The dates overlap on 30 October. That day can therefore contain both public entertainment programming and industry activity, but the credential you hold determines which areas you may enter.

Public entertainment visitor
Choose this track if you want the consumer show floor, entertainment attractions and public-facing activities. The organiser explicitly says the entertainment area is open to the public from 30 October through 1 November. You do not need to work in games or belong to a company to buy this ticket. You do need a valid paid pass for each day you attend.

Business visitor, conference delegate or VIP
The business and conference programme is intended for people attending in a professional capacity. Apply as a business visitor, conference delegate or VIP through the organiser’s registration process. Eligibility is vetted, so submit accurate company and role information and allow time for approval. A public entertainment pass cannot be upgraded at the door into business access.
Watching remotely
If you cannot travel to Bangkok, the PRIMETIME programme is scheduled for major streaming platforms on Thursday 29 October, from 20:00 to 21:00 Bangkok time (GMT+7). This is an online viewing option, not a substitute credential for entering QSNCC.
Buy public tickets safely
Use the official ticketing partner
Zipevent is the organiser’s official online ticketing partner. Use its gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 listing, select the one-day pass that matches your visit, complete payment and retain the confirmation email. The QR code in that email is the credential you will present at the venue.
The organiser also sells tickets onsite during the event days. Onsite purchase is useful if you decide to attend at short notice, but buying online gives you a confirmed ticket before you travel and avoids a queue at the sales counter.
Do not buy from an unofficial reseller
A resale listing may show a QR image or promise a discount, but the organiser warns that unofficial tickets can be rejected. The safest chain of custody is a ticket bought directly through Zipevent or at the event’s own onsite sales point. Keep the original confirmation email rather than relying only on a screenshot forwarded by another person.
Check what your pass covers
The public products are one-day passes. The standard pass admits you from 10:00 to 19:00; the fast pass admits you from 09:30 to 19:00. The additional 100 baht buys the earlier entry window, not business-area access or a second day. If you plan to attend on two or three public days, budget for a separate one-day ticket for each day unless the ticketing page presents a different package.
How to register at QSNCC
Public visitors: QR code to wristband
- Open the ticket confirmation email on your phone before reaching QSNCC, or have the original QR code available in another permitted form.
- Go to the event registration area and present the QR code for scanning.
- Exchange the validated ticket for the event wristband issued to public visitors.
- Keep the wristband on while you are in the entertainment area and follow staff directions if you leave and return.
The organiser describes the wristband exchange as the public entry process. Exact queue arrangements can change, so follow the signs and staff instructions at the registration area rather than joining a business-registration line.

Business and conference registrants: QR code to badge
- Complete the relevant business visitor, conference delegate or VIP application before the event and wait for the organiser’s confirmation.
- Bring the confirmation QR code to QSNCC on the day covered by your registration.
- Go to the Level 1 Registration Area outside Plenary Hall 1.
- Have the QR code scanned and collect the professional badge issued for your approved category.
Register online where possible. The organiser states that business registration onsite is more expensive, although the available event details do not state the exact onsite amounts.
Plan the day and pick the right pass
When the standard pass is enough
Choose the 200-baht standard pass if arriving at 10:00 is convenient and you do not need the earliest public entry. It is the lower-cost option and still provides the full public operating period through 19:00. This is usually the sensible choice when your priority is spending the day inside rather than being among the first visitors through the queue.
When the fast pass makes sense
The 300-baht fast pass begins at 09:30, 30 minutes before the standard window. Consider it when you are travelling a long distance, have a tightly scheduled day, want to start at opening, or expect to spend every available minute on the show floor. It does not extend the closing time: both public products end at 19:00.
Choosing a public date
Public access runs for three days. Pick the day that fits your Bangkok itinerary, then check the ticket date and product carefully before payment. If you want to attend more than one day, treat each day as a separate admission decision and retain each confirmation.

30 October is the only day shared by the public entertainment schedule and the business/conference dates. You may attend the public area with a public pass, but access to professional spaces still requires an approved business, conference or VIP credential. Carry the credential appropriate to the area you intend to enter; do not assume that showing both a public QR code and a business email creates access if the business application was not approved.
Getting to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center
MRT: the simplest rail option
Take the MRT to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station and use Exit 3. This is the venue guidance’s named train route and avoids road traffic that can affect a fixed arrival time. Once outside the station, follow event signs and the venue’s directions to the appropriate registration entrance.
Bus: routes 136 and 185
Bus routes 136 and 185 serve QSNCC. Bus travel can be useful when your starting point is already on one of those routes, but allow more time than the nominal journey because road conditions and stop dwell times vary. Confirm your direction and stop with the driver or current transit information before boarding.
Car and parking
QSNCC lists venue parking availability from 05:00 to 24:00. That broad window covers early arrival for the 09:30 fast-pass entry and departure after the 19:00 public close. The available event information does not state parking fees or guarantee a space, so do not treat the opening hours as a reservation. Arrive earlier if you are driving on a busy public day and keep your ticket QR code ready before you leave the car.

Public entrance flow
Allow time for the sequence rather than treating the QR code as a direct walk-in. You first reach the registration area, present the ticket, receive the wristband and then proceed into the entertainment area. A standard ticket is valid from 10:00; arriving earlier does not change that start time. A fast pass is the product designed for the 09:30 opening window.
Professional entrance flow
Business and conference attendees have a separate credentialing process. Professional attendance
Business, conference and VIP pricing is not stated in the available event details. Submit the online registration and review the amount shown for your approved category. The organiser advises online registration because onsite business registration is more expensive.

Set a reminder for Thursday 29 October 2026, 20:00–21:00 GMT+7 for the PRIMETIME stream on major streaming platforms. Bangkok uses GMT+7, so convert that hour if you are watching from another country. The stream lets you follow the scheduled PRIMETIME programme remotely, but it does not provide a QSNCC wristband or a business badge.
Troubleshooting common problems
Your QR code will not load at the entrance
Open the original confirmation email before you reach the queue and keep a copy available offline if your email service permits it. If the code still cannot be read, go to the event’s registration or ticket-support desk rather than buying a second ticket from an unofficial seller. Staff can tell you which verification method is accepted for that ticket.

Do not assume the QR image is valid. The organiser warns that unofficial tickets may be rejected. Contact the seller and the organiser’s official ticketing support before travelling, but be prepared for the possibility that you will need a ticket purchased through Zipevent or the onsite sales point.

You arrive before your public ticket starts
A standard pass begins at 10:00. If you need the 09:30 opening window, buy the fast pass instead; arriving early with a standard ticket does not automatically grant earlier entry.
You need business access but only bought a public pass
Apply through the business, conference or VIP registration route. The public pass does not grant access to professional areas, and eligibility is vetted. Do not wait until the show floor to discover that a public ticket cannot be converted.
You are unsure which entrance to use
Public visitors should follow signs to the entertainment-area registration point for wristband collection. Approved business and conference registrants should go to Level 1 outside Plenary Hall 1 for badge collection. Ask venue staff if signage has changed on the day.
