Short answer: the current Steam listing for Annihilated names only Windows 10/11 and 1 GB of available storage as minimum PC requirements. It does not publish a CPU, RAM, graphics-card, DirectX, or recommended specification, so those two checks cannot prove that your computer will launch the game, run it reliably, or deliver a particular frame rate.
You can still verify the information that is available now. Check your Windows version, check free storage, record your hardware for later comparison, and revisit the official listing near release. If the installation drive has less than 1 GB free
