The Google TV Streamer (4K) has 32 GB of storage before formatting and supports Matter smart-home devices with a built-in Thread border router. Google does not state the exact amount of storage available for apps after formatting and system data.
How much storage does the Google TV Streamer have?
Google lists the Google TV Streamer (4K) with 32 GB of storage and 4 GB of memory. The storage figure is capacity before formatting; the usable amount is lower. Google’s published specifications do not give an exact figure for free space available to install apps, so 32 GB should not be read as 32 GB of app storage.
Google says the storage provides room for more favorite apps, but does not publish an app-count estimate or a measured usable-space figure. Google’s technical specifications and product FAQ provide the relevant capacity caveat.
