Submit an appeal through the official AION2 Global Contact Us channel within 15 days of the sanction date. Start by reading the notice, confirming that it applies to AION2 Global, and identifying whether you received an account-wide ban, an AION2-only ban, a time-limited ban, a warning, an item adjustment, an IP block, or a temporary protection restriction. The 15-day deadline is stated in the AION2 Global Operation Policy; the policy does not publish a response-time target, required evidence format, timezone rule for counting days, or guaranteed outcome.
First, confirm which AION2 service and restriction you have
Policies and support routes can differ between regional services. This procedure is based on AION2 Global. Check the service or region named in your notice before following it. If the notice identifies another region, use that region’s current policy and support portal instead of assuming the Global rules apply.
Do not treat every loss of access as the same kind of ban. The sanction label affects what you should describe in your appeal and the scope of the problem you need support to review. Copy the wording exactly, including capitalization, dates, and any stated duration.

The policy allows penalties to become more severe because of cumulative offenses or the seriousness of an offense. It also says severity can determine a penalty regardless of the offense count. That is why an accurate description of the current notice matters more than using a generic phrase such as “my account was banned.”

Protect the 15-day appeal window
The official policy says: “Appeals must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the sanction.” Treat the date printed on the sanction notice as the date that controls. The reviewed policy does not explain how to count partial days or specify a timezone, so do not wait until the last day to resolve an ambiguity.
- Write down the sanction date immediately.
- Save the notice, including its subject, reference number, and any displayed duration or reason.
- Submit through the official Contact Us route as soon as you can, even if you are still gathering additional context.
- Keep a copy or screenshot of the completed submission and any confirmation number.
The deadline is a procedural requirement, not a promise that an appeal will succeed. The policy also does not state a guaranteed response time. If you discover the notice after several days have passed, submit promptly rather than trying to calculate whether a delay is safe.
How to submit an AION2 ban appeal
- Read the entire notice. Identify the account or service, sanction type, sanction date, duration if temporary, and stated rule or conduct. Note whether the notice says “sanction,” “temporary protection,” or another restriction.
- Confirm the region. This guide follows the AION2 Global policy. If your notice belongs to another regional service, stop and locate that service’s current support instructions.
- Open the official support path. The operation policy directs users to submit sanctions and account matters through the website’s Contact Us section. Start from the policy page at plaync.com/policy/operation/aion2global/en and use the Contact Us option for the applicable account service.
- Select the account or sanction subject that matches the notice. Use the account affected by the restriction and preserve the notice’s reference information. If the form offers a category, choose the closest sanction, account, or restriction category rather than filing an unrelated report.
- State that you are requesting a review. Put the sanction date and restriction type near the beginning. Ask support to review the specific notice; do not make a broad demand for an immediate reversal.
- Describe facts that support your position. Give a short timeline, explain what you were doing when access changed, and identify any detail in the notice that you believe is incorrect or misunderstood. Separate what you know from what you infer.
- Submit before the 15-day deadline. The policy does not require a particular file type or evidence format in the reviewed text. If the Contact Us form permits attachments or asks for details, follow its current fields; do not claim that an attachment is mandatory when the policy does not say so.
- Keep the confirmation. Record the submission time, case number, and the text you sent. These records help you answer a follow-up without changing the facts.
A concise appeal structure
A focused request is easier to evaluate than a long argument about unrelated events. You can adapt this wording to the fields provided by Contact Us:

What the official process does—and does not—promise
The AION2 Global Operation Policy describes this general sequence: a Terms violation, a report, an investigation, pre-notification, a sanction, an appeal, and an appeal-result notification. Investigations may take time, and the policy says re-investigation may occur. Accounts related to a report may also be temporarily restricted during an investigation.
This sequence explains why access may not change immediately after you submit an appeal. It does not establish a response deadline, require support to disclose every detection detail, or guarantee that a sanction will be lifted. Avoid promising yourself a particular outcome based only on having filed within 15 days.
Handling a suspected false positive or temporary protection restriction
An official AION2 notice published on April 2, 2026, addressed both sanctions and temporary-protection restrictions. It instructed players who believed they had not violated policy, or who believed they had been placed under temporary protection unintentionally, to request a review through Customer Support’s Contact Us channel: the official notice.

Do not describe every temporary restriction as an error or imply that the notice guarantees reversal; it directs players to request a review, not to expect a particular decision.

How to write an appeal that stays credible
Lead with identifiers and dates
Support needs to locate the correct case. Put the account or service, sanction date, sanction type, and any reference number first. If multiple characters or accounts are involved, list them separately instead of combining them into one unclear narrative.
Use a verifiable timeline
Describe events in chronological order: the last normal login, the message or restriction you saw, and any relevant action immediately before it. Use exact dates and times only when you know them. If you are unsure, label the detail as approximate rather than presenting a guess as evidence.
Answer the stated reason directly
If the notice identifies conduct, explain why that description is inaccurate, incomplete, or attributable to a misunderstanding. If you recognize that part of the conduct occurred, do not deny it categorically; explain the circumstances and ask support to assess the sanction under the policy.
Keep separate issues separate
Do not mix a login problem, an item discrepancy, and a conduct allegation into one undifferentiated complaint. Use one clear request for the notice you are appealing. A separate issue can be mentioned only if it helps identify the same account or restriction.

Do not claim a required proof standard
The reviewed operation policy does not specify a mandatory screenshot, video, log, or other evidence format. Provide truthful information in whatever fields the current Contact Us form offers, but do not assert that support must accept a particular file or disclose a particular detection signal.
What to do while the appeal is pending
- Stop the conduct named in the notice. Do not use the tool, behavior, exploit, or account practice that the notice identifies while the case is under review.
- Review the rules. Read the AION2 Global Code of Conduct and the operation policy so that your next activity does not create a new violation.
- Secure the account through official guidance. The Code of Conduct encourages players to review the Account Security FAQ. Use that official resource rather than relying on unverified recovery instructions or giving credentials to another person.
- Do not create a cycle of duplicate tickets. The operation policy treats repeated identical inquiries intended to interfere with support operations as abuse of support services. If you need to add a genuinely new fact, reply through the existing case when the system permits it; do not resend the same appeal across multiple categories.
- Do not attempt to evade the restriction. Trying alternate accounts, networks, or other workarounds can complicate the account review and may expose additional accounts to action. The policy says related accounts may be temporarily restricted during an investigation, so keep activity within the official process.
- Preserve records privately. Keep your notice, submission text, screenshots, and confirmation details. Do not post account identifiers, access credentials, or private correspondence publicly.
Reducing the chance of another penalty
Understand cumulative consequences
The operation policy says penalties can increase with cumulative offense count or severity, and that a severe offense may receive a penalty regardless of the number of prior offenses. A warning is therefore not a guarantee that a later incident will receive the same treatment. Treat every notice as a signal to stop the underlying conduct and review the applicable rules.
Use the notice as a compliance checklist
After you regain access—or while waiting for a decision—write down the exact behavior named in the notice and the account context in which it occurred. Remove or disable anything that could repeat it. If another person has access to the account or device, make sure they understand that their activity can affect the same account.

Follow official security advice
The Code of Conduct points players to the Account Security FAQ, but the reviewed page does not reproduce its detailed steps. Follow the current instructions in that official resource and avoid inventing security procedures from forum posts. Never share passwords, one-time codes, or session information with someone claiming to be able to “unban” the account.

Keep future support requests precise
Use the correct category, include the relevant case number, and add new information only when it changes the facts. A clear record reduces the risk that separate tickets appear to be repeated identical inquiries or that support cannot tell which restriction you mean.
If the appeal is denied or no immediate change appears
The policy provides for an appeal-result notification, but the reviewed text does not specify a guaranteed turnaround, a second-appeal entitlement, or an escalation timetable. Wait for the official result, read it carefully, and follow any instructions included in that message. Do not infer that silence means approval or denial, and do not open repeated identical tickets simply because access has not changed yet.
If the result identifies a different restriction than the one you originally described, preserve both notices and submit a focused clarification through Contact Us. Keep the new request factual and tied to the case; do not restart the same argument in several categories.

The practical route is therefore narrow: identify the exact measure, file one factual Contact Us appeal within the policy’s 15-day window, preserve the case record, and avoid any conduct that could add a cumulative or more severe offense. Recheck the operation policy and your current notice before acting, because regional rules and support details can change.
