First ask whether your screens connect to one computer or whether you want one mouse to move among separate computers. Any compatible mouse can navigate several displays attached to one computer; switching between computers is a separate capability. For a documented option with multi-computer switching and configurable navigation controls, consider the Logitech MX Master 3S—but its listed features do not prove it is the best fit for every desk.
Identify what “multiple screens” means for your desk
If several monitors are connected to the same computer, the operating system extends the pointer across them. The mouse does not need a special multi-monitor or cross-computer feature for that. Choose based on tracking, scrolling, controls, and physical fit.
If you use two or more separate computers, you need a way to switch the mouse between them. A hardware button can select a paired computer; Logitech Flow can instead move the cursor between computers and, according to Logitech support, copy and paste between them. Those are different workflows, and neither is required just to navigate monitors connected to one computer.
What the Logitech MX Master 3S documents
The MX Master 3S is a relevant candidate if your work combines extensive document navigation, customization, and possibly more than one computer. Logitech’s Business page lists an 8000 DPI sensor, a thumbwheel, a MagSpeed scroll wheel, customizable workflow controls, and Easy-Switch among up to three computers. The consumer page describes adjustable tracking sensitivity, customizable buttons, app-specific customizations, and Flow. These are manufacturer-described features, not results from comparative testing.

Logitech says Flow lets the cursor move between computers and supports copy and paste between them. Its support instructions also say a compatible Logitech keyboard can follow the mouse and switch computers at the same time; MX Mechanical is given as an example. Check compatibility for the specific keyboard, computers, operating systems, and software before relying on that setup.

Choose by the work you actually do
Moving across displays and large documents
For a single computer connected to several monitors, prioritize reliable tracking and controls that suit your applications. A main scroll wheel helps with vertical movement; a thumbwheel can provide horizontal scrolling where the application supports it. Logitech lists both wheels on the Business model page. The 8000 DPI figure is a sensor specification, not a measure of productivity, precision in every setup, or time saved.

Switching between separate computers
If your mouse must serve different computers, compare the number of devices supported and how switching works. Logitech lists Easy-Switch for up to three computers on the Business model page. Flow offers cursor movement and copy/paste between computers, according to Logitech support. Confirm which feature and setup match your workflow rather than assuming that having multiple monitors means you need Flow.

Repeating the same actions in creative or office apps
Custom buttons and app-specific settings can make repeated commands easier to reach. Logitech describes button customization and app-specific customizations for the consumer model. Check current Logi Options+ availability, operating-system support, and the controls available for the applications you use; software support can change.
Fit, handedness, and day-to-day comfort
Specifications cannot establish whether a mouse will feel comfortable in your hand. Consider hand size, grip, handedness, and whether the shape lets you use the wheel and side controls naturally. A return policy can matter when you cannot try the mouse before buying.

- Confirm whether you need one-computer multi-monitor navigation, multi-computer switching, or both.
- Verify that the edition and listing support the features you intend to use; Logitech’s Business and consumer pages describe different editions and do not establish what every retailer bundle includes.
- Check the current operating-system and software requirements for customization or Flow, plus compatibility with any keyboard you want to switch alongside the mouse.
- Review the listing for included receiver, cable, and other accessories instead of assuming the contents from a product-family name.
- Assess physical fit and the return terms before committing if comfort is uncertain.
What the available evidence can—and cannot—tell you
The cited Logitech pages substantiate specifications and supported features, but they do not provide controlled comparisons against other mice, measured productivity improvements, guaranteed time savings, or evidence of universal comfort. Treat the MX Master 3S as a feature-supported option to evaluate against your setup, not a proven overall winner.
