In an NBA 2K27 Park game, press Right on the D-pad to open the camera options, then use the shoulder buttons to cycle camera styles. For more detailed adjustments, open Camera during a MyCAREER or Play Now game, make your changes, and accept the save prompt to apply them across modes. Guides report that these settings carry into Park, Rec, and Pro-Am, but check your camera after a game update because official camera-specific documentation does not confirm that behavior.
Change the camera during a Park game
- While playing in Park, press Right on the D-pad to open the camera options overlay.
- Cycle through the available camera styles with LB/RB on Xbox or L1/R1 on PlayStation.
- Keep playing to see how the selected view feels. The Park overlay offers camera options, but guides say it does not expose the full customization controls.

Make detailed camera adjustments
- Enter a MyCAREER or Play Now game.
- Pause, open Camera, and adjust the camera style and available parameters.
- Back out of the camera menu. When prompted to save the camera for all modes, select Yes.
- Return to Park and check that the view is what you wanted.
NBA2KLab describes MyCAREER or Play Now as the route for full camera customization and says Park, Rec, and Pro-Am do not provide the same full controls. NerdsChalk reports that the saved MyCAREER camera profile carries into Park, Rec, and Pro-Am. Treat cross-mode persistence as guide-reported behavior rather than an official guarantee, and verify it after updates.
Choose a camera preset
NBA2KLab lists these camera styles: 2K Cam, 2K Legacy, 2K Low, 2K Wire, Baseline, Broadcast, Broadcast Stadium, Director’s Cut, Drive, High, Lower Bowl, Rail, Shot Clock, and Skybox. The best choice depends on how much court you want to see and how close you want the player to appear.

2K Cam: a wider court view
NBA2KLab recommends 2K Cam as a starting point for seeing defensive positioning, passing lanes, and rebounds. It suggests starting at Zoom 1 and Height 10, then adjusting to taste. The trade-off is that the camera’s flip between offense and defense can briefly obscure the action.
2K Low: a closer view
NBA2KLab describes 2K Low as similar to 2K Cam but closer to the player, which some players may prefer for seeing shooting cues. It shows less of the court, so choose it based on the view you find easiest to read rather than assuming it improves performance.

Compare views by what you need to see
- Court coverage: A wider view can make it easier to track teammates, passing lanes, and defensive positioning.
- Player proximity: A closer view can make player movement and shooting cues more prominent, but may show less of the court.
- Camera movement: Notice whether a preset flips between offense and defense and whether that movement interrupts your view.
- Personal readability: Test a preset in play; there is no controlled comparison establishing one camera as best for every player.
Adjust the Park overlay fields
NerdsChalk reports that the Park overlay includes Zoom, Height, Key Zoom, Rev Angle, Auto Flip, Fix Height, and Flip Style. Its guide says to use the D-pad to move down the list and adjust values, and notes a Reset to Default option. Exact field names and controls can vary by build; the overlay details are guide-reported, not confirmed by an official camera manual.
Check your settings after an update
After changing the camera in MyCAREER or Play Now, return to Park and confirm both the selected style and its adjustments. If the view has reverted or differs between modes, reopen the Camera menu, make the changes again, and accept the all-modes save prompt. The available guidance does not establish that every adjusted value persists across every mode or remains unchanged after patches.
