Starseed: Asnia Trigger does not use one universal pity counter. General Recruit, ordinary Pickup Recruit, Select Pickup events, and Creator/Destroyer rate-up events can each have different rates, guarantees, counters, and post-event acquisition rules. A 2025 independent guide reports a 4% SSR rate and an SSR within 30 pulls for General Recruit, while 2026 official notices show 1.6% Select Pickup targets and a separate Creator/Destroyer event with a 1.0% target rate and a guarantee on the 150th recruit. Read the notice attached to the active banner before spending.
Starseed banner rules at a glance
The table below separates the published figures by banner. “SSR rate” means the chance of receiving any SSR where that figure is available; a featured-target rate is the chance for the specifically promoted Proxyan. The 2025 figures come from the independent guide ぴよたむのスマホアドベンチャー. The 2026 Select Pickup and Creator/Destroyer details come from official Com2uS/STARSEED community notices.
| Banner type | Published rates | Guarantee or exchange | Target selection | Counter behavior | After the event |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| General Recruit | SSR 4%; SR 46%; R 50% (guide-reported, 2025) | SSR guaranteed within 30 pulls (guide-reported) | Standard pool; no selected target stated | An SSR appearing before pull 30 resets the count (guide-reported) | No special transition stated; use the current client rules |
| Pickup Recruit | Featured SSR 1.6%; other SSR 2.4%; SR 46%; R 50% (guide-reported, 2025) | One mileage point per pull; 80 mileage exchanges for 60 featured Proxyan memories (guide-reported) | Featured unit is defined by the event | Mileage is described separately from General Recruit pity; do not merge the counters | Character-specific; read the event notice |
| Select Pickup Recruit | Selected Proxyan 1.6% (official notice, 2026) | No universal hard-pity number is stated in the cited notice | You choose one target; the choice cannot be changed after confirmation | Use only the counter and rules shown in that event notice | Availability depends on the named event and character |
| Creator/Destroyer Select Rate-Up | Selected target 1.0% (official notice, 2026) | If the target is not obtained in the first 149 recruits, the 150th recruit guarantees her | You select the rate-up Proxyan | The count resets after the 150th-recruit guarantee | Check whether the unit moves to another route after the event |
These figures are not interchangeable. In particular, the 30-pull General Recruit rule is not evidence that every event banner guarantees an SSR at 30, and the 80-pull Pickup mileage exchange is not the same mechanic as a hard-pity counter.
How General Recruit pity works
Rates in the standard pool
The independent 2025 guide lists General Recruit rates of 4% SSR, 46% SR, and 50% R. Those percentages describe the result of a single pull in the standard pool. The guide is not an official notice, so treat the figures as a guide-reported baseline and verify the rates displayed in your current client.
The 30-pull SSR guarantee
That guide also reports that General Recruit guarantees an SSR within 30 pulls. The guarantee is a ceiling, not a promise that the 30th result will be your preferred character. An SSR obtained earlier ends the current sequence and resets the 30-pull count. For example, an SSR on pull 12 means the next sequence starts at zero rather than continuing toward pull 30.
The guide does not establish that this counter carries into a different banner type. Keep General Recruit tracking separate unless an in-game notice explicitly says otherwise.
How ordinary Pickup Recruit works
Featured and non-featured SSR rates
The same 2025 guide gives ordinary Pickup Recruit a 1.6% chance for the featured SSR, a 2.4% chance for other SSRs, a 46% SR rate, and a 50% R rate. The two SSR categories total 4%, but only the 1.6% portion is the promoted unit. Receiving an off-banner SSR is therefore not the same as obtaining the featured Proxyan.

Mileage is a separate path
The guide describes one mileage point for every pull and an exchange at 80 mileage for 60 memories of the featured Proxyan. This is a resource exchange, not a statement that the next pull must be an SSR. Track mileage independently from any General Recruit pity count, and check the live banner for the exact exchange screen and expiration terms.
Because the cited guide does not define a universal reset rule for Pickup mileage or prove that a Pickup banner uses the General Recruit 30-pull guarantee, do not assume either behavior. The banner’s own notice takes priority over a remembered rule from another summon screen.
Select Pickup: choosing a locked target
What the official 2026 notices establish
Official Com2uS/STARSEED community notices for Select Pickup events state that the selected Proxyan has a 1.6% rate. You choose one eligible target before recruiting, and the notices warn that the selection cannot be changed after confirmation. Other eligible Proxyans retain the SSR rate specified by that event.
Choose before you spend
- Open the active Select Pickup banner and read its notice, including the eligible-character list and end time.
- Confirm that the desired Proxyan is in the list; do not rely on a previous event’s roster.
- Make the selection only after checking it twice, because the official rule locks the choice after confirmation.
- Record the event’s displayed rates, mileage or pity language, and remaining duration before starting pulls.
- Stop using assumptions from General Recruit unless this specific notice repeats the same guarantee.
The cited official notices establish the 1.6% selected-target rate and the locked choice, but they do not state one universal hard-pity number for every Select Pickup event. If a later notice adds a guarantee, use that notice’s wording and counter rather than importing the 30-pull or 150-pull rule.

Creator/Destroyer rate-up: the 150th-recruit guarantee
Lower target rate, longer guarantee
A March 2026 official Creator/Destroyer notice uses a 1.0% rate for the selected Rate UP Proxyan. This is materially different from the 1.6% selected-target rate shown in the cited Select Pickup notices.
Exactly how the guarantee is triggered
The notice states: “If you do not obtain the selected Rate UP Proxyan within 149 recruits, you are guaranteed to obtain her on your 150th recruit.” In practical terms, pulls 1 through 149 can fail to produce the target; pull 150 is the guaranteed target if none of the previous 149 pulls did. Once that guarantee grants the Proxyan, the count resets. Treat this as a dedicated Creator/Destroyer system, not as a shared counter with General Recruit or ordinary Pickup Recruit.

The wording is target-specific. An SSR that is not the selected Creator/Destroyer Proxyan does not satisfy the quoted guarantee unless the live notice explicitly defines it as doing so.
Is pity shared between banners?
There is no single shared pity number established for Starseed. The published rules are banner-specific: General Recruit has a guide-reported 30-pull SSR ceiling, ordinary Pickup has a mileage exchange, Select Pickup notices define a locked 1.6% target, and the cited Creator/Destroyer event has a 150th-recruit target guarantee.
When switching banners, assume the counters are separate unless the active notice clearly promises carryover. An SSR resetting General Recruit does not prove that a Pickup mileage balance changes, and progress toward a Creator/Destroyer guarantee should not be counted as progress on another screen. Take a screenshot or note of each banner’s counter if you are pulling across several events.
What happens when a pickup ends?
There is no universal post-banner destination. Availability is character- and event-specific, and it can change when the pickup closes. An official Amy notice says that Amy moves to Signals and Proxyan Tickets after her pickup ends. Other official notices identify Special Core Wishlist routes for named Proxyans.
Those examples do not guarantee the same route for every unit. Before an event expires, read its “after the event” or acquisition section and check whether the character is moving to Signals, Proxyan Tickets, a Special Core Wishlist, or no stated route. Do not assume that unfinished pulls automatically become a permanent pity balance or that the featured unit will immediately enter every ticket pool.

A safe pulling workflow
Before the first pull
- Identify the exact banner category: General, ordinary Pickup, Select Pickup, or Creator/Destroyer.
- Read the current notice for rates, guarantee language, mileage cost, eligible characters, and end time.
- For a Select Pickup or Creator/Destroyer event, verify the target selection before confirming it.
- Write down the starting pity or mileage value shown by the client.
While recruiting
- Count pulls within the same banner rather than combining results from different recruit screens.
- For General Recruit, apply the guide-reported reset when an SSR appears early, but verify that the live client still displays that rule.
- For ordinary Pickup, track mileage points separately from any SSR result.
- For Creator/Destroyer, watch the dedicated count toward 150 and remember that the guarantee applies on pull 150 only when the target was absent from pulls 1–149.
Before the event timer reaches zero
- Check whether your accumulated mileage can still be exchanged and whether the exchange has its own deadline.
- Review the unit’s post-event route instead of assuming the banner will return unchanged.
- Decide whether an unfinished sequence is worth continuing under the displayed rules; do not continue solely because another banner used a different pity number.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
“Every banner guarantees an SSR in 30 pulls.”
Only General Recruit has that 30-pull figure in the cited material, and it is reported by an independent 2025 guide. Pickup, Select Pickup, and Creator/Destroyer events use different published mechanics or leave the hard-pity value unstated.
“Any SSR gives me the featured character.”
Ordinary Pickup separates the 1.6% featured SSR rate from the 2.4% rate for other SSRs. A non-featured SSR can therefore end the General Recruit-style sequence described by the guide without giving the promoted Proxyan.

“I can change my selected unit later.”
Official Select Pickup notices say the target cannot be changed after confirmation. Decide before locking the selection.
“The 150-pull rule applies to all special banners.”
The 150th-recruit guarantee is tied to the cited Creator/Destroyer Select Rate-Up notice. It should not be applied to a normal Select Pickup unless that event’s own notice repeats it.

Quick Recap
Bottom line for planning pulls
Start with the active banner notice, not a universal pity chart. Use the 30-pull SSR rule only as the guide-reported General Recruit baseline; treat ordinary Pickup’s 80-mile exchange as a separate mileage path; lock your target carefully on Select Pickup; and reserve the 150th-recruit guarantee for the specific Creator/Destroyer event that states it. If the pickup ends before you obtain the character, consult that character’s post-event notice because no single transfer rule covers every Proxyan.
