If the Nintendo Switch 2 bundle you want is sold out, compare its delivered price with the local console price plus the current cost of only the games and membership you actually want. Check Nintendo’s regional offer page and participating retailers, then verify the seller, condition, returns and checkout total before buying. A sold-out listing does not establish that a restock is far off—or that a marked-up resale listing is your only option.
Start with the price in your region
Use Nintendo’s current regional pricing as a reference, then compare listings from retailers in the same market. A price converted from another country is not a reliable local deal: taxes, shipping, warranty, system language and support can differ.

United States
Nintendo’s US standalone Nintendo Switch 2 MSRP is $499.99, effective September 1, 2026. That is a comparison point, not a guarantee that every store currently sells the system at that price. See Nintendo’s US system information.
Nintendo lists the Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle at $549.99 MSRP. It includes the game and a three-month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership. Nintendo’s stated $37.98 savings are calculated against buying the system, game and membership separately; actual savings may vary. The membership auto-renews after its initial term at the then-current price unless canceled. Check the official bundle listing and terms.

Nintendo’s US offer page lists a Switch 2 + Nintendo Switch Sports Resort bundle for $529.99, scheduled for October 22, 2026. As that date is still in the future on October 13, treat it as an upcoming option, not a launched product or current stock. Recheck Nintendo’s page after the scheduled date. Its page gives inconsistent savings information, so compare the price and contents rather than relying on a savings figure. The listing is on Nintendo’s US hardware and offers page.
United Kingdom
An October 2, 2026 GamesRadar+ deal guide observed the standalone console at £379 at Amazon and a Switch 2 + Animal Crossing: New Horizons package at £425 at Currys. These are time-sensitive retailer deal observations, not official MSRP, and they are not a US price comparison. Check current listings and the exact package contents before using them as a benchmark: GamesRadar+ UK bundle guidance.
Australia
GamesRadar+’s Australian coverage reports an RRP of AU$769.95 and describes availability as varying by retailer and local outlet. Confirm the current price and stock with an Australian retailer rather than assuming that reported RRP or availability is unchanged: GamesRadar+ Australia coverage.

Japan
Nintendo announced a Japanese-language, Japan-only Choose-Your-Game Bundle for 63,980 yen, scheduled for November 12, 2026. It offers one of three game downloads and requires a Nintendo Account and internet access for redemption. It is not a general alternative for buyers outside its intended market. Check Nintendo’s announcement for regional details: Nintendo Japan’s bundle announcement.
Are Nintendo Switch bundles worth it?
Only if the contents are worth their cost to you. Compare the bundle’s delivered checkout total with the current price of the standalone console plus the exact game and membership you would otherwise buy. Nintendo’s advertised savings use separate MSRP purchases, so they may not reflect today’s retailer prices.
- Count a game’s value only if you would actually buy or use it. If you would not buy it separately, its full standalone price is not a saving for you.
- Count an online membership only if you want the service, and include any renewal cost you expect to pay. The US Mario Kart World bundle’s included three-month membership auto-renews unless canceled.
- Include shipping and any other required charges in the bundle and separate-purchase totals.
- If buying the system alone or waiting for another official bundle costs less for what you want, those may be better choices than paying a resale premium.
Compare listings before checkout
- Confirm the exact package. Check that the listing is for the Switch 2 bundle you intended, and identify every included game, membership or redemption offer.
- Compare the delivered total. Add the console and wanted contents at their current local separate prices, including shipping and any required charges. Compare that with the bundle’s final checkout price, not just its headline price.
- Check condition and seller. Verify whether the item is new, used or refurbished, and identify who is actually selling it. On a marketplace, distinguish the marketplace operator from the third-party seller; the seller and return terms can vary by listing.
- Read the return terms and delivery estimate. Check the applicable return policy and expected delivery date before committing.
- Recheck the total at checkout. Confirm that shipping, taxes and any membership renewal details have not changed the comparison.
These are prudent checks, not claims about a specific live listing or seller policy. The sources cited here do not establish that a particular retailer currently has the sold-out bundle in stock.

If your preferred retailer is sold out
Check Nintendo’s participating-retailer information and the retailer’s own local inventory page. Use retailer stock alerts or notifications where available, and check again close to purchase: inventory can change, and a listing that was sold out earlier may not reflect current availability. Nintendo’s US retail offers page is a place to start for participating retailers and current official offers.

No cited source establishes a next restock date or a typical reseller markup, so there is no evidence-based universal maximum resale price to recommend. Treat urgency claims as a reason to verify the listing—not as proof that the bundle will remain unavailable or that a high-priced resale offer is your only route.
