in Triumph Silver. The listing does not establish a complete body-dimension comparison in the supplied specifications, so its width and thickness should be checked on the exact regional product page before ordering.
#1 Best Overall
- 6.1" Screen size
- iOS Operating System
- 128 GB Flash Memory
Samsung lists the Galaxy S25 FE at 190 g, with dimensions of 161.3 × 76.6 × 7.4 mm. Its display is measured as 17.11 cm across the full rectangle, approximately 6.7 inches. That makes it physically larger than the OnePlus, despite being lighter than both listed iQOO color variants.
| Model | Display measurement | Weight | Published body details |
|---|---|---|---|
| OnePlus 13s | 6.32 inches (16.05 cm) | 185 g | 150.81 mm tall; 71.7 mm wide |
| iQOO 15R | 6.59 inches | 202 g (Dark Knight); 206 g (Triumph Silver) | Complete dimensions were not stated in the cited listing. |
| Galaxy S25 FE | 17.11 cm full rectangle (approximately 6.7 inches) | 190 g | 161.3 × 76.6 × 7.4 mm |
Screen size is only a proxy for comfort. Hand size, case thickness, reach to the top of the display and how you hold the phone can outweigh a few millimetres on a specification sheet. If you frequently type one-handed or carry the phone in a small pocket, start with the OnePlus. If reading, video and split-screen space matter more, the larger iQOO and Samsung panels are easier to justify.
Battery and charging: capacity leadership belongs to iQOO
The iQOO 15R lists a 7,600 mAh typical battery and 100 W wired charging. OnePlus lists a 5,850 mAh battery and 80 W SUPERVOOC charging for the 13s. Samsung lists a 4,900 mAh typical battery for the S25 FE.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors| Model | Battery specification | Wired charging specification |
|---|---|---|
| OnePlus 13s | 5,850 mAh | 80 W SUPERVOOC |
| iQOO 15R | 7,600 mAh typical | 100 W |
| Galaxy S25 FE | 4,900 mAh typical | The cited Samsung specifications do not establish a comparable charging wattage. |
Those figures establish a clear ordering on paper, but not on-the-go endurance. Actual runtime depends on display brightness and refresh behavior, cellular signal, processor workload, camera use, gaming, background applications and battery-management settings. A larger cell can also add weight. Likewise, a 100 W rating describes the phone and compatible charging system’s stated capability; it does not promise that every charger, cable, temperature or battery level will deliver that rate throughout a session.
For a purchase decision, use capacity as a risk reducer rather than a guaranteed runtime score. The iQOO gives you the greatest stated energy reserve and charging headroom. The OnePlus offers a middle position with a high charging rating in a lighter body. The Samsung’s smaller listed capacity makes independent endurance testing especially important if you spend long periods away from a charger.
Camera hardware: compare lens coverage, not megapixel totals
Samsung documents the broadest rear-camera setup in this comparison: 50 MP, 12 MP and 8 MP cameras, including a 3× optical-zoom camera. OnePlus lists a 50 MP wide camera and a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2× optical zoom, plus a 32 MP selfie camera. iQOO lists a 50 MP Sony LYT-700V OIS main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, with no dedicated telephoto lens stated in the cited specification; its front camera is 32 MP.
| Model | Rear-camera hardware documented | Optical zoom | Front camera |
|---|---|---|---|
| OnePlus 13s | 50 MP wide + 50 MP telephoto | 2× | 32 MP |
| iQOO 15R | 50 MP Sony LYT-700V OIS main + 8 MP ultra-wide | No dedicated telephoto stated | 32 MP |
| Galaxy S25 FE | 50 MP + 12 MP + 8 MP rear cameras | 3× | 12 MP |
What 2× and 3× optical zoom mean
Optical zoom uses a dedicated lens to frame a distant subject without simply cropping the main-camera image. A 3× lens gives the Samsung a narrower, more distant perspective than the OnePlus 2× telephoto at the same shooting position. That can help with portraits, stage events and subjects that you cannot approach. The difference does not automatically make one phone’s photos better: sensor size, stabilization, processing, focus behavior and lighting still determine the result.

Where the iQOO fits
The iQOO’s documented combination is a stabilized main camera plus an ultra-wide lens. That is useful when you need to fit architecture, groups or landscapes into the frame. Because the cited specification does not list a telephoto camera, buyers who routinely photograph distant subjects should treat its zoom coverage as a potential limitation rather than assume that a high-resolution main sensor will replace an optical lens.
Nothing in the cited material establishes side-by-side image quality, night performance, video stabilization or portrait accuracy. Treat the camera table as a map of hardware coverage, not a camera ranking.
Performance, displays and connectivity
Each phone uses a different platform, and the supplied specifications do not include a common benchmark, sustained-performance test or thermal comparison. You can therefore identify platform positioning, but not claim that one is definitively faster for every game or application.
| Model | Processor | Display details | Connectivity and platform details |
|---|---|---|---|
| OnePlus 13s | Snapdragon 8 Elite | 6.32-inch display | The cited product page does not establish a complete connectivity comparison. |
| iQOO 15R | Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 | 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED; listing shows a 130 Hz normal-scene touch/display figure | Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, Origin OS 6.0 |
| Galaxy S25 FE | Exynos 2400 | Dynamic AMOLED 2X, 120 Hz, 1080 × 2340 | Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and Samsung DeX |
For gaming, look beyond the processor name. Sustained frame rates depend on cooling, game optimization, graphics settings, software updates and how long you play. The iQOO’s high-refresh display specification and gaming-oriented positioning may appeal to players, while Samsung’s DeX support is more relevant to people who want a desktop-style interface on an external display. Neither point is a measured performance result.

The display figures are not directly interchangeable. OnePlus’s cited page supplies the diagonal, iQOO’s listing supplies resolution class and a 130 Hz normal-scene figure, and Samsung specifies panel family, refresh rate and resolution. Brightness, color accuracy, touch latency and outdoor visibility were not established in a common test.
Software support: Samsung publishes the clearest long-term commitment
Samsung states that the Galaxy S25 FE supports up to seven generations of OS upgrades and up to seven years of security updates. Its India product specifications give a security-update period valid until 30 September 2032.
The iQOO 15R India listing uses the wording “4 + 6 Years of Software Updates.” That wording is reproduced as displayed; it should not be silently converted into a particular number of Android-version upgrades and security years unless iQOO defines the split for your exact model and market.
The OnePlus source reviewed for this comparison does not establish an update term for the 13s. Do not infer its support period from another OnePlus handset.

|---|---|---|
| Galaxy S25 FE | Up to seven OS generations and up to seven years of security updates; security period listed through 30 September 2032 | The most explicit and longest stated commitment among these specifications. Timing and availability can vary by market and model. |
| iQOO 15R | “4 + 6 Years of Software Updates” | Confirm what each number covers before treating it as an OS-versus-security promise. |
| OnePlus 13s | No update term established in the cited source | Ask the seller or consult the exact regional support policy. |
Support duration matters most if you keep a phone for several years, use banking or work applications, or want security patches after the initial purchase period. It is less decisive if you replace phones frequently, but an unclear policy still makes long-term planning harder.

The official iQOO India store displayed ₹53,999 for the 15R with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage when the listing was accessed in 2026. The same page showed an MRP of ₹69,999. Both figures are time-sensitive commercial information, and discounts, stock, taxes, bundles and checkout offers can change.
No equivalent current official prices for the OnePlus 13s and Galaxy S25 FE were established in the cited material. That means a value-for-money winner cannot be defended from this comparison alone. A lower sticker price on one day may also reflect a different storage tier, launch offer or retailer bundle.
Before buying, compare the same RAM and storage capacity, confirm the exact India model code, add delivery or card-offer conditions, and record the final checkout total. Recheck availability and included accessories on the day you order; box contents can vary by region or offer.

A practical decision process
- Set your physical-size limit. If a phone wider than roughly the OnePlus specification is uncomfortable, start with the 13s and eliminate larger options only after handling them in person.
- Decide whether capacity or portability wins. Choose the iQOO specification set when the largest stated battery and highest charging rating outweigh its heavier listed variants. Choose OnePlus when reducing weight and footprint matters more.
- Identify your camera subjects. Select Samsung or OnePlus if optical telephoto framing is important. Prefer Samsung’s longer documented reach for more distant subjects; prefer OnePlus if a 2× lens and higher-resolution selfie specification fit your use. Consider iQOO when ultra-wide coverage and the stabilized main camera are more useful than telephoto.
- Set a support horizon. If you expect to keep the phone through the early 2030s, Samsung’s published policy is the only one here with a stated security date. If you choose iQOO, clarify the meaning of its “4 + 6” wording. If you choose OnePlus, obtain an update commitment for the exact 13s model before purchase.
- Check your software and connectivity needs. Samsung DeX, NFC and its documented Wi-Fi 6E/Bluetooth 5.4 combination may matter more than a newer-sounding processor. iQOO’s Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and Origin OS 6.0 may be more relevant to buyers building around newer wireless equipment. The cited OnePlus information does not provide a complete like-for-like connectivity list.
- Verify price at the same storage tier. Use the live official store or an authorized seller, compare final checkout totals, and avoid treating the one documented iQOO offer as a permanent market price.
Which buyer should choose each phone?
Choose the OnePlus 13s when compactness is non-negotiable
The 13s is the logical starting point for smaller hands, one-handed typing and buyers who dislike carrying a heavy large-screen phone. Its documented hardware still includes a dedicated telephoto camera and high-end Snapdragon platform, so choosing compactness does not mean giving up those categories on paper. The unresolved issue is its update commitment, which you should verify separately.
Choose the iQOO 15R when battery reserve and charging take priority
The 15R is aimed at buyers who value the biggest stated battery, the highest stated wired-charging rating and a large AMOLED display. Its listed wireless standards and Origin OS version add to the feature set. Weigh those benefits against the heavier listed color variants and the absence of a documented dedicated telephoto camera.
Choose the Galaxy S25 FE when zoom and long support matter most
The S25 FE is the strongest fit for a buyer who wants a three-camera rear system with 3× optical zoom, Samsung’s DeX capability and a clearly published long support period. Its listed battery is the smallest of the three, and its chipset should not be treated as a performance winner without comparable testing.
